To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity.

  1. We need to be able to create a Landing Page with a Form. When a lead fills out the form, they are added to an email list for Campaigns.

  2. This would be useful as it would allow the RM to oversee all deals going through their team to ensure the opportunities have the necessary team documentation correct, as well as allow the RM to ensure the offer and commission submission is correct (i.e. splits, etc...) prior to submitting it to the MC for review.

    This would ideally be something the RM would have control of and be a "final check" before submitting the docs and offers to the MC for their approval by the agents on that team.

  3. Two things: Can we have a "view" button so we can see what our smart plan emails are going to look like? And can we select spacing? I can't single space my signature block and it looks amateurish double spaced.

  4. update command for when youre choosing neighborhoods to add your client so that instead of manually clicking each neighborhood to have a range for us to make a shape over the map.

  6. For how important this tab is, it should not be very deep in settings under four different drop-downs. It should be just under the persons name next to settings on the command main portal..

  7. When a referral transaction closes, the agents must submit the referral form to compliance to receive the payment. Right now, we are missing a feature that just clicking a button will download the agreement to be submitted to the MC.

    My suggestion is for KWRI to create a download PDF form tab in the referrals session of Command to make this process easy for agents. It would be even more amazing if there was a button that allows the agent to create opportunities from the referrals session.

  9. An option to bulk delete tags within an account that were created or imported in by agents (non-system tags) to help speed up processing of accidental or mistaken imports and help clean up databases.

  10. CRMS like Lofty allows letters or postcards to be sent directly from Smartplans. This will be a huge improvements to Smartplans and of course should be able to select from Designs

  12. Regarding Task Lists under Opportunities (both Buy and sell)

    In Opportunities (Seller or Buyer) when you're making Checklists, there's the ability to make tasks assignable.

    Presently the options are self, "unassigned", or specific "team members" (you must pick an individual).

    I'd like to see this be dynamic: For example, as the Rainmaker, if my Buyer's Agent makes an opportunity for a Buyer, I want all the tasks they're responsible for assigned to them. The field in the task list wouldn't be assigned to an individual, but rather their role ("creator" of the opportunity), while some tasks would be static and…

  13. Add financing options & acres to the page where we add a "Saved Search". I work with a lot of veterans & I don't see a way to set them up seeing only homes that will go VA financing. Plus I don't see where & can search by lot size either if I have a buyer wanting a home that's on 1+ acres.

  14. I’ve noticed that the system seems to treat the second and third words in contact entries as potential last names within the Contacts tab. For example, entries like "John & Mary Smith"—where spouses share an email address—are combined into a single "Full Name" field.

    If you check the Contacts section in KW Command, you'll see there is only one field labeled "Full Name." It would be much better to have two separate fields: one for First Name and one for Last Name. This structure is more efficient and improves both data entry and search functionality.

  16. since so many referrals between market centers exist, wouldnt it be easier to have an annual post of the market center's w-9 so agents don't have to track them down when they have a closing and the MCA can simply access the market center's doc for tax purposes.

  17. Have the task list go directly to the next unchecked task. TCs are opening the task list within opportunities and having to scroll all the way down to where their next task it. Either compress the accordion view on all sections are autoscroll to the first undone task.

  18. Currently, tags are sorted in order of date added to the contact. With system tags always appearing at the end of the list of tags. Would prefer that tags sort alpha/numerically on the contact card view and contact list columns view.

  20. I am trying to connect into Command to automate my task list from a program like chatgpt. I want to put the details into chat and have it write my intro emails to clients and then sync up with the task list in Command to input my due dates. Is this possible?
