Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.

  2. I like to send certain emails to my clients at different stages of the transaction including "Congratulations, you're under contract" with a list of dates, next steps, and explanations as soon as an offer is accepted. Then another email after the option period, reminders, etc. I have these saved in my gmail as a template now, but would love to see the ability to send the template (saved in command/opportunities) pull the key dates, property address, and client names when filling the email templates.

  3. When I'm starting an opportunity, don't make the commission rate required. On listings, the value hasn't been established, and with buyers we don't have a budget yet.

  4. Within the function of Linking Contacts to a Task, it would be useful to search contacts by a Tag. Currently, a user is only able to Link Contacts to a Task by searching for them individually by name. I would like to create reminders to reach out to Leads that I have identified as "hot" "nurture" or "watch". I have already added those tags to the contacts but it would be tedious to add them name by name.

  5. Allow all team members to be able to use one twilio account instead of having to sign up for individual accounts and different phone numbers.

  6. Please make Bulk delete contact tag in command settings. If someone accidentally chooses to allow a cateogry to upload as a new custom tag when uploading a spreadsheet they may end up with hundreds of custom tags in their drop down lists. Then to delete the custom made tag they have to delete each one individually in command settings instead of a bulk delete option.

  7. Command should be able to automatically track activity and outreach to our DB's.

    This should be broken down by automated outreach (smartplans) and manual outreach (typically driven by tasks, calls, emails, texts or appointments).

    This information is already being captured in each contacts timeline.

    It would be helpful to add contact reason and contact outcome for each task or activity type ie for reason it could be cold outreach, DB follow up, Lead follow up, Client update, listing appointment, buyer appointment, etc. There may be different reasons for different activity types.

    Then outcomes may look something like no answer, wrong…

  8. Currently, I have set our Team's yearly production goal under our rainmaker's account while logged under the team account. Initially I thought this was setting the goal for the whole team under the team account. I had an individual agent on the team add in their annual goal in their Command account on the team side. Since doing so, when looking at goals for "All Team Members" it now has the combination of the Team/Rainmaker Goal, plus the individual agent. Ex: 65 Transactions (Team) + 16 (Individual) = 81 Transactions (All Team Members, not correct)

    There should be a way…

  9. The Referrals Portal would be more valuable if:

    1. The contact information went directly to the CRM portion of Command with the opportunity to apply SmartPlans, tags to keep in touch as well as areas served.
    2. Both KW and out-of-brokerage agents could be added.
    3. Once the referral is accepted, an Opportunity is created.

  10. For Seller Closing Costs under Seller Worksheet, it would be really beneficial to select between % (percentage) and $ (fixed dollar amount). Thank you.

  11. It would be great to have the ability to turn on or off notifications and have the option to choose where they go. I would really like to have the option to have oportunity compliance command notifications be directed twards my emial.

  12. I would love for a button to be added to the listings portion of this. After searching for a listing, would love to be able to share the listing to social media or email through command with the click of a button.

    Would also be amazing if it would lead capture as well!

    All the info is there as in MLS.

  14. Just like we save the person's photo in our Phone contacts, please can we have an option to save a photo of our customers in Command.

    It would help the many people who are visual learners and great for recognizing faces before names.

  16. Ever since Mailchimp stopped being used we still cannot add bulk contacts to command email lists.

    This is a basic function and would stop us from having to rebuild email lists every time we want to send an email to the database or list we have already built every time we get new contacts to add.

  17. Other than the answers article, there is zero indication from Command or through the 'create saved search' process that indicates that a client MUST be registered to you in order to receive the email updates you put them on. This needs to be called out in the creation process or have steps for the client to opt-in or accept the email updates.

  18. Would like to have email and text notifications when a lead opens listing alerts and when they browse the my website. Would also like to have email and text alerts when they open any email I send them. Market leader was perfect and very user friendly. We were forced to switch to command too soon. Command is not ready.

  19. WordPress Plugin to add Smarter Agent IDX Listings Search, Map Search and Neighborhood Landing Page to any WordPress website. (For Smarter Agent to feed to Command from any KW Agent or Market Center website or Blog)

    The plugin would include a Quick Search Widget, Featured Listings Widget, Open House Widget and a Landing Page Widget. In addition, a custom search manager to create custom searches for landing pages and neighborhood pages. Lastly, the ability to insert scrolling listings and listing grids in landing pages and neighborhood pages created as blog posts or pages.
