To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.

  1. Can we update the way we scour through the email lists? Having to load 100 at a time, then have to wait for next 100 and have to return to the top each and every time to do anything is a waste of time.

  2. Have a field for: Referral? "yes" or "no"

    If yes, another field opens up to have the Referring agent's contact information entered so it links to the client, and another field for either $ or %. If there's no referral fee involved, someone can just put 0 (zero). Once an opportunity is created, that information would populate, and the agent could click a toggle to push it to the DA.

    This would help keep track of referrals easier so they wouldn't have a chance to get overlooked and missed. This would also be a great way to track where referrals…

Recently, I submitted a support ticket on this issue where contacts in my team account are directly texting me a question to my twilio number (because I had them save it as a direct form of contact), and it is creating a new contact in my personal command with the phone # as the name. Then, I have to go search the phone # in my team account to see who it is. I have to copy/paste the text I received from them into a timeline note, and then text them back from the team account to keep it in…

  7. I want to be able to archive, change, or delete referrals that I receive or send. Sometimes, the receiving agent leaves KW and does not close a referral after the closing, or the client chooses another option. Being able to clean up my referral page will be most helpful. It causes anxiety for me to see all of the referrals that are either closed, expired, or should just be updated and deleted.

  8. When you have several contacts that come up for the same task, like "send an email" it would be great to select them all from the Task Bar and Bulk Send the Email.

  11. When contacts unsubscribe, it would be great if the system auto-tagged them as unsubscribed-text or unsubscribed-email so they can be filtered and considered for archive or if we want to keep them as a contact. This would allow us to remove contacts who don't want to be contacted more easily.

  12. In a team command I would like to be able to bulk add collaborators like i can bulk assign. Essentially they select all the clients to do the bulk action and then select add collaborator and then it pulls up the list of agents to make a collaborator.

  13. Currently it is not possible to access the Parties To The Transaction for an opportunity within the Command App. Agents often need to contact the lender, title company, or inspector on the go, and it is critical to have access to this contact information within the app.

  15. Current Issue:
    At present, service areas in Command are determined solely by past closings (Rolling 12 months). This creates a major pain point for agents—especially top producers and independent brokerages transitioning to KW—because:

    It misrepresents service areas – Just because an agent has closed a one-off deal in a certain location doesn’t mean they actively serve that area.

    It limits visibility in the Referral Applet – Agents who are new to KW or have past experience in other brokerages cannot showcase their true service areas until they build a closing history within KW. This is frustrating for top agents and…

  16. Previously when you imported contacts and there were records that failed, the error file contained ONLY those that failed.

    Now, the error log is the entire import file with numerous columns at the end showing why they failed.

    This is messy when you are imported thousands of records and because error validation is on numerous columns, basics sorts are not able to quickly show the associate what failed.

    Please go back to showing only the records that failed on the error file export.

  17. When running a new Paid Ad Program, we can create a custom tag for the leads. However, we are unable to choose the color for this custom tag. It will reduce steps and friction if we could choose the custom tag color like we can elsewhere in Command. Going back to settings then navigating to the Edit Tags section is a lot of extra clicks.

  20. The ability to add more than one document per item in the compliance checklist. The current workaround at the moment is to create a duplicate checklist or have the MCA create multiple items for the same document.
