To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.

  1. Problem, when adding an email you always have to manually type in your email signature.

    Solution come up with additional Merge Fields like:
    {Full.Agent.Signature} - to include their office address
    {Short.Agent.Signature} - a variation of the Full with out the address.

  3. It is very important that a client (potential seller) receives a bi-weekly neighborhood Nurture including Active, Pending and SOLD properties in order to they have an idea how is the market regarding the last sold similar properties an make a quicker decision selling their units. Only Active and Pending unit are shown. Please see attached the screenshots.

  4. Please add a cc' field for Smartplan emails. We are currently unable to see outgoing Smartplan emails and would like the capability to see the email that was sent out.

  5. I would love to have the Custom Tags that I make come with the ability to order them the way I would like. So, say a client has three tags...I would like to be able to select to see the tags in the order that I want to see them in...vs. just according to the designated order of when I made an actual tag.

  6. For how important this tab is, it should not be very deep in settings under four different drop-downs. It should be just under the persons name next to settings on the command main portal..

  7. I would love to have a way to keep track my business expenses and create a Profit/Loss report every month. Since KW Command will be able to track our income based on our 'opportunities', it only makes since to also be able to track our expenses.

  8. This report would enable agents to be prepared ahead time to send cards, gifts, etc. to mark these events. Agents could simply print the report at the first of the month and then make sure they have cards on hand and gifts ordered.

  9. To enhance user experience and operational efficiency, I propose the addition of a printer-friendly report feature in Command CRM. This feature would enable users to easily generate clean, clear reports for Activities, Goals, etc., without resorting to multiple screenshots or dealing with cluttered screen prints. This addition will significantly aid in data review and strategic planning, especially in team settings.

  11. Can you have a Opportunity Tag Trigger a Smart Plan? Example If there is a HomeWarranty on this transaction I want it to trigger a few additional emails about Home Warranty programs.

  12. Within Opportunities, could there be multiple checklist templates setup to choose from when populating the checklist for a given phase of the opportunity. For example, a new construction buyer opportunity may have a longer-timeline to it and a few different but standard steps (like a blue-tape walkthrough, or activating appliance warranties after the home is purchased). I know I would like this functionality, maybe others would as well.

  13. Our state has forms that require the broker information the be filled in, but even when we enter the broker information in DocuSign details, the information does not populate into DocuSign forms.

  14. When working with buyers, we usually need documents signed (e.g. state disclosure, Buyer Agency agreement, etc.) BEFORE an opportunity is needed. So the Docusign room often precedes the Opportunity. It would be very useful to be able to connect an existing Docusign room to a new opportunity.

  15. Command Contacts should allow us to use the same email address for more than one client. We have several clients who are couples that share the same email address.

  17. In order to build our businesses, we are encouraged to know our numbers, not just "potential" and "probable", but our actual numbers. At any given moment, an agent should be able to know their GCI for the current year without using other platforms or having to calculate themselves.

    Imagine being able to click on reports and see:

    "As of today, your GCI for 2023 is..."

    "As of today, your closed units for 2023 are..."

    "As of today, your closed volume for 2023 is..."

  19. It would be great if we could export any list of contacts that we are able to filter and create SmartViews around. This is good for handing off lists of people if necessary for various reasons.

  20. If someone goes to my website and starts typing in their street address, they should not have to scroll through literal PAGES of other partial matches for an address before finding their address.

    No other real estate website does it this way.

    i have attached multiple screen shots for the same address search for an example.
