  2. With the increasing usage of AI note taking devices that export notes and conversations as a PDF file, agents need the ability to add those notes to the contact. Current note limitation where it takes several paragraphs and turns them into one long mess is useless.

    Clean outline and transcription on the pdf will help agents who use these call recording and note taking devices instead of asking agent to type in one thing and have platform try to make it all one long sentence.

  4. Add Transaction and Opp ID numbers to the left rail so it is easily referenced - this is mainly for admin so they can easily reference these number for accounting/commission reports and in emails to their MC re: closing delays, changes in commissions, etc. At present, they must go to the commission tab to see the transaction # and "details" to see the Opp. ID#. It is clunky and should be easy to attach these numbers to the left rail as we do with the MLS #.

  5. This is similar to a couple other SmartPlan ideas. I just wanted to make the distinction between how they work now and what we need. Currently, they focus operations timing on the people and when they're added, not to the plan iteself, regardless of when the people are added. Even the DTD2 plans that are in the library don't really work because when you add new people to the plan the plan starts from the beginning. It doesn't add the person into the plan where the group is. We need plans that are based on dates and when we add…

  7. It would be a great feature to be able to share folders from my personal Canva account to my KW Canva account as I transition. Right now, I have to individually share dozens of different projects, and is very time consuming. Could this be something that we partner with Canva to make it easier for agents to transition to their new Canva account?

  11. Currently, when dragging an opportunity to pipeline stages that are not visible on screen, the columns do not automatically shift to bring additional stages into view. It would greatly improve usability if the system could detect when a user is dragging an opportunity toward the edge of the visible pipeline and automatically scroll to reveal additional columns, allowing for a smoother drag-and-drop experience.

  12. Current Limitation: When creating an email in a Smart Plan, selecting a "Design" (to add a branded signature) automatically overwrites and deletes any body text currently in the editor. There is no way to combine a simple text body with a graphical signature footer.

    The Workflow Friction: Currently, agents are forced to build the entire email inside the Designs editor just to include a signature. This is inefficient because:

    Data Loss: We lose work if we try to add a signature after typing.

    We’re reaching out with a question regarding a Smart Plan we recently created for our database.

    The Smart Plan is a 12-month email series designed to send a monthly home maintenance checklist, with one email scheduled per month. We’d like to know if there is a way for contacts to enter the Smart Plan based on the current month they’re added.

  16. I send monthly postcards to contacts with the tag “Postcards.” Each month, I add about 10–15 new people to that tag.
    Currently, there’s no easy way to download only those recently tagged contacts without re-downloading and cleaning the entire list again per the specifications of my printer

  17. I often set up repeating tasks for weekly, monthly, 6-weeks, quarterly, etc. If I miss the repeating tasks say from 6-weeks ago, the new 6-week task will not drop as a reminder because of the "past due" status of the recurring task. The recurring tasks need to remain on schedule regardless if a prior task is past due, which would help minimize the risk of leads falling through the cracks and ultimately increase conversion of online leads.

I think it would be great to have the option to add the same Note or Activity to multiple contacts, especially when you are documenting activities on an Opportunity with multiple participants (Husband/Wife, business partners, etc.). This would prevent the need to duplicate all the notes added.
