MLS-to-Social Media Automation in Command
It would be highly valuable if Command could incorporate functionality similar to what Delta Media Group currently offers—direct MLS integration. Specifically, when a listing event occurs (such as a new listing, price change, open house, or status update), the system could automatically generate a corresponding post for the agent’s connected social media accounts. View Referral Bio Before Sending or Accepting Invitation
When searching for a referral partner, there currently isn’t a way to view their biography until the referral invitation has been accepted by either party. We would like to request the ability to view an agent’s biography prior to sending or accepting a referral invitation, as this would help us make more informed decisions when selecting a partner.

Default signature needed in email from contact module
It's fantastic that we can manage a number of signatures in the email module within contacts! But we need to be able to select a default one that automatically inserts into our emails. For every email we send right now, we have an extra two clicks to click on the add signature button, then click on the signature.

Email Notifications for Incoming Twilio Texts
Have the availability to have an email notification for Twilio text messages. Currently you only get a desktop notification, phone notification, and a push notification. Those only work if you are logged into command. The Command app in notorious (at least to me) for logging me out without notice and when this happens there's not a way to know that text messages are coming through. We'd just like the ability to also turn on email notifications.

Select More Than 20 Contacts to Add to SmartPlan
Sharing the following from my marketing guy: "I would love to see the ability when selecting contacts or scrolling through tags to not have to click the "show more" button / view more arrows at the bottom to reveal more contacts in the list. This is especially cumbersome when assigning multiple contacts to a smartplan. For example, you want to assign a follow up smartplan to your sphere, you have to use the select all feature assign the smartplan in groups of 20 (no option to View 100 or 500 like in other places) at a time. Notification on Consumer Favorited Properties
In the notification settings we can set notifications for a property inquiry or a note on a collection, but not if someone favorites a property. This is very useful info that we need.

Show Sold Properties in Neighborhood Nurture
It is very important that a client (potential seller) receives a bi-weekly neighborhood Nurture including Active, Pending and SOLD properties in order to they have an idea how is the market regarding the last sold similar properties an make a quicker decision selling their units. Only Active and Pending unit are shown. Please see attached the screenshots.

Set Team Goals and Individual Goals
Currently, I have set our Team's yearly production goal under our rainmaker's account while logged under the team account. Initially I thought this was setting the goal for the whole team under the team account. I had an individual agent on the team add in their annual goal in their Command account on the team side. Since doing so, when looking at goals for "All Team Members" it now has the combination of the Team/Rainmaker Goal, plus the individual agent. Ex: 65 Transactions (Team) + 16 (Individual) = 81 Transactions (All Team Members, not correct)

Send Received Referral information to Contacts
The Referrals Portal would be more valuable if:
- The contact information went directly to the CRM portion of Command with the opportunity to apply SmartPlans, tags to keep in touch as well as areas served.
- Both KW and out-of-brokerage agents could be added.
- Once the referral is accepted, an Opportunity is created.

Notify Agent When Missing Required Documents (before Closing Date)
When paperwork is missing on an Opportunity (Required Documents) and it will jeopardize a closing/payout to the Agent, it would be great if Command could automatically email the Agent 2 weeks from Closing Date and 1 week from Closing Date with a reminder to load missing documents, and to include a list of what those documents are (or allow the MC to select what reminder timelines they would like). This will save time for the MCA/Deals team with contacting the Agents manually when this happens.

Show Current Closed Units, Volume, and GCI for Year to Date
In order to build our businesses, we are encouraged to know our numbers, not just "potential" and "probable", but our actual numbers. At any given moment, an agent should be able to know their GCI for the current year without using other platforms or having to calculate themselves.
Imagine being able to click on reports and see:
"As of today, your GCI for 2023 is..."
"As of today, your closed units for 2023 are..."
"As of today, your closed volume for 2023 is..."

Filter contacts based on those that have or do not have opportunities
Filter contacts based on those that have or do not have opportunities. I am cleaning up my database and want to bulk archive many contacts, and I want to focus on the ones that do not have opportunities attached.
