Down Payment Calculations
In Offers & Commissions, in the Terms & Dates section, it asks for the Sale Price and then it asks for Cash amount. I have to use my phone to calculate based on the % entered on the purchase contract. I'd like to simply enter the % and have it auto-calculate the Cash amount based on the Sale Price.
Conversely, it requests Earnest Percentage (which we don't use). If I enter the Earnest Amount, it will then calculate the Earnest Percentage automatically, which is what I want the Cash field to do!

Update contingency fields on accepted offers and submitted compliance
The new contingencies feature becomes non-accessible once the Commission Tab is pulled in by the MC. This results in agents receiving contingency emails, even for an opportunity that has closed with a closed commission status.

Allow the compliance chat via Command App.
Agents should be able to respond to compliance coordinators using their Command App. This will allow agents to respond quickly while they are busy with their business. Currently they have to sit infront of a computer to respond to these.

Cumberland Subdivison
It would be helpful if Command included a feature allowing users to submit missing neighborhoods for review and inclusion. Currently, some subdivisions, like Cumberland, do not appear in search results. In cases where a neighborhood might have been previously listed under a different name (e.g., Wagner Farms), users have no way to request a correction or update.
By adding a "Request Missing Neighborhood" button, users could easily report missing areas, ensuring more accurate and up-to-date mapping in Command. This would improve usability for agents relying on precise neighborhood searches.
Would love to see this implemented!

On "My Profile" - change title "First Date Licensed" to "KW Join Date" or something similar so this field is not confusing.
Under "My Profile" "About Me" section - the title "First Date Licensed" to "KW Join Date" or something similar so this field is not confusing. I recently joined but was licensed in 2015. After 9 emails, it was clarified that this field was not at all about my license date, but instead about the date I joined KW.
This change would reduce/eliminate unnecessary emails and time wasted in the future for others like me that were licensed prior to coming to KW.

Editing a Contact
It is currently a little cumbersome to have go into the edit penicil to make changes to a contact. For instance a quick tag to add, or a client has a number listed from an import, but I have to go into the edit menu to move that number to their main number. It would be nice if we could just click and edit right from the contact and not have to open the edit screen.

using arrows to go to next contact
When using the arrows for the next or previous contact the info on the right side (notes, smart plans etc) does not refresh!

Ability to have a further drop down in "New Activity" for Calls, For Attempted Contact, No answer, Voicemail, etc...
When you add a "New Activity" to a contact, and the interaction is a "call", there is no way to add "attempted call".
In the SMARTPlan version, you're able to drop it down further to be "no answer, left voicemail, etc." but you can't when you add a manual activity.
Could you allow for a drop down menu so we can actually keep track of how many people we actually connect with?

default settings and quick search when creating listings
Agent María González Expósito requests that, when creating a list in Command, it should not be necessary to manually select the currency and unit of measurement (C.A. or m²) each time.
She wants there to be a default setting for these fields or, at least, to be able to search more quickly by typing the first letter of the currency, country, or unit of measurement (for example, typing “S” to find Spain).
Her goal is to streamline the process of creating lists.

Monthly neighborhood nurture needs to be updated. We need to be able to add more subdivisions.
Monthly nurture neighborhood needs to be updated. This is a key way to stay in touch with our past clients and future clients need to be able to input new subdivisions. .........Per KW Our developers are aware this data is now becoming outdated and they are investigating ways to accurate acquire neighborhood information from other data providers.
