To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity.

  1. Right now I have to create a room outside of command in order to pull tax information. This should also be included when I create a room from command.

  2. if i go to add a contact who has already been archived i would like to push a button and have them un-archived currently you have to log out and go into archived contacts and find the contact and restore them. too much time

  3. This would be useful as it would allow the RM to oversee all deals going through their team to ensure the opportunities have the necessary team documentation correct, as well as allow the RM to ensure the offer and commission submission is correct (i.e. splits, etc...) prior to submitting it to the MC for review.

    This would ideally be something the RM would have control of and be a "final check" before submitting the docs and offers to the MC for their approval by the agents on that team.

  4. Two things: Can we have a "view" button so we can see what our smart plan emails are going to look like? And can we select spacing? I can't single space my signature block and it looks amateurish double spaced.

  5. It would be useful to have ALL Tasks appear in the same place - on your primary command dashboard, not have to go digging for them in CommandMC

  6. When we send the link for neighbourhood update it will be super beneficial if you can add individual agent branding in the page the prospect click on

  8. Maybe this is there somewhere and I missed it, but I'm entering a new contact in Command and trying to put in the person's extension at their work phone number and don't see where to do this.

  9. While in my Tasks page, I would like to see the Tags as an option to add in the columns. This way I have a better idea of, and can see at a glance, who the contact is, or if there are many tasks for the same group of people.

  10. We need to be able to reset a Task List when an opportunity falls through and then goes back under contract. Every Task has to be manually reset right now.

  11. There needs to be a way to walk through tasks, such as past-due phone calls, without having to re-select the tasks icon and re-entering the filters. Currently when in a contact all you can do is return to the contact. The back arrow returns to tasks but the filters are missing.

  12. This would be very easy to implement.

    I propose that we have 2 different Neighborhood Nurtures, one used to market to Sellers (those who already live in a particular neighborhood) and one used to market to Buyers (those who wish to live in a particular neighborhood). The current Neighborhood Nurure is "Buyer friendly" because the initial information the person sees when clicking on the email is: what is what properties are currently for sale, not the neighborhood stats. If he/she wants to know the neighborhood stats, they must search/find the link in the upper right corner "Neighborhood Stats" and click.

  13. It would be helpful to be able to pull reports of opportunities with a date range and status option. Many times, we have wanted to see the transaction type, where each transaction is; cultivate, appointment, closed etc and include the contact details. Also, it would be great to have the report csv exportable.

  14. We have agents that have moved into the referral group and are showing up in the Active Referral Pattern. They are not allowed to practice real estate so it makes sense to be able to remove them and from our end.

  15. Would love for there to be some sort of API or Zapier integration for CommandMC. We run ads and do Indeed job postings and it would be AWESOME to let this go direct to the pipeline when they apply/start a smartplan.

  16. For checklists, I would like to set up "If-then" scenarios where if a box is checked then another checklist appears. In other words, make a checklist item a question and then based on the answer, have different checklists populate that apply to that answer. For example, Checklist Question: Inspection Results; Answers: a) Satisfactory, deal moving forward; b) Unsatisfactory, Repairs Needed; c) Dissatisfied, withdrawal from deal

    IF inspection is checked as "Dissatisfied", THEN another checklist for Mutual Releases/Withdrawal from Transaction is added. IF inspection is Unsatisfactory and requires repairs to move forward, another checklist item displays for adding an addendum, etc.…

  17. Our MC requires photo ID of all parties involved in the transaction. 99.9% of the time, we receive them as PHOTOS and then have to convert each one and other items from time to time into PDFs.

    It adds up to a lot of wasted time, adding other document types to be uploaded would solve this. Thank you!

  19. It would be helpful to be able to tag people not included in the particular opportunity such as VAs and cooperating agents so we can notify others of things they need to do.

    For example:

    If an admin is the one that submits the paperwork and is the point of contact, we want them to get the notification. However, we can only do that right now if they are in command and the rainmaker uses the team opportunity and assigns the admin to the opportunity.

    Another example is Agent 1 submits the file as the listing agent and Agent 2…

  20. Currently, a Guest Admin cannot participate in Opportunity Discussions, since Guest Admins sometimes fill multiple roles in support of a transaction this would be a key feature for larger teams to take advantage fo this feature.
