Make the AI Summary Optional or Hidden in Contact Profiles
We’d like to suggest a change to how the AI Summary appears in contact profiles within KW Command.
Currently, the summary automatically generates and takes up a large portion of the screen whenever we view a contact’s profile. This behavior is frustrating and disruptive, especially when we're trying to quickly review a contact’s timeline or call notes. The summary often displays irrelevant or redundant information, and it’s not something we asked to see every time.
Proposed Solution:

Email Report Engagement Aggregation
I’d like to see an option where you can pull a report that shows whether a contact has opened an email, and/or engaged with it over any custom month span.
For example, If I send out 2 emails a month to each client, I want to know if X client opened both emails, clicked on anything, and be able to track if they’re doing it consistently month to month to know who’s actively engaging in content.

View Referral Bio Before Sending or Accepting Invitation
When searching for a referral partner, there currently isn’t a way to view their biography until the referral invitation has been accepted by either party. We would like to request the ability to view an agent’s biography prior to sending or accepting a referral invitation, as this would help us make more informed decisions when selecting a partner.

Delete Lead
The new Lead Box in the lower right corner is great. In my experience, many of the leads that come in through the agent websites are spam or phishing. Please add a third option to delete a "lead" right from the box.

Allow SmartPlan static timelines, not based on when people are added.
This is similar to a couple other SmartPlan ideas. I just wanted to make the distinction between how they work now and what we need. Currently, they focus operations timing on the people and when they're added, not to the plan iteself, regardless of when the people are added. Even the DTD2 plans that are in the library don't really work because when you add new people to the plan the plan starts from the beginning. email campaigns adding archived contacts
When you create am email list for an email campaign, you can load all the contacts from you database for that list you are creating. This system is ALSO pulling archived contacts into that email list. If you select all to add to your email campaign you are including archived contacts in that list. The system will see those archived contacts, to the list but will not send emails to them due to being in the contact archive. Edit a past Activity
I'd like to be able to edit a past activity--for example when I send a text I enter it in activities. Would be great to be able to go back to that activity and update it with comments from the conversation that happens later instead of having to make a new activity.

add an "assignee" to automatically generate when an opportunity is created for their client
Currently, in Command, when creating an Opportunity, the system does not allow for an "assignee" to be automatically generated for single agents. The assignee must be manually added during or after the Opportunity creation process. This feature request proposes the ability for single agents to set a default "assignee" that is automatically applied when an Opportunity is created for their client.
Proposed Functionality:
Default Assignee Setting: Add an option in the Command Settings for single agents to designate themselves or another individual as the default assignee for all new Opportunities.
