Sharing Folders from Personal Canva to KW Canva
It would be a great feature to be able to share folders from my personal Canva account to my KW Canva account as I transition. Right now, I have to individually share dozens of different projects, and is very time consuming. Could this be something that we partner with Canva to make it easier for agents to transition to their new Canva account?

Down Payment Calculations
In Offers & Commissions, in the Terms & Dates section, it asks for the Sale Price and then it asks for Cash amount. I have to use my phone to calculate based on the % entered on the purchase contract. I'd like to simply enter the % and have it auto-calculate the Cash amount based on the Sale Price.
Conversely, it requests Earnest Percentage (which we don't use). If I enter the Earnest Amount, it will then calculate the Earnest Percentage automatically, which is what I want the Cash field to do!

Ability to have a further drop down in "New Activity" for Calls, For Attempted Contact, No answer, Voicemail, etc...
When you add a "New Activity" to a contact, and the interaction is a "call", there is no way to add "attempted call".
In the SMARTPlan version, you're able to drop it down further to be "no answer, left voicemail, etc." but you can't when you add a manual activity.
Could you allow for a drop down menu so we can actually keep track of how many people we actually connect with?

API Endpoint for Retrieving Contacts in KW Command
Currently, there is no official API access or endpoint for retrieving contacts in KW Command, making it difficult to integrate with third-party automation tools like Zapier. Users must rely on workarounds using Google Sheets and Webhooks, which are inefficient and prone to errors.
Adding an official API endpoint for retrieving contacts would allow users to:
Search for existing contacts before creating duplicates.
Automate lead management workflows using Zapier and other integrations.
Improve data accuracy and reduce manual data entry.

Have separate fields for First name, Middle name, and Last Name
Have separate fields for First name, Middle name, and Last Name. We have some couples that only have 1 email address or no email and only an address. We would like to put John & Jane in the first name field, then Doe in the Last name field. As it sits right now for those that we have both names in it will only put the first (John) in an email sent... not John & Jane. So it'd make it nicer and more clean to have them in separate fields.

When we enter contacts into Command that need to be linked, it would be awesome that when after you enter the first contact, and then when you start on the second and you "Add a relationship" ....if the Collaborator and Tags automatically populated to the second contact...that would be amazing!

Detailed Click Data in Campaigns
For my email campaigns, I would like to see what individual contacts in my specifically click on in my email. For example, did they click on a specific article/image, or a specific button?
That way it allows me to better interact with the contact, and could potentially allow for agents to create a trigger for a SMARTPlan creating a follow up if a lead clicks a specific link.

Filter by Name
I wish we could filter by First or Last Name: starts with, ends with, is empty. As of now the only way to accomplish something close to this is by sorting by first or last name. We are starting DTD2 with our group where we need last name letters, and our workaround for now is tagging each person with the letter of their last name to then build filters and SmartViews around those tags. This is quite the chore in a database of 17K+ contacts. And then finding those without a last name tag requires building an advanced filter SmartView…

Contacts: Open Contacts in new tab
Agents are unable to efficiently review and edit multiple contacts while navigating through the Database. The current single-window approach disrupts workflow and causes loss of context when switching between contacts.
To address this, we propose returning the Contact Name as a link feature Command previously had. Agents could open multiple contacts in separate tabs within the database view, by right-clicking on the contact name and selecting "Open Link in New Tab" button.
This allows for standard desktop browser Tab management features, such as tab closing, reordering, and grouping which all would enhance user experience and productivity.

Daily Task Email
The ability to have an email sent to myself (command user) with all tasks & birthdays etc due that day as a reminder. (Most crms have this feature)

Be able to block or at least mark some incoming leads as spam/scam
Should be able to block or mark leads as scam. We get scam emails from the website and all we can do is archive them.

Support International Phone Numbers in Commissions for Referrals
Currently, when adding an international referral in the Commissions section, the system does not allow users to input phone numbers with international country codes. It assumes all phone numbers are in a North American format, which results in errors for agents working with international referrals. This enhancement will allow users to add international phone numbers, ensuring proper data entry and improved communication with referral agents.

Include Address in Home Valuation's Contact Timeline Notification
when a contact signs up on your website for a free home valuation they are automatically entered into our crm. The property address they entered doesn't get added to the contact. Can this be added automatically so we don't have to go back in and update or forget?

Add "Add Document" Button to Bottom of Documents Checklist
When submitting documents in the Opportunities section and you have to add a lot of documents that might not be listed by the broker, you have to click "Add Document". Once the document is added it drops you to the bottom of the screen where the document was added so then you have to scroll all the way back to the top of the screen to add another new document.
