To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. The Referrals Portal would be more valuable if:

    1. The contact information went directly to the CRM portion of Command with the opportunity to apply SmartPlans, tags to keep in touch as well as areas served.
    2. Both KW and out-of-brokerage agents could be added.
    3. Once the referral is accepted, an Opportunity is created.

  4. The mail label feature is amazing and the labels come out looking so nice and professional. However, when using BULK MAIL, it is necessary to have an address with a name and "or Current Resident" added to it. Bright MLS has this feature and I am hoping that Command can add this as an export. The ONLY way to use Bulk Mail is to have 'or current resident' added to the name you are sending to.   5. So I have come across a really interesting AI product. It's called housewhisper.ai. What it does:

    Interaction through text, phone call, or voice memo—no apps or logins needed. It acts as a virtual assistant you speak with naturally.

    Updates your CRM, schedules appointments, sets reminders, and sends follow-ups as if you had a live assistant.

    This is a huge thing as it bridges the gap between non technology users and power users. It gives the ability to do so many things and doesn't require an app or dashboard to log into. It does need a full API access to do…

  6. When splitting a PDF and selecting the document type, users are still required to manually name each split document. Having Command auto-name the documents based on the selected type would help streamline the process and save time.

  7. Currently, there is no official API access or endpoint for retrieving contacts in KW Command, making it difficult to integrate with third-party automation tools like Zapier. Users must rely on workarounds using Google Sheets and Webhooks, which are inefficient and prone to errors.

    Adding an official API endpoint for retrieving contacts would allow users to:

    Search for existing contacts before creating duplicates.
    Automate lead management workflows using Zapier and other integrations.
    Improve data accuracy and reduce manual data entry.
    This feature would enhance KW Command’s integration capabilities, aligning with users’ needs for more flexible and efficient CRM management.

  9. When responding to a text message using Twilio, it would be helpful to be able to see the previous messages in the thread, similar to how you respond to a traditionally text message thread on your smart phone.

    Currently the window to compose a Twilio message doesn't show any of the previous text messages in the conversation. Adding the ability to view previous messages in the compose window would be helpful.

  10. Have the availability to have an email notification for Twilio text messages. Currently you only get a desktop notification, phone notification, and a push notification. Those only work if you are logged into command. The Command app in notorious (at least to me) for logging me out without notice and when this happens there's not a way to know that text messages are coming through. We'd just like the ability to also turn on email notifications.

  13. The moving between personal to team and then team to personal is messy. If a legacy tag is removed, the personal database is a mess. If they never use personal, or reclassify a contact, they cant take that information with them. If you don't make it easy to go from command to command, there is a chance they go from command to another system or command to another company instead.

  14. Want to seen the one that we were looking at last. I wish it would save place in my scroll. I want it to go right back. Would use the back and forward buttons some times but not always. Match behavior from Google Contacts.

  15. As an agent I need to be able to quickly see which of my contacts have unsubscribed from text messages so I can change my approach to communication with them or remove them from other forms of communication. It would be intuitive to have this info located in the Texts & Calls tab of the Reports applet.

  16. As of right now there is no way for our team members to edit any designs in the team designs . It would be very helpful to allow only our team members to edit designs thorugh their team account that way we do not have to publish our designs for EVERYONE to see.

It is very important that a client (potential seller) receives a bi-weekly neighborhood Nurture including Active, Pending and SOLD properties in order to they have an idea how is the market regarding the last sold similar properties an make a quicker decision selling their units. Only Active and Pending unit are shown. Please see attached the screenshots.

  18. Command Contacts should allow us to use the same email address for more than one client. We have several clients who are couples that share the same email address.

  19. This would be a GREAT feature for doorknocking and pop-bys. The ability to see which homes I have in my contacts and which I need to have added. It also gives us the ability to easily add notes to the database as we go door to door!

  20. It seems like there is only a max option to delete 50 tasks at a time. It would be great to have the capability to delete all of your tasks at once in the backend settings since some people have 1,000+ tasks and doing 50 at a time would take some time deleting that many tasks.
