Commission Cap Tracking to Dashboard
This needs be on the dashboard, not buried in the Profile menu. The agents have a hard time locating it there, and it is a key business insight for them.
Please do not close this again with: Hi there! You can now track your cap progress in My Profile under My Affiliations > Compensation. :)

For a better selling experience, it should be possible for the agent to upload all images for a listing and then select which images they want to display or not on the websites (but still have them available on Command). Add Door Drop as an interaction type
On a contact when you go to 'add activity' on the list of 'interaction type' I would like you to add 'door drop' or 'pop by' on the drop down menu. Then I can mark the days I personally show up at peoples homes with a door drop and then I can add notes if they were home or not.

Fix the Monthly Nurture Subject line to remove "DBA Logo" height="50" style=max: 150px"/>"
The monthly nurture email has odd-looking code at the beginning of the subject line.

With all the phishing scams out there this code does not present well for our agents.

Add Tag When Landing Page is Completed
When I generate a landing page for a FREE Playbook. I then have to manually enter to send to them. It would be easier if I could put the tag in Command for the specific landing page. When the landing page is used it would trigger the smartplan.

Switch between document providers (DocuSign and DotLoop) for an opportunity
Having the ability to switch between document providers on the fly would really help make my workflow efficient in the event I have documents done in DotLoop but the designation for the opportunity was DocuSign. Having to archive the old opportunity, create the opportunity again takes too long.

Allow Merging of Duplicate Contacts at Import
I have tried to import my Database from a 3rd party CRM via a CSV file. I have many contacts already in Command from doing Opportunities over the last several years. However I have used my other CRM religiously for many years and wanting to get everything into Command. We now have an option to merge duplicates within Command but not as we import them in. It does not import the duplicate contacts. Which has halted my attempt to import and use Command to its fullest potential. I don't have time to import each person individually as I have hundreds…

Tags should sort alphabetically on contact card and list view
Currently, tags are sorted in order of date added to the contact. With system tags always appearing at the end of the list of tags. Would prefer that tags sort alpha/numerically on the contact card view and contact list columns view.

Print-friendly format for KWLS Listing Details
The current layout of Command limits printing to the visible area of the page that so users can only print to what is currently on screen below the page header and to the right of the sidebar, which cuts off most important listing information.
A print-friendly version of simply the Listing Details without the Command navigation elements would be helpful particularly for internal KWLS listings. These are not on the MLS, but some Agents may need to access the equivalent of a "MLS Sheet" about the property.

It would be incredibly useful to have a feature that allows users to bulk assign SmartPlans to opportunities based on their opportunity stage. This would streamline follow-ups, automate client communication, and ensure consistent outreach without the need for manual entry. Bulk Editing Capabilities: Allow users to select multiple opportunities at once and apply or modify SmartPlans.

Limit team member access to ensure they cannot alter the opportunity pipeline stages or checklists.
At the moment, team members regardless of permission level can make edits to team stages and checklists. This access should be limited to certain permission levels.

Searchable Custom Fields
Currently we are able to create a custom field in command based on a category created by the user. However this option can only be viewed under the individual contact card. From the contact dashboard there should be a way to filter through custom fields using the advanced or basic filters and the column should be Clickable so these same contacts can be sorted based on but not limited to ascending, descending, newest, oldest etc. Finally the ability to bulk tags these contacts based on custom fields should be available too.
