Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. As a MCTT, I've noticed with a lot of agents that it can get very confusing on where they need to put in information to go on their Consumer sites. I have a lot of people that update their bio and headshots in the My Profile section and then wonder why it's not updating anywhere because it's hard to find the Marketing Profile and no where really explains the difference between the two. It would also be great to add a button on the Consumer tab that takes you to your Marketing Profile so it's also easier to find as…

  2. As a broker at a previous firm, Dotloop was much easier to use than Docusign. It allowed me to autopopulate my MLS ID, brokerage license # and my license # in every contract, saving me time from having to look up the brokerage license number and typing it in manually every time. I was shocked with the number of agents KW has that this functionality is not there.

  3. I would love to see widgets in the email designs that have prewritten content for agents. Agents then drag and drop. I would love to see national articles around real estate, local content around real estate & local events, market information, and home tips, seasonal checklist, home trends, etc. Multiple widgets each month with content so agents have a very custom feel to the newsletter and not any brain damage.

  5. Looking for added function: Mark a checkbox with a custom field to create a task with a trigger date of X days before.

    Use case: Agent (75+ deals per year) using custom important dates to send out personalized handwritten cards as the entirety of their 33 touch program. RealtyJuggler currently prompts on these custom dates a few days in advance to remind to create and send the cards.

    Home Anniversary

    Wedding Anniversary

    Spouse Birthdays

    Kids Birthdays

    1st Day of School

    Holidays

  6. Would love it if we could change the "From" name in the emails that go to clients from Command Saved Searches.

    Standard Saved-Search mails being generated to the client by Command show up to them as coming from "Keller Williams" ....we would like the mails to appear to them as coming from our team name or anything else we want.

    ALSO would like to be able to edit the text in the body of those mails which currently reads "There are updates to your saved search, [search-name-here], that you may be interested in. I'd love to hear what you think…

  8. It would be very helpful to have the ability to update "linked" contacts all at once. For example, if I update a contact's address, home anniversary, or conversation notes, it would save time and ensure all linked contacts remain up to date. A prompt or option to "update connected contacts" when clicking save would make the process more efficient and help maintain consistent and accurate information.

  10. It's fantastic that we can manage a number of signatures in the email module within contacts! But we need to be able to select a default one that automatically inserts into our emails. For every email we send right now, we have an extra two clicks to click on the add signature button, then click on the signature.

  11. On email designs, once an agent adds a video URL with a thumbnail, agent wants to have a play icon show for the client on the final email for them to know if they click on the image it will redirect them to a video

  12. I do pop-bys for my clients and with the growing date base, if we could just check mark the names and ask the command to map the addresses to utilize less drive time, it will save us a lot of time. Google map can only do 25 addressed max, there are other apps that will do 50 addresses but we have to share the contacts with them. We need command to do this or us so we do not upload our contacts in a third party app. Please help.

  13. agent would like smartplans to would more like https://keap.com/ on keap they use an if/then mapping chart, so that if very specific interactions happen then it will change the flow of the plan as needed. so like our remove triggers but wayyy more in depth

  14. Agents should have the option to 'Export' a list of their Opportunities into a .csv file. The file would include all dates, property address, client names & other details in separate columns.

  15. It would be great if our agents could incorporate .gif files into their email designs easily via the image. We have agents in our market that like the animation gif that their brokerage offers.

    The added movement makes the piece seem more engaging rather than static, especially for video previews.

  16. When viewing a list in Tasks, such as Due Today, allow user to move to the next contact card in the list using the arrows at the top, instead of having to go back to the menu to return to the task list and then have to refilter.

  18. Want to seen the one that we were looking at last. I wish it would save place in my scroll. I want it to go right back. Would use the back and forward buttons some times but not always. Match behavior from Google Contacts.

As an agent I need to be able to quickly see which of my contacts have unsubscribed from text messages so I can change my approach to communication with them or remove them from other forms of communication. It would be intuitive to have this info located in the Texts & Calls tab of the Reports applet.

  20. The ability to download all documents from an opportunity to a single PDF file is useful and should be implemented.
    We should have the ability to choose individual files, or a combined PDF.
