Can you have a Opportunity Tag Trigger a Smart Plan? Example If there is a HomeWarranty on this transaction I want it to trigger a few additional emails about Home Warranty programs.

Quick-Create Buyer Opportunity from Seller Opportunity Information
It would be helpful and save time to have a "Create buyer side transaction" button from within command to create a mirror image opportunity that switches the buyer and seller side and adds it to the pipeline.
This would be in lieu of manually creating a buyer side transaction when the listing agent has both sides of the deal personally or a team member.

Share Listing (Link for Emails, Social Posts, etc.)
I would love for a button to be added to the listings portion of this. After searching for a listing, would love to be able to share the listing to social media or email through command with the click of a button.
Would also be amazing if it would lead capture as well!
All the info is there as in MLS.

Command Contacts should allow us to use the same email address for more than one client. We have several clients who are couples that share the same email address.

Show Street Matches First in Property Search
If someone goes to my website and starts typing in their street address, they should not have to scroll through literal PAGES of other partial matches for an address before finding their address.
No other real estate website does it this way.

Handwritten Letters Campaigns
Essentially duplicate the existing direct mail campaign process, but partner with a third party company (like scribe) that would print and mail out handwritten letter using their 3d printing technology. So I could upload into Command a copy of a handwritten letter and select who I want it to be sent to, both in and outside of my database, just like how real mailers is currently set up. Then scribe would simply print the message on the selected cards, and mail them to who we have selected. This would be an incredible tool for all database touches and farming.

Drop Down Menu
Applicable for both Agent and MC Command home screens. Drop down menu would appear for additional tabs that exist in that option by hovering over the icons on the left side that navigate Home, Smartplans, Transaction or on the MC side Recruits, Transacts etc. This would allow you to click into the the desired tab reducing the amount of clicks and reducing the time needed for the page to load that has the tabs on it. Sort Contacts by Last Personal Contact
I’d like to pull my contacts list sorted by least recently contacted. But I want this to be by personal contacts/reachouts (texts or calling) but not marketing emails. So if I sent a marketing email last Thursday and I sort my contacts by last contacted, everyone shows last Thursday since I sent a marketing email. But I just wanted it to show when I personally contacted them.
