To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  3. It would be great to be able to "add activity" to a group of people that have been tagged when we send something to the entire group either through a direct mailer or an email etc vs having to add that activity one at a time.

  4. In the daily tracker log sheet, please add a field to enter the number of attempts. That way we can see how many communication attempts we are making each day vs. how many actual 2 way conversations are happening.

  5. Link MLS to Command Contacts so when a property is listed on MLS that matches the Contact in Command, it is shown as an Active, Coming Soon, Expired, Cancelled, or Withdrawn listing. The KW agent should be able to add a widget on to the Home screen so we can see at a glance the listings that have been recently changed that are matching addresses in our contacts. We should be able to remove the listing if we see that the listing is not actually the same as the address on the contact. We should be able to filter and…

  6. For the QR code in the Command app for the digital business card, I would love to see the ability to add your profile picture into this business card that is in your Marketing Profile to make it look more professional or the ability to customize what details you do/don't want on the business card.

  9. With the stats applet in the website builder, it would be great if we could link to our MLS to have the stats update in real time (or once a day). For example, having XX active listings, or XX solds, etc.

  10. I would like to be able to access the landing page for the open house a few days before my open house. Right now I can only access it the day of. I like to create a QR code so people can sign in quicker and the sign in is more accurate. If it is available earlier I can have everything ready a few days before, with my schedule this would be a big help! I am sure I am not the only one..

  11. Add 'Cash' as a selectable value for 'Finance Type' in Opportunity Details. Currently, selecting 'None' results in two dashes being displayed. This can be confused with the data have potentially been omitted, rather than a clear statement of 'This Buyer intends to use cash', which is an important detail.

  12. When an agent is using the activity tracker they log their set and held appointments but the Reports activity lumps this into one number as the sum. I would like to see each metric reported in the Reports>> activity for day, week, and month

  14. Have the ability to include the note I add to one of my contacts to be updated on their associated persons (ie. spouse) contact card. Example:

    I add a note to James Doe and same notes gets added to Jane Doe
    Note: Talked to James and he said they will sell in 3 months

    I want the note to automatically or give me an option to have that same note added to the associated person.

  15. It would be beneficial to have a column in contacts under "tasks" and sort by the due date. It would also help to see what contacts already have tasks and which contacts marked as a lead need a task.

  16. Please add in an i icon to the Kelle Guide for Setting Goals on what Cost of Sales & expenses are! This helps agents who have not read MREA or taking Business Planning Clinic understand these fields better to then configure those amounts to complete the Kelle Guide faster.

  17. The only way to determine what associate training is needed in the sales process is to examine conversion rates from contact to appt to contract to close. These fields already exist in Command. Why doesn’t command calculate these crucial ratios automatically from agent supplied dates? Or similar? The framework is already here and it is quite silly that Command wouldn’t automatically calculate these ratios which have THE MOST DIRECT IMPACT ON AGENT INCOME than any other metric. Please add this function because right now I believe the vast majority of KW Agents don’t even know what a conversion ratio is…and…
