To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.

  2. AGENTS PLEASE UPVOTE THIS AS CRITICAL!
    PLEASE ADD 'ACREAGE' FILTER TO THE SAVED SEARCHES FUNCTION!

    Why is this important?

    1) Currently, the only way to send listings to a buyer who wants a specific amount of acreage is through the MLS.

    2) Having to do data input into the MLS and send listings through there takes buyers away from Command

    3) Having to add data into the MLS takes agents off of command and duplicates efforts

    4) For example: I work in a REGIONAL area over at least 6 counties. I can Draw a custom map in command to cover…

  3. If I select certain groups via tag or filter...for example birthdays...and export it to mailing labels via the bulk function, I ONLY want to get the specific people that I selected in that tag or filter. Currently, if that contact is connected to a spouse relationship, then the labels contain both individuals and are useless for birthday card mailings or specific things targeted toward one individual.

  4. The ability to add and remove Contacts from Email Lists from within the Contact Card. If timeline shows emailed failed, why make agent go through Campaigns and the lists to remove? If agents can see the Email Lists a Contact is on currently and want to add to existing list, add from Contact.

  5. Currently I can not add or change to this smart plan and I can not create my own smart plan that is driven by the home anniversary date on the client contact card.

  8. I want to be able to archive, change, or delete referrals that I receive or send. Sometimes, the receiving agent leaves KW and does not close a referral after the closing, or the client chooses another option. Being able to clean up my referral page will be most helpful. It causes anxiety for me to see all of the referrals that are either closed, expired, or should just be updated and deleted.

  9. This would be very help because if an opportunity is either lost, archived or closed, we will be able to see the notes that will be useful for other team members that are going into the database to call/check in.

  10. Most of us run ads on Facebook as well as Google.

    Pixel is Facebook's version of an ad tracking/conversion tool.

    Google ads tend to be more expensive than Facebook ads.

    Facebook is great for building awareness. Our clients need a way to start building a relationship with us BEFORE they ever speak with us.

    Facebook ads are not as effective without Pixel. Pixel can be attached to the entire website as well be used for specific landing pages, if your using a particular funnel. Pixel allows us to track conversions and optimize our ads. It helps us understand when people…

  11. We’d like to suggest a change to how the AI Summary appears in contact profiles within KW Command.

    Currently, the summary automatically generates and takes up a large portion of the screen whenever we view a contact’s profile. This behavior is frustrating and disruptive, especially when we're trying to quickly review a contact’s timeline or call notes. The summary often displays irrelevant or redundant information, and it’s not something we asked to see every time.

  12. Current Issue:
    At present, service areas in Command are determined solely by past closings (Rolling 12 months). This creates a major pain point for agents—especially top producers and independent brokerages transitioning to KW—because:

    It misrepresents service areas – Just because an agent has closed a one-off deal in a certain location doesn’t mean they actively serve that area.

    It limits visibility in the Referral Applet – Agents who are new to KW or have past experience in other brokerages cannot showcase their true service areas until they build a closing history within KW. This is frustrating for top agents and…

  13. Have ability to hide the country when printing labels. All of my mailings are to people in the US. Having it on the label is unnecessary, looks odd, and maybe unprofessional. I expect agents in other countries have clients that mostly or entirely live in the one country.

  14. Since I can't always be at the computer or online, I like to keep a hard copy of tasks with me at all times. When I review it in the morning (on my commute) it helps me prepare for my day!

  15. To enhance user experience and operational efficiency, I propose the addition of a printer-friendly report feature in Command CRM. This feature would enable users to easily generate clean, clear reports for Activities, Goals, etc., without resorting to multiple screenshots or dealing with cluttered screen prints. This addition will significantly aid in data review and strategic planning, especially in team settings.

  16. We should be able to import our reviews from other central websites such as Google, Zillow or Facebook. Other real estate companies (such as Compass) can do this seamlessly (automatically).

  17. There doesn't seem to be a way to access my documents for a transaction in Command App mobile version. Is there a way to add that feature sooner than later? There is a Detail, Tasks, and Notes in the opportunity. That would be a great location to add access to docs.

  19. Under smartplans, we should be able to attach a document to a particular email. For instance, I have a smartplan set up where I wanted to send any prospective lead that comes in a Home Buyer's Guide. I should be able to attach the guide to the particular email I want it in.

  20. This is an old idea I'm bringing back.
    Within SmartPlans there is more than just one eye displaying who's on it.
    Include one for any contact that completed it and another one for any contact that unsubscribed.
