To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  4. There should be a way to abort/stop/cancel a campaign before it sends/publishes. Last min changes and minor errors happen and we should have the ability to stop, fix, and reschedule our campaigns

  5. An option to bulk delete tags within an account that were created or imported in by agents (non-system tags) to help speed up processing of accidental or mistaken imports and help clean up databases.

  6. Add the ability for agents to see their own production reports in Command. They need to be able to see their production by month, year, and total (especially for year-end tax information).

  8. The branch nickname of cobrokers and referral agents is pulling onto DAs instead of the name of the brokerage. This is causing confusion for agents, title companies and MCAs. Agents will put N/A in the branch nickname and it is printed on the DA. Please change the field where the DA is pulling the cobroker info.

  10. Our team hosts events on a regular basis. We want to enter the contact information for those people who provide at the event. Often when we are attempting to create a new contact, we get all the way to the Submit button before Command shares some piece of information is with an Archived Contact. We try to perform a search in Contacts before submitting a new contact and if that piece of information matches an Archived Contact, show it. Having to enter all that information to learn it is an Archived contact is quite frustrating when you are trying to…

  13. Add option of "Complete and set new task" with the "complete task" option. If you have a smart plan just click complete but if you want to set a custom task it would be GREAT if there was a button next to "complete task" that said "Complete and create new"- so much easier than going back in and creating new tasks each time.

  14. The current headers of the Export files are not the same as the Import templte. It would be great if they are the same so if you need to export bulk contacts from a profile and import them to another profile, you skip the hard work of manually copying and pasting the contact details over to the Import Template fro the Exported file

  16. When looking at the opportunities that belong to a contact, I'd like it if it displayed if the opportunity was marked lost.

    There are definitely opportunities in my command that I forgot to mark lost. I'd like to not have to take the extra step to open each opportunity to verify if I had marked it lost.
