Display parking space info on property preview cards
Currently, the number of parking spaces is only visible under the "More Information" section. This requires users to click through to see a basic detail.
Requested Change: I suggest displaying the parking space count directly on the property cover/listing card (the main preview). This will improve user experience by providing key information at a glance.

Lead Source Report specific to transactions, not contacts
Tracking sources as a whole in the database is useful, but if we are truly to understand our conversion numbers on lead generation sources we need to be able to pull a report for CLOSED units by lead source. This will enable the business to know which lead sources are most frequently closed, then leading to understanding which lead gen pillars we should be double down on to increase productivity and profitability.

Have the ability to move tags in order of preference not order of entered in contact.
Have the ability to organize tags in a certain order, not in the order the tags were entered into the contact. Example: I have DNC tag that I started to place on contacts and if they have several tags already, it is the last tag. I don't see the DNC first when I am looking at contacts in the list format. I have to click on the contact to see all the tags or remove the tags and reenter them in the contact in the order I want to see them.

bi-weekly open rates or Notifications
it would be great if we can actually see the open rate of each smart plan. So that we can track the number of emails sent versus the open rate versus the click rate.

Add More Home Search Options Like Acres & Finance Type
Add financing options & acres to the page where we add a "Saved Search". I work with a lot of veterans & I don't see a way to set them up seeing only homes that will go VA financing. Plus I don't see where & can search by lot size either if I have a buyer wanting a home that's on 1+ acres.

Township
The mailing addresses of contacts with Township or Village in the address is does not come up correctly. It just lists the street, state and zip code. No city.

Allow Attachments to Offer section of Opportunities
Allow the option to add attachments to offers within opportunities. It would be great to keep all of this together in one place.

Remove the requirement to add comments to Activity log notes for calls, texts, emails. Simply allow a log only option
I simply would like to add my Activity without the need to add additional notes or commentary. Please remove the stipulation to add commentary.

Update the estimated commission based on the contract price
Currently, the estimated commission is based on the listing price, and a %, if that has been entered. The estimated listing price should automatically update based on the commission % and the actual contract price when that is entered in Command.

In the Contact - Currently the status of tasks are: To Do, Complete and Archived. Can we a drop-down for "Upcoming"?

Auto-name each split document
When splitting a PDF and selecting the document type, users are still required to manually name each split document. Having Command auto-name the documents based on the selected type would help streamline the process and save time.

P&L for transaction
Many agents don't keep a proper Profit and Loss Statement. It would be great if an opportunity had a place for a very basic P&L or expense sheet. How much was spent on photography, marketing, tc, etc.

Be able to pull Twilio logs
Agents need the ability to pull Twilio text logs - Date of text, who it was sent to, and actual text message. This can be vital in a E&O case.

Help text for different prompts
I am a new agent and I am still getting familiar with all of the entries, can you create either a help prompt that explains the entries, so I can navigae better. or provide a slick sheet that is accessible within command that breaks down the description for each prompt. For instance define "Agreement won" under the "Key Dates". Does Agreement won refer to the representation agreement or are you referring to an actual sales/buyer agreement?

auto save smartplans as they are being created
As the smartplan is being created, it should also auto save. There is nothing worse that to spend an hour crafting something amazing, have the Internet go down, or have to leave the screen to do something else, and come back and the whole smart plan you just created is gone!!

Pinned Listings & Featured Properties
Setting up how your featured listings show on agent sites is time consuming and not easy to find.
It takes 9+ steps to reach the point where you can add specific listings to the featured properties list on your KW Agent or Team Site.
So if you are an agent running open houses for another agent and want to pin that property, it takes a long time.
Navigating through the Websites applet, switching to Expert Mode, and then digging into the homepage settings can be confusing, especially without clear visual cues or step-by-step prompts. For newer agents or those not…

Add System Tags to Clearly Identify Referral Status in "My Referrals"
In the "My Referrals" section, referrals should be automatically assigned a system tag based on their status. For example, referrals marked as Lost should have a "Lost" tag. Currently, when viewing All referrals, there’s no clear way to identify which ones are Lost, Pending, Active, Funded, Expired/Canceled, or Rejected. Adding visible status tags would help quickly distinguish each referral’s status.
