To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.

  1. Can you update the way our phone number appears in emails. My marketing profile is entered 407-616-3513, but in the email it appears +14076163513 (with no spaces).

  3. Please add the option to enter a contract date in the Opportunity Key Dates section without requiring an offer to be created first. I rely on the contract date to trigger tasks, and previously I was able to enter it manually. Now, the contract date only populates after an offer has been created and marked as accepted in the Offers tab, which limits workflow flexibility.

  4. We need to be able to save and organize designs into folders.

    With so many different items (flyers, post cards, door hangars, social media, email, etc), and with multiple Smart Plans in use, I have to search through dozens of pages of designs to find the one I am looking for.

    It is a waste of time and extremely frustrating because it is sometimes easy to miss the design you are looking for when looking through over 100 designs.

  5. Almost every other CRM system out there has a way to incorporate ringless voicemails into their version of a Smart Plan. It is either...
    1) built into the CRM directly
    2) a direct integration with a service like Sly Broadcast
    3) an indirect integration through a service like Zapier

    I looked into option 3, but Command's integration with Zapier does not include the ability to send a trigger to Zapier.

    How is it that agents with the largest brokerage brand in North America do not have access to this basic CRM functionality?!?!?

  7. Looking to leverage SmartPlans by integrating some ops workflows.

    Biggest Help: Option to select a task completion contingency to generate the next steps in the SmartPlans.

    For example: "Step 2: Put together listing appointment docs" populates only after "Step 1: "Request listing package from the title company".

    Critical because I'm building out ops on this foundation - I'd love to keep everything in one ecosystem (Command.)

  8. I would like to see a Remine Docs integration that serves the same functions as the DocuSign Rooms integration. Our primary MLS includes Remine in our subscription, and it has been more reliable than DocuSign. It also loads in property details and opposing agent/seller information on each of the forms which saves loads of time.

    Linking an opportunity to a Remine Docs transaction would be sensational.

  11. Context:

    Market Reality: Unlike the US market, which relies heavily on Email and SMS, the Brazilian real estate market operates almost exclusively via WhatsApp (99% adoption rate).

    Current Workflow: Agents currently face operational friction, as they must leave the Command platform and manually save phone numbers to initiate contact. This delay negatively impacts lead response time.

    Business Opportunity:

    Efficiency: Implement a "Click-to-Chat" feature directly within Command, allowing immediate interaction without manual contact saving.

    Standardization: Integrate KW proven scripts (MREA models) as pre-set message templates. This assists new agents in maintaining professional communication standards.

  12. As the smartplan is being created, it should also auto save. There is nothing worse that to spend an hour crafting something amazing, have the Internet go down, or have to leave the screen to do something else, and come back and the whole smart plan you just created is gone!!

  13. Due to the change on marketing profiles for market center information. Either you should be able to override the marketing profile with a custom logo when you customize your site or there should be an option for market centers to set a logo for dark or light themed sites as now that these are uniform, those with the wrong theme end up having a hardly visable market center logo.

  15. Hello,
    I noticed when I put my bio in Command that the layout looks quite different than I intended (ie. Everything looks like one big paragraph).

    Is there a way for me to change the layout so it more appealing to the reader? I would love to customize that text since it comes from the marketing profile/website settings!

  16. It would be helpful if we got an AI that could take in texts like "I talked to a guy named steve at an open house. hes looking for a house in a year and hes a veteran. His number is 333333333" and create a contact with specific tags like "veteran" or lead source as "open house" or create a smart plan for 1 year AUTOMATICALLY.

  17. Please provide the ability to add a checklist (just like in the opportunity phases) to a contact that is added to command. This is an early stage of the lead generation process, but we are not able to create our own checklists on how to "connect" or develop that contact relationship further.

  18. The current listing presentations available are out of date. For example, the page about the KW App claims that there is a guide available in the app. This is no longer the case and hasn't been the case for a matter of years now. It is important that what we advertise to our sellers or buyers is the correct information. We risk losing trust when we give out incorrect information.

  20. The ability to filter contacts and build smart views within contacts - is a game changer, but not able to use the same filtering to run a campaign is frustrating. Campaigns has significantly better reporting (than smart plans). Why not allow the contact list to be pulled from the already created smart views list in the contact applet for campaigns? I send a single email smart plan to use the smart view list - vs using campaigns, when I could benefit from the reporting in campaigns. The filtering allows to really define your data base, and appropriately send the right…
