Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. It would be great for there to be a built in calendar (maybe your Google calendar) integrated into Command so you can add events, reminders, tasks for you to do, etc. That way it is all built into Command on the homepage or the tasks applet.

  2. You know how, when we send a Smart Plan via email, there's a report that shows who received it and who opened it—so we can track who's interested? It would be really helpful if we had something similar for text messages sent through Twilio. Ideally, we could see tracking information—like who opened the message—directly beneath the text when we're sending it.

  3. We have a few people in our database that their names are gender fluid. I would like to qualify them as husband or wife in the relationship so that we don't have any embarrassing mistakes when trying to connect down the road

Since the MC Intranet websites were discontinued, agents have lost the ability to send mass emails to their Market Center peers - a tool they used to share listings, buyer needs, vendor recommendations, event promotions, etc. To restore this important connectivity, Command should include a feature that allows agents to send mass emails within their own Market Center without having to manually add the Market Center roster to their contacts, as agents may not know who is new to the Market Center or who has left.

  6. So I have come across a really interesting AI product. It's called housewhisper.ai. What it does:

    Interaction through text, phone call, or voice memo—no apps or logins needed. It acts as a virtual assistant you speak with naturally.

    Updates your CRM, schedules appointments, sets reminders, and sends follow-ups as if you had a live assistant.

    This is a huge thing as it bridges the gap between non technology users and power users. It gives the ability to do so many things and doesn't require an app or dashboard to log into. It does need a full API access to do…

  7. I would love to be able to archive all the tasks on a list in each individual contact card. This would eliminate the multi-step process of backing out and filtering the tasks on the main task list. Once I open a card, and click on the task tab, I now have to inidvidually archive missed tasks that I need archived. Just adding a check box and bulk archive feature would save a lot of time. Thanks.

  8. It would be a great feature to be able to share folders from my personal Canva account to my KW Canva account as I transition. Right now, I have to individually share dozens of different projects, and is very time consuming. Could this be something that we partner with Canva to make it easier for agents to transition to their new Canva account?

  10. Please add an indicator that an email was opened in the timeline section of the contact page. this would be much more efficient than having to go to the email section of the reports page and having to search each individual contact in the list.

  13. We should have the ability to have a smartplans come from the author of the smartplan vs. the assignee or rainmaker. This would be helpful when the TC or Admin on a team is sending the emails or texts. Once an opportunity is created for someone, there are usually more than 1 person on a team in communication with the client/contact.

  14. Filter contacts based on those that have or do not have opportunities. I am cleaning up my database and want to bulk archive many contacts, and I want to focus on the ones that do not have opportunities attached.

  16. Currently to find information about contacts you need to scroll to see information.

    While the email and phone number are visible, things like the description, mailing address, and other information could be included by eliminating much of the white space that is being allocated to separate information.

    Doing this allows users to get all information at a glance, making the system more efficient.

  17. were unable to unsubscribe from the monthly neighborhood alerts. While I was able to manually do this for them, I wanted to alert KW that there seems to be an issue with the unsubscribe option on those monthly emails. I don't need any further support (just passing along this info for the tech team). Thanks so much, Jil

  18. I find myself cut and pasting my email interactions into notes all of the time. Emails with contact should automatically create a Note in command. It will easily show you the last time you connected and give you a clearer picture of your history with the contact/client. Contactually had this feature, and it's a no brainer.

  19. Currently when in the task view, you have the options to check a task as completed or go into the 3 dots for more options.
    Instead of the 3 dots, why not just open the task for editing? This allows one click to open, saving time. You can add a delete button to the task so it can be deleted rather than saved. This would increase efficiency.

  20. The ability to filter contacts and build smart views within contacts - is a game changer, but not able to use the same filtering to run a campaign is frustrating. Campaigns has significantly better reporting (than smart plans). Why not allow the contact list to be pulled from the already created smart views list in the contact applet for campaigns? I send a single email smart plan to use the smart view list - vs using campaigns, when I could benefit from the reporting in campaigns.
