Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.

  2. Teams are able to add assignees to opportunities so both agents are able to see the opportunity. Single agents should have the option to add agents in their market center to their opportunities if they are splitting the deal or working as a mentor on the deal. This way the other agent can have access to the whole opportunity and see the documents.

  3. I am currently on a KWIR smart plan and I want to unsubscribe from just this one. I don't want to unsubscribe from all.

    I imagine that consumers might appreciate that option as well (such as a neighbourhood drip when they move to a new neighbourhood but still stay on their current neighbourhood drip or birthday plan.) Thank you!

  4. I want to be able to archive, change, or delete referrals that I receive or send. Sometimes, the receiving agent leaves KW and does not close a referral after the closing, or the client chooses another option. Being able to clean up my referral page will be most helpful. It causes anxiety for me to see all of the referrals that are either closed, expired, or should just be updated and deleted.

  5. When you have several contacts that come up for the same task, like "send an email" it would be great to select them all from the Task Bar and Bulk Send the Email.

  6. In a team command I would like to be able to bulk add collaborators like i can bulk assign. Essentially they select all the clients to do the bulk action and then select add collaborator and then it pulls up the list of agents to make a collaborator.

  8. It would be great to have a pixel that we could install to our own websites (not the KW provided websites). Follow up Boss has this feature and it's wonderful. Let's implement to Command too, please!!

  9. Current Issue:
    At present, service areas in Command are determined solely by past closings (Rolling 12 months). This creates a major pain point for agents—especially top producers and independent brokerages transitioning to KW—because:

    It misrepresents service areas – Just because an agent has closed a one-off deal in a certain location doesn’t mean they actively serve that area.

    It limits visibility in the Referral Applet – Agents who are new to KW or have past experience in other brokerages cannot showcase their true service areas until they build a closing history within KW. This is frustrating for top agents and…

  10. When you need to have a dual opportunity - it should just have a button that automatically replicate the opportunity w/o having to manually make it - it is a repetition and time-consuming

  11. Currently we are able to create a custom field in command based on a category created by the user. However this option can only be viewed under the individual contact card. From the contact dashboard there should be a way to filter through custom fields using the advanced or basic filters and the column should be Clickable so these same contacts can be sorted based on but not limited to ascending, descending, newest, oldest etc. Finally the ability to bulk tags these contacts based on custom fields should be available too.

  14. Agents should have the option to 'Export' a list of their Opportunities into a .csv file. The file would include all dates, property address, client names & other details in separate columns.

  15. It would be very beneficial on many accounts to have Twillio integration available in CommandMC. There are many factors like recruiting or KSCORE, where sending out texts would be invaluable and save time in the day.

  16. Have a field for: Referral? "yes" or "no"

    If yes, another field opens up to have the Referring agent's contact information entered so it links to the client, and another field for either $ or %. If there's no referral fee involved, someone can just put 0 (zero). Once an opportunity is created, that information would populate, and the agent could click a toggle to push it to the DA.

    This would help keep track of referrals easier so they wouldn't have a chance to get overlooked and missed. This would also be a great way to track where referrals…

Recently, I submitted a support ticket on this issue where contacts in my team account are directly texting me a question to my twilio number (because I had them save it as a direct form of contact), and it is creating a new contact in my personal command with the phone # as the name. Then, I have to go search the phone # in my team account to see who it is. I have to copy/paste the text I received from them into a timeline note, and then text them back from the team account to keep it in…

  18. We often have scenarios in probate situations where there are 4 or 5 siblings selling their parents home. DocuSign only pushes 2 of those to the envelope and I have to add the rest.
