To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Setting up how your featured listings show on agent sites is time consuming and not easy to find.

    It takes 9+ steps to reach the point where you can add specific listings to the featured properties list on your KW Agent or Team Site.

    So if you are an agent running open houses for another agent and want to pin that property, it takes a long time.

    Navigating through the Websites applet, switching to Expert Mode, and then digging into the homepage settings can be confusing, especially without clear visual cues or step-by-step prompts. For newer agents or those not…

  2. Tie the Close Date field of the opportunity details section to the Close Date field in Transactions (Commissions) together. When an associate updates the Close Date in the Opportunity Detail screen and there is a Open/Submitted/Approved commission in Offers it would be great if the associate is asked if they would also like to update the Close Date of the Offer (if different). Also, if the associate submits an commission with a Close Date that does not match the Close Date in the Opportunity Details the system would ask if if the date should be updated to match.

  3. Previously, agents could view an agent’s cap status when adding them to a commission request. This functionality is no longer available. Team Rainmakers would like access to their team members’ cap status restored in order to accurately project income and expenses, acknowledge capping achievements, and celebrate important milestones.

  5. When you add a "New Activity" to a contact, and the interaction is a "call", there is no way to add "attempted call".

    In the SMARTPlan version, you're able to drop it down further to be "no answer, left voicemail, etc." but you can't when you add a manual activity.

    Could you allow for a drop down menu so we can actually keep track of how many people we actually connect with?

    1. The ability to edit the Meta Title and Meta Description for SEO Optimization

  10. When you need to have a dual opportunity - it should just have a button that automatically replicate the opportunity w/o having to manually make it - it is a repetition and time-consuming

  11. It would be helpful if Command included a feature allowing users to submit missing neighborhoods for review and inclusion. Currently, some subdivisions, like Cumberland, do not appear in search results. In cases where a neighborhood might have been previously listed under a different name (e.g., Wagner Farms), users have no way to request a correction or update.

    By adding a "Request Missing Neighborhood" button, users could easily report missing areas, ensuring more accurate and up-to-date mapping in Command. This would improve usability for agents relying on precise neighborhood searches.

  12. Right now you can only have 2 contacts assigned to any particular opportunity. However with the increase in Polyamourous, multigenerational and Parents helping Kids I would like to be able to attach more than 2 contacts to the opportunity. 3-4 contacts may be a decent amount as anything above that may be rare.

  13. Let agents view the saved search results from command, hyperlink the search criteria and show the results or timeline event with the property sent similar to when the property is viewed.

    As of now the properties look to be sent and the agent has no idea and no way to view what was sent unless the client clicks the property.

  15. If you accidentally upload a document to a placeholder that is conditionally required or optional there is no way to delete the uploaded document (this goes for required placeholders too, but a document should be uploaded there regardless.) If that placeholder is not needed for that opportunity the document is stuck there forever. Updating the document does no good if that placeholder isn't needed for that file.

    A tool designed to streamline connecting agents within our organization by allowing them to post detailed criteria for potential buyers they represent.   17. When adding an activity for a contact, you are able to add your notes associated with that call, text, mailing, etc. However, you cannot edit those notes once the activity is saved. So if you make a mistake you cannot undo it.

  18. Embed do not call list into command so that it will automatically populate agent's contacts if phone numbers match. Automatically prevent calls to those numbers.

  19. In the new All Opportunities tab, we lost the ability to filter Opps for agents that left the team. It would be essential to have a filter that would display those Opportunities as well as the assigned agents who left the team.
