Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  3. Please add the option to enter a contract date in the Opportunity Key Dates section without requiring an offer to be created first. I rely on the contract date to trigger tasks, and previously I was able to enter it manually. Now, the contract date only populates after an offer has been created and marked as accepted in the Offers tab, which limits workflow flexibility.

  5. Setting up how your featured listings show on agent sites is time consuming and not easy to find.

    It takes 9+ steps to reach the point where you can add specific listings to the featured properties list on your KW Agent or Team Site.

    So if you are an agent running open houses for another agent and want to pin that property, it takes a long time.

    Navigating through the Websites applet, switching to Expert Mode, and then digging into the homepage settings can be confusing, especially without clear visual cues or step-by-step prompts. For newer agents or those not…

  7. Link command tasks with google calendar so when you add or delete a task it automatically adds or deletes on your calendar as a task. Its super annoying bouncing back and forth between both systems

  10. I’ve noticed that the system seems to treat the second and third words in contact entries as potential last names within the Contacts tab. For example, entries like "John & Mary Smith"—where spouses share an email address—are combined into a single "Full Name" field.

    If you check the Contacts section in KW Command, you'll see there is only one field labeled "Full Name." It would be much better to have two separate fields: one for First Name and one for Last Name. This structure is more efficient and improves both data entry and search functionality.

  11. Commercial properties cannot be displayed on Consumer platforms. However, when creating a Collection in the Listings Applet, property search filters show an option to filter by Property Type: Commercial. When users tick this checkbox to apply this filter, there are 0 listings in search results, which is expected but having a non-functionality filter option causes confusion. To reduce confusion and have parity with the consumer platforms, filters in the Collections modal should match the filters found on kw.com and the KW app.

  13. For larger teams, we run into a lot of cases where a member of the team adds someone to their contacts, only to see the contact already exists in the team database. Our current workaround is telling the second agent to add the contact to their personal database, but then they can not leverage the team's SmartPlans, create team opportunities, the contact is not visible to the team, etc. We would love to have our agents operate solely out of their team account, but this snag makes it nearly impossible.

  15. since so many referrals between market centers exist, wouldnt it be easier to have an annual post of the market center's w-9 so agents don't have to track them down when they have a closing and the MCA can simply access the market center's doc for tax purposes.

  16. When creating SmartPlans under a team account when adding a task or call action add the ability to add agent information merge fields so we can put complete scripts in the task description box. Right now the only merge fields for these actions are contact based.

  17. Create or integrate bookkeeping, income, and expense software, such as what KW used to have through Hurdlr. Perhaps integrating a partnership with Quickbooks?

  19. It would be good if we could print our mailing labels directly through command and not have to export them and then print from microsoft word. Way to many steps just to print mailing labels already in Command.
