  1. We need the ability to recommend changes to current neighborhoods as well as recommend the addition of new neighborhoods directly. In my area (Maui, Hawaii) I have found 7-8 different instances of neighborhood lines now being drawn correctly to include all housing in the area, as well as certain residential areas not included in neighborhoods at all. Allow command users to request changes to neighborhoods and then push these requests to the leadership team in that market center. This could be easily overseen by local MCTTs.

  2. Create a Lead Parsing Email which is a unique entity separate from our normal command email like the separate emails that third party lead generation softwares provide. This would allow us to plug in our parsing email which would directly connect our lead generation from Zillow, Google ads, Homes.com, etc, and put it into our contacts in command instead of us doing it manually every time.

  4. In the search filter for contacts,
    How can I filter the contacts who had the smart plan in the past and not current? Could you add a filter please? I understand that i can find it in the activity, but with 800 in my database, that's a lot to go thru. This is to avoid repeating the smart plan on the clients.
    Or if you cannot delete the smart plan under the smart plan section , even if it's completed.

  6. Can we please have the work days for the Activity Tracking start on a Monday? It currently starts on Sunday and ends on Saturday, and I believe most of us track activity Monday through Sunday.

  7. Would be useful in many ways to integrate recorded phone calls into Command and Command App. This could be useful for having something to go back to, for example if you can't remember what city the client said NOT to look at you can go back to listen, etc. If you are in the car during a call, take notes once you are back at the office. Eliminates that awkward text of not remembering something during the phone call.

    This is also useful due to the fact we often find clients saying "you did or did not tell me something"…

  9. Increase the column width of the Smart Plan Name and decrease the width of the other columns. more characters or space is needed to see the full name of the smarptlans. The other columns like date need less space.

  12. I would like the ability to hide the Contact Form from my agent site. It is the only module on the homepage that cannot be hidden. It is giving me a lot of spam leads and I would much rather that potential clients contact me directly via email.

  13. The more I am working with the website, the more I wish we had a few more stock widgets to work with in addition to "rich text". Something like an image/text box or a CTA that is responsive and always look neat and tidy would be especially helpful. It's hard to get images and text to line up across all devices without additional css and most people just want a plug and play option for their blogs and landing pages. There are some work arounds, but they aren't obvious and this is something that has come up over and over…

  15. currently whenever there is a discrepancy with an invalid email Support have to escalate each case. the user cannot see the reason code for why it is invalid. Support team cant go into mail gun to review past error to see if its a full block or something dev can clear. Then issue is escalated to dev team to check the reason and unblock the email if possible. if there was clearer wording for user or a button they could press to contest validity to have the email checked and cleared? (that sounds a bit fancy).

  16. We have agents that have moved into the referral group and are showing up in the Active Referral Pattern. They are not allowed to practice real estate so it makes sense to be able to remove them and from our end.

  19. It would be helpful to be able to tag people not included in the particular opportunity such as VAs and cooperating agents so we can notify others of things they need to do.

    For example:

    If an admin is the one that submits the paperwork and is the point of contact, we want them to get the notification. However, we can only do that right now if they are in command and the rainmaker uses the team opportunity and assigns the admin to the opportunity.

    Another example is Agent 1 submits the file as the listing agent and Agent 2…

  20. Currently, a Guest Admin cannot participate in Opportunity Discussions, since Guest Admins sometimes fill multiple roles in support of a transaction this would be a key feature for larger teams to take advantage fo this feature.
