To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.

  5. Stephanie Rankin has requested an enhancement to the "My Preferred Vendor" page on KW Agent websites to improve the organization and display of vendors.


    Requested Changes:

    1. Alphabetical Organization:

      • Add a feature to automatically organize vendors alphabetically on:
        • The "All Vendors" page.
        • The pages sorted by vendor type (Vendor Type Pages).
    2. Manual Positioning:

      • Enable the option to manually reorder vendors, allowing agents to position their vendors in a preferred order.
    3. Synchronization with Vendor | MoveEasy:

      • Replicate the alphabetical organization functionality currently available in the Vendor | MoveEasy platform (used by Stephanie to manage vendors).…

  8. I wish we could filter by First or Last Name: starts with, ends with, is empty. As of now the only way to accomplish something close to this is by sorting by first or last name. We are starting DTD2 with our group where we need last name letters, and our workaround for now is tagging each person with the letter of their last name to then build filters and SmartViews around those tags. This is quite the chore in a database of 17K+ contacts. And then finding those without a last name tag requires building an advanced filter SmartView…

  9. It will be helpfull to be able to edit how often de client updates are send, and also be able to add for example how many views or visits the leasing have had in for example the last month, show the results to our clients and not the tasks that we have done.

  10. Agents are unable to efficiently review and edit multiple contacts while navigating through the Database. The current single-window approach disrupts workflow and causes loss of context when switching between contacts.

    To address this, we propose returning the Contact Name as a link feature Command previously had. Agents could open multiple contacts in separate tabs within the database view, by right-clicking on the contact name and selecting "Open Link in New Tab" button.

    This allows for standard desktop browser Tab management features, such as tab closing, reordering, and grouping which all would enhance user experience and productivity.

  11. We need the ability to merge two contacts that both have agent site connections. If a client creates a new account on the agent site or app after they already have an existing agent site connection, it creates a duplicate contact that cannot currently be merged. We need the ability to merge these duplicate agent site connections when they occur.

  12. In mobile command timeline, 1) enable setting a personal default other than 7 days for "days back", and 2) enable at least 120 days in the default. If we use a 90-day phone call routine and are one day late making the current call, the notes from the previous call cannot be seen on the phone. Give some grace.

  15. Agent wants to have auto create function on designs added for the listing presentation templates as re doing 28 pages on every listing presentation is very time consuming.

  17. You are not allowed to assign other team members to a smart plan other than the contact assignee or rain maker. We have TC's on our team that we use the task for and it cannot directly be assigned to them. With the occurring task throughout the transaction (re assigning a contact) in the task bar everyday is not efficient.

  18. Under the old system, agents could put in a dollar amount for commissions if they wished, and Command would do the math for them. Since moving to transactions, our agents are forced to input a percentage, which doesn't always match up perfectly with the flat fee they've agreed to. They're left reaching out to leadership and asking us to change it, which takes up time and resources that previously weren't necessary.

It would be valuable to have the ability to quickly view and track what my client are looking for using specific search parameters, such as property type (single-family, condo, etc.), number of bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and more. This feature would allow us to easily see our clients' preferences at a glance, saving time and making it easier to match them with suitable properties.

    Having this information readily available in a client’s profile would streamline the home search process and ensure that agents are always up to date on their clients' needs. It would also be great to include additional…
