To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.

  1. Sometimes an agent works for two different states or areas and needs a Twilio number with two or more different area codes. One Command account should be able to handle having more than one Twilio phone number associated with it.

  2. With the new website open house landing page it would be great if a prospect signed up on that page during the open house and not have to go to the agent site or consumer app in order for the saved search capability to work. If I understand it, currently, if the prospect was looking in a specific school district or neighborhood etc. they would have to signup not just on the open house page but also use one of the other areas. Would it be possible to get this capability? I plan to notify the prospect of new properties…

  3. Ability for Leadership to update Sponsored Events & Partners Widget in Multiple Market Centers: If you are a leader in multiple market centers you are unable to edit/create Events or Partners for the new Widget on the Command Homepage other than for the market center with the lowest MC#.

    Update this feature to allow multiple market center leaders to edit/create events/partners for all market centers they are affiliated with.

  4. When nurturing a lead or contact in Command... Have it roll up to a 411 and/or 135 plan(s), having a way each time we touch a lead and/or contact in Command, there's a running list of how many more people we need to contact for the day ie contact 100 people a day.

  5. The email template only allows you to save it as a flat image or PDF. Defeats the purpose of having links in your email signature which is necessary. Should be able to be saved to be functional.

  6. It would be nice to have social media links either in the footer tab on designs or be able to ad them as a content tab to give more personalization to the design to draw clients to social pages.

  7. Multiple birthdays with reminders, within a single contact. Husband & wife, several adults, numerous children. Each with their own birthdate, reminder & auto email greeting

  9. It would be very helpful to improve our overall Contact Health Score if we could focus on those that are in the red (0-49%). I have been unable to figure out how to sort or filter or in any way get the list of only the red contacts in order to focus on improving the data for these.

  11. For new agents looking to import an existing spreadsheet or for existing agents looking to export their complete database, clean it up & then re-import starting fresh, include the "Relationships" field.

    Otherwise an agent needs to spend additional time in Command entering relationships that could have more easily been set in advance within their spreadsheet & simply imported.

  12. Waiting to send texts to the database in real time is inefficient for people that plan ahead. Being able to schedule a text to send at 9AM while you are working at 6AM would be an amazing tool for those that practice real estate at odd hours. It would allow an agent to plan out their lead gen for the next day and "automate" it a bit.

  13. When you show contacts, you must scroll a bunch. I have a vertical monitor to do database work on and the contacts view should dynamically size to the screen if larger than your standard. I can only see 10 contact on a 24" vertical screen.

  14. I usually have to merge multiple PDFs into one file in order to upload it. I would love the ability to add multiple attachments to any category without having to make it into a single PDF

  15. This company raves about DTD2. That being said how about we have a KW Created Smart plan Much like the birthday smart plan, Monthly neighborhood nurture, and the home anniversary that uses the AI to effectively schedule a task for the next corresponding day for that specific DTD2 task. Whether it may calling, texting, emailing, or sending a postcard.

    Tips: Each smart plan should be dedicated to one thing

    • One for Calling
    • One for texting
    • One for Email
    • One for Postcards

    All to keep up with the models for DTD2 and because not all agents are at the same level…

  18. In Offers & Commissions, in the Terms & Dates section, it asks for the Sale Price and then it asks for Cash amount. I have to use my phone to calculate based on the % entered on the purchase contract. I'd like to simply enter the % and have it auto-calculate the Cash amount based on the Sale Price.

    Conversely, it requests Earnest Percentage (which we don't use). If I enter the Earnest Amount, it will then calculate the Earnest Percentage automatically, which is what I want the Cash field to do!

  19. It would be incredibly useful to have a feature that allows users to bulk assign SmartPlans to opportunities based on their opportunity stage. This would streamline follow-ups, automate client communication, and ensure consistent outreach without the need for manual entry. Bulk Editing Capabilities: Allow users to select multiple opportunities at once and apply or modify SmartPlans.
