  1. Agents need the ability to pull Twilio text logs - Date of text, who it was sent to, and actual text message. This can be vital in a E&O case.

I am a new agent and I am still getting familiar with all of the entries, can you create either a help prompt that explains the entries, so I can navigae better. or provide a slick sheet that is accessible within command that breaks down the description for each prompt. For instance define "Agreement won" under the "Key Dates". Does Agreement won refer to the representation agreement or are you referring to an actual sales/buyer agreement?

  4. This is similar to a couple other SmartPlan ideas. I just wanted to make the distinction between how they work now and what we need. Currently, they focus operations timing on the people and when they're added, not to the plan iteself, regardless of when the people are added. Even the DTD2 plans that are in the library don't really work because when you add new people to the plan the plan starts from the beginning. It doesn't add the person into the plan where the group is. We need plans that are based on dates and when we add…

  9. Please remove or allow us to choose how tasks are opened. Currently when you open a task for a client it pops up as a new window cause multiple open Command pages. This also forces a manual refresh for any changes or tasks completed.

When working with a Listing Opportunity, there is a place for adding the listing expiration date to the Key Dates, but now, especially with Buyer Representation agreements required nationwide, we need a place to add the Representation Expiration date in the key dates to prompt agents to extend the representation if desired by the client.

  14. Twilio sends a default message to contacts who receive a text message for the first time using the team account. This message is sent only once. The agent would like this message to be disabled as it confuses her contacts.

  15. Add functionality in smartplans to do an "if/and" desicion. example - when sending a monthly communication, the SP can send it as a text; if no phone number, it will send it as an email. ( when the customer has both). Also, to be able to add a tag via the SP in certain action is taken

  16. Currently, when dragging an opportunity to pipeline stages that are not visible on screen, the columns do not automatically shift to bring additional stages into view. It would greatly improve usability if the system could detect when a user is dragging an opportunity toward the edge of the visible pipeline and automatically scroll to reveal additional columns, allowing for a smoother drag-and-drop experience.

  17. Current Limitation: When creating an email in a Smart Plan, selecting a "Design" (to add a branded signature) automatically overwrites and deletes any body text currently in the editor. There is no way to combine a simple text body with a graphical signature footer.

    The Workflow Friction: Currently, agents are forced to build the entire email inside the Designs editor just to include a signature. This is inefficient because:

    Data Loss: We lose work if we try to add a signature after typing.

    We’re reaching out with a question regarding a Smart Plan we recently created for our database.

    The Smart Plan is a 12-month email series designed to send a monthly home maintenance checklist, with one email scheduled per month. We’d like to know if there is a way for contacts to enter the Smart Plan based on the current month they’re added.

    Market Reality: Unlike the US market, which relies heavily on Email and SMS, the Brazilian real estate market operates almost exclusively via WhatsApp (99% adoption rate).

    Current Workflow: Agents currently face operational friction, as they must leave the Command platform and manually save phone numbers to initiate contact. This delay negatively impacts lead response time.

  20. This is an old idea I'm bringing back.
    Within SmartPlans there is more than just one eye displaying who's on it.
    Include one for any contact that completed it and another one for any contact that unsubscribed.
