Add a date filter so user can select range of date, or specific date in general for activity reports
Per the product team, currently, there isn't an option to select specific dates when it comes to showing activity reports results.
"this week" means 8 days ago. If today is May 6, 2025, then 8 days ago would be April 28, 2025.
"last week" mean 14 days ago. Using the same reference date of May 6, 2025, that would place "last week" on April 22, 2025.
Users would like to select a specific date range.

Show Email Open as Contact Timeline Activity
I send out email campaigns regularly through KW command to my sphere of influence. When I go into a profile to see activity on their timeline, it shows that the email was sent, but doesn't show if it was opened or not.
Is there a way to add their activity on the recent campaign, for example, whether they opened, clicked, etc...?

smartplan when task complete immediately fire next task
Would love to be able to create a smartplan that will fire the next step once the previous step has been marked as completed. For example, smartplan forms task to call contact. Once that call has been made and that task marked as completed, the next smartplan task fires immediately to send an email but this email is not sent until the call task has been checked completed.

Make Text Always Visible While Editing in Designs
When working in the KW Command Design editor, I’ve noticed that when I set my design text color to white (or any light color), the text in the editor itself also turns white—making it almost impossible to see or edit. It would be really helpful if the editor could default the text color to black or provide a way to make it more readable while editing, regardless of the final design color. This would make it a lot easier to make changes and avoid mistakes when working on marketing pieces. It's a small change that would go a long way…

Productive Integration for CommandMC
This Idea would be for both Recruits and Associates. Command has access to the Productive app and it is extremely helpful. Many of our offices use the Command side to run our associates because it has more useful applications such as productive. From a risk, compliance, and productivity standpoint, having PRODUCTIVE in Command MC would be highly beneficial. Google Calendar Integration with Contacts (Activity in Timeline)
When I schedule an event from command in google calendar it would be very helpful if that event would show in timeline or tasks rather than having to create a second record to show the meeting.

When we enter contacts into Command that need to be linked, it would be awesome that when after you enter the first contact, and then when you start on the second and you "Add a relationship" ....if the Collaborator and Tags automatically populated to the second contact...that would be amazing!

Twilio & SmartPlans management
When sending messages via Twilio, the agent would like to insert a letter or template, but this feature appears unavailable. Also, within the SmartPlans timeline, there is no option to delete outdated newsletters.

Contacts – Missing Metadata
On the right-hand side of the contact profile, the "Last Time Contacted" field appears empty. Scrolling to the bottom of the page, there is no information about how or when the lead was added—no creation or interaction dates are shown.

Campaigns – Leads Behavior
When the agent clicks on a lead's name in the Campaigns section, nothing happens. The expectation is that clicking the name would redirect the agent to the corresponding contact profile in the Contacts section, but this is not occurring. As a result, the agent must manually enter the lead information into the system, which is causing frustration.

Editing a Contact
It is currently a little cumbersome to have go into the edit penicil to make changes to a contact. For instance a quick tag to add, or a client has a number listed from an import, but I have to go into the edit menu to move that number to their main number. It would be nice if we could just click and edit right from the contact and not have to open the edit screen.

Lead Sources ring chart need to show all lead sources
The Lead Sources ring chart needs to reflect ALL leads for the time period so it matches a Contact find OR the Sources report needs to note that it's only reflecting the TOP 10 sources. It is not clear from just looking at the report right now.
