To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. It would be a great feature to be able to share folders from my personal Canva account to my KW Canva account as I transition. Right now, I have to individually share dozens of different projects, and is very time consuming. Could this be something that we partner with Canva to make it easier for agents to transition to their new Canva account?

  2. I’ve noticed that the system seems to treat the second and third words in contact entries as potential last names within the Contacts tab. For example, entries like "John & Mary Smith"—where spouses share an email address—are combined into a single "Full Name" field.

    If you check the Contacts section in KW Command, you'll see there is only one field labeled "Full Name." It would be much better to have two separate fields: one for First Name and one for Last Name. This structure is more efficient and improves both data entry and search functionality.

  5. when recording a Call on the contact timeline it defaults to We Talked when you actually may have left a message (CLM) or no answer of the phone (CNA)

  6. , while we do have support for multiple emails/phones in contacts within Command, API Nation says they be able to sync to the primary fields for emails and phone numbers.

    KW Command currently allows for syncing information to the Primary Email and Primary Phone fields only.

  9. Agents are unable to efficiently review and edit multiple contacts while navigating through the Database. The current single-window approach disrupts workflow and causes loss of context when switching between contacts.

    To address this, we propose returning the Contact Name as a link feature Command previously had. Agents could open multiple contacts in separate tabs within the database view, by right-clicking on the contact name and selecting "Open Link in New Tab" button.

    This allows for standard desktop browser Tab management features, such as tab closing, reordering, and grouping which all would enhance user experience and productivity.

  10. The ability to have an email sent to myself (command user) with all tasks & birthdays etc due that day as a reminder. (Most crms have this feature)

  11. Should be able to block or mark leads as scam. We get scam emails from the website and all we can do is archive them.

  13. Currently, when adding an international referral in the Commissions section, the system does not allow users to input phone numbers with international country codes. It assumes all phone numbers are in a North American format, which results in errors for agents working with international referrals. This enhancement will allow users to add international phone numbers, ensuring proper data entry and improved communication with referral agents.

  14. Would be useful in many ways to integrate recorded phone calls into Command and Command App. This could be useful for having something to go back to, for example if you can't remember what city the client said NOT to look at you can go back to listen, etc. If you are in the car during a call, take notes once you are back at the office. Eliminates that awkward text of not remembering something during the phone call.

    This is also useful due to the fact we often find clients saying "you did or did not tell me something"…

  16. Increase the column width of the Smart Plan Name and decrease the width of the other columns. more characters or space is needed to see the full name of the smarptlans. The other columns like date need less space.

  17. when a contact signs up on your website for a free home valuation they are automatically entered into our crm. The property address they entered doesn't get added to the contact. Can this be added automatically so we don't have to go back in and update or forget?

  18. currently whenever there is a discrepancy with an invalid email Support have to escalate each case. the user cannot see the reason code for why it is invalid. Support team cant go into mail gun to review past error to see if its a full block or something dev can clear. Then issue is escalated to dev team to check the reason and unblock the email if possible. if there was clearer wording for user or a button they could press to contest validity to have the email checked and cleared? (that sounds a bit fancy).

  20. This would be useful as it would allow the RM to oversee all deals going through their team to ensure the opportunities have the necessary team documentation correct, as well as allow the RM to ensure the offer and commission submission is correct (i.e. splits, etc...) prior to submitting it to the MC for review.

    This would ideally be something the RM would have control of and be a "final check" before submitting the docs and offers to the MC for their approval by the agents on that team.
