Add More Home Search Options Like Acres & Finance Type
Add financing options & acres to the page where we add a "Saved Search". I work with a lot of veterans & I don't see a way to set them up seeing only homes that will go VA financing. Plus I don't see where & can search by lot size either if I have a buyer wanting a home that's on 1+ acres.

email campaigns without adding a contact card
Email Campaigns - We should be able to send an email blast without having the contact card created so we don't have a bunch of contact cards in our database with just an email. After the email blast goes out and we have responses then we should have the option to create that contact card since more information may be obtained in that point of time.

Moving files across custom folders in Opportunities
In the documents tab of an opportunity it would be nice to have an option to drag and drop files into custom folders if they need to be moved instead of having to re-upload.

Multi Select Tasks
When I have more than 1 task, and I am able to complete one current or past due task, I ought to be able to multi select other past due tasks and either mark them complete or archive them.

Ability for teams to share Twillio credits among the team members Twillio accounts.
Have the ability to share team Twillio credits across the team members individual Twillio accounts. Team members might want to run a specific Smart Plan to their Indian farming area and would want notification to flow to them instead of the rainmakers. That means they need their own Twillio.

Require Reason for Termination of Commission Request
Please ask the agent this question instead of us. This would be helpful so we can get the data in our market center on what is canceling and why. We do not always have the time to call and ask our agents even though we would love to.
This would also hopefully help stop them from terminating a transaction they are trying to change information on if they input something wrong.

Require Address Field Before Compliance Submission in Opportunities
I’m the Compliance Manager for our Market Center, and I’ve noticed that roughly 20% of the opportunities submitted for compliance review are missing a property address. This creates delays and additional follow-up during the review process.
I would like to submit a feature request to make the Address field required within Opportunities before a compliance submission can be completed. Requiring this field would help ensure more complete records at submission and improve overall processing efficiency.

Twilio default text
Twilio sends a default message to contacts who receive a text message for the first time using the team account. This message is sent only once. The agent would like this message to be disabled as it confuses her contacts.

Multi functional smart plan - if/and functionality
Add functionality in smartplans to do an "if/and" desicion. example - when sending a monthly communication, the SP can send it as a text; if no phone number, it will send it as an email. ( when the customer has both). Also, to be able to add a tag via the SP in certain action is taken

Create DYNAMIC Assignments for Opportunities
Regarding Task Lists under Opportunities (both Buy and sell)
In Opportunities (Seller or Buyer) when you're making Checklists, there's the ability to make tasks assignable.
Presently the options are self, "unassigned", or specific "team members" (you must pick an individual).
I'd like to see this be dynamic: For example, as the Rainmaker, if my Buyer's Agent makes an opportunity for a Buyer, I want all the tasks they're responsible for assigned to them. The field in the task list wouldn't be assigned to an individual, but rather their role ("creator" of the opportunity), while some tasks would be static and…

The Smart Plan is a 12-month email series designed to send a monthly home maintenance checklist, with one email scheduled per month. We’d like to know if there is a way for contacts to enter the Smart Plan based on the current month they’re added.

Ability to delete more than 50 tasks at once
It seems like there is only a max option to delete 50 tasks at a time. It would be great to have the capability to delete all of your tasks at once in the backend settings since some people have 1,000+ tasks and doing 50 at a time would take some time deleting that many tasks.
