To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Currently, there is no way to bulk-assign opportunities. I would like to be able to bulk-assign opportunities to anyone on my team, especially if they have "Unlimited" team permissions.

  3. There is some technology that is set to come out from a lead source that uses AI to analyze multiple public data sets to guess the likelihood of homeowners making a move: date of last move, mortgage balance, equity left/built in the home, neighborhood activity, etc. This could be leveraged to better scope out/implement farming or other marketing techniques in certain neighborhoods. The program gives estimates of their likelihood to move, with breakdowns and reasons as to why.

  4. Improve the template workflow by adding a 'copy/paste' or 'memory' feature for initials and signatures. Manually dragging every initial is a bottleneck; allowing us to multi-select and repeat placements—similar to DocuSign—would be a huge productivity win for Lone Wolf users. Persistent Placement is what I believe it would be called.

  5. Please establish one individual Canva account for each Market Center, using a Keller Williams email address (such as the MCA or Front Desk email). This ensures the account remains with the Market Center, even if personnel changes occur.

    Market Centers regularly use Canva to create a wide range of materials, including training announcements, social media content, and agent recognition posts (such as cappers and monthly top performers). In addition, access to the appropriate Canva environment is essential for consistent and effective training.

  7. When searching for a referral partner, there currently isn’t a way to view their biography until the referral invitation has been accepted by either party. We would like to request the ability to view an agent’s biography prior to sending or accepting a referral invitation, as this would help us make more informed decisions when selecting a partner.

  9. Add option of "Complete and set new task" with the "complete task" option. If you have a smart plan just click complete but if you want to set a custom task it would be GREAT if there was a button next to "complete task" that said "Complete and create new"- so much easier than going back in and creating new tasks each time.

  11. Within team tasks and personal, I'd like the ability to hide any task that does not have a due date. Currently, there is no option to see only tasks that have a due date.

  13. I do pop-bys for my clients and with the growing date base, if we could just check mark the names and ask the command to map the addresses to utilize less drive time, it will save us a lot of time. Google map can only do 25 addressed max, there are other apps that will do 50 addresses but we have to share the contacts with them. We need command to do this or us so we do not upload our contacts in a third party app. Please help.

Sharing the following from my marketing guy: "I would love to see the ability when selecting contacts or scrolling through tags to not have to click the "show more" button / view more arrows at the bottom to reveal more contacts in the list. This is especially cumbersome when assigning multiple contacts to a smartplan. For example, you want to assign a follow up smartplan to your sphere, you have to use the select all feature assign the smartplan in groups of 20 (no option to View 100 or 500 like in other places) at a time.   16. It would be great to have the ability to turn on or off notifications and have the option to choose where they go. I would really like to have the option to have oportunity compliance command notifications be directed twards my emial.

  17. Just like we save the person's photo in our Phone contacts, please can we have an option to save a photo of our customers in Command.

    It would help the many people who are visual learners and great for recognizing faces before names.

  19. It would be highly valuable if Command could incorporate functionality similar to what Delta Media Group currently offers—direct MLS integration. Specifically, when a listing event occurs (such as a new listing, price change, open house, or status update), the system could automatically generate a corresponding post for the agent’s connected social media accounts. Ideally, these posts would be created within Campaigns for simple one-click approval. This would ensure agents remain fully compliant while significantly reducing the time and effort required to manage their marketing.
