Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  2. Would be useful in many ways to integrate recorded phone calls into Command and Command App. This could be useful for having something to go back to, for example if you can't remember what city the client said NOT to look at you can go back to listen, etc. If you are in the car during a call, take notes once you are back at the office. Eliminates that awkward text of not remembering something during the phone call.

    This is also useful due to the fact we often find clients saying "you did or did not tell me something"…

  4. Under "parties to transaction", when creating a new party, it requires company nickname & address. Make this an optional field. This info is not on a contract. Because the fields are required, you can't create the new party & have to record it in notes instead.

  5. For those of us that truly specialize in Military clients, some of them periodically PCS oversees and only have an APO/FPO/DPO address. We would like to keep in touch with them. It is a completely diff format. We had someone ask for this previously and a KW Product Specialist closed the voting and made a comment "You can now type in an address and choose "Add New" to select the Country that your Contact is in!"

    Just to be clear to our computer programmers and "Product Specialists", APO addresses need more than "you can add their country" because there is…

  13. When submitting documents in the Opportunities section and you have to add a lot of documents that might not be listed by the broker, you have to click "Add Document". Once the document is added it drops you to the bottom of the screen where the document was added so then you have to scroll all the way back to the top of the screen to add another new document.   14. They would like for the discussions to be moved away from a specific opportunity and be brought into more general terms. They would like to be able to "chat" with people on their team in different areas/applets of Command.

  16. The moving between personal to team and then team to personal is messy. If a legacy tag is removed, the personal database is a mess. If they never use personal, or reclassify a contact, they cant take that information with them. If you don't make it easy to go from command to command, there is a chance they go from command to another system or command to another company instead.

  18. currently whenever there is a discrepancy with an invalid email Support have to escalate each case. the user cannot see the reason code for why it is invalid. Support team cant go into mail gun to review past error to see if its a full block or something dev can clear. Then issue is escalated to dev team to check the reason and unblock the email if possible. if there was clearer wording for user or a button they could press to contest validity to have the email checked and cleared? (that sounds a bit fancy).

  20. Is it possible to make accommodations for disabled users? Specifically thinking about dictation in the notes fields (I am dealing with arthritis in my hands) but I’m sure there are others that could use that kind of option
