Searchable Custom Fields
Currently we are able to create a custom field in command based on a category created by the user. However this option can only be viewed under the individual contact card. From the contact dashboard there should be a way to filter through custom fields using the advanced or basic filters and the column should be Clickable so these same contacts can be sorted based on but not limited to ascending, descending, newest, oldest etc. Finally the ability to bulk tags these contacts based on custom fields should be available too.

Bulk Change Ownership
Team owned contacts can not be changed quickly to a new owner instead it's a 1 by 1. This is most commonly seen when contacts are uploaded incorrectly

The only place to review replies/calls from Twilio is under notifications. It would be helpful to have an inbox for all Twilio text messages/calls.

Likelihood to Move Estimation Tool
There is some technology that is set to come out from a lead source that uses AI to analyze multiple public data sets to guess the likelihood of homeowners making a move: date of last move, mortgage balance, equity left/built in the home, neighborhood activity, etc. This could be leveraged to better scope out/implement farming or other marketing techniques in certain neighborhoods. The program gives estimates of their likelihood to move, with breakdowns and reasons as to why.

Details Side Panel in Opportunities Collapsed by Default
Having the Details side panel can be useful, but a lot of the time it needs to be collapsed to see the Opportunity fully.
There should be a toggle in Settings to set whether you want the Details side panel to be opened or closed by default when opening an Opportunity. It would be a great Quality of Life addition to this new layout.

Pinned Listings & Featured Properties
Setting up how your featured listings show on agent sites is time consuming and not easy to find.
It takes 9+ steps to reach the point where you can add specific listings to the featured properties list on your KW Agent or Team Site.
So if you are an agent running open houses for another agent and want to pin that property, it takes a long time.
Navigating through the Websites applet, switching to Expert Mode, and then digging into the homepage settings can be confusing, especially without clear visual cues or step-by-step prompts. For newer agents or those not…

Add a filter to list Opportunities of Assigned agents that left a team
In the new All Opportunities tab, we lost the ability to filter Opps for agents that left the team. It would be essential to have a filter that would display those Opportunities as well as the assigned agents who left the team.

error log
Previously when you imported contacts and there were records that failed, the error file contained ONLY those that failed.
Now, the error log is the entire import file with numerous columns at the end showing why they failed.
This is messy when you are imported thousands of records and because error validation is on numerous columns, basics sorts are not able to quickly show the associate what failed.
Please go back to showing only the records that failed on the error file export.

Link All Contacts in a Household or With A Common Address
We need the ability to link multiple contacts living in a single household with the same address.
There should be system logic to identify and suggest household members based upon a common address in command. There should also be the ability to manually link household contacts if we do not yet have their address.
This would be different from the relationships feature since related contacts may or may not all live together.

Ability to Map our contact addresses for shorter drive time
I do pop-bys for my clients and with the growing date base, if we could just check mark the names and ask the command to map the addresses to utilize less drive time, it will save us a lot of time. Google map can only do 25 addressed max, there are other apps that will do 50 addresses but we have to share the contacts with them. We need command to do this or us so we do not upload our contacts in a third party app. Please help.

Show Expiration Date on Compliance Request Cards
It would be extremely helpful if our opportunity dashboard for compliance requests included the expiration date of a listing agreement or buyer representation agreement. We just went through the very tedious process of archiving over a thousand opportunities from the compliance dashboard, many of which were listings that did not sell or buyers that did not buy. The only way to do this was to open each opportunity and re-open the documents. We have a submission date and an est. closing date....can we get an expiration date added so we can archive expired opportunities faster?

Choose First Name in Spouse Mailing Label

Switch Opportunities from Team to Team, Personal, etc.
On the back end, when an agent designation changes, they shouldn't need to re-upload all their opportunities in order to be in compliance. There needs to be a way to port them over in their entirety.

Pause SmartPlan after Response to Text
The qualifying smartplans should have option to pause as soon as the client responds to an automated text. The whole point of these smartplans is to get them to respond so then we know they are a real person but then we know best way to communicate. The plan should pause so then we can go in and respond specifically to their response. There can be a "resume" option that the agent selects too
