To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. If I select certain groups via tag or filter...for example birthdays...and export it to mailing labels via the bulk function, I ONLY want to get the specific people that I selected in that tag or filter. Currently, if that contact is connected to a spouse relationship, then the labels contain both individuals and are useless for birthday card mailings or specific things targeted toward one individual.

  2. In Twilio, have one of the merge tags be the address of the contact in order follow up better with seller leads.

  3. Currently I can not add or change to this smart plan and I can not create my own smart plan that is driven by the home anniversary date on the client contact card.

  4. Referral Filters are limited to KW Specializations and Production numbers. Many times agents need to find someone who speaks a certain language or specializes in waterfront properties or ADA compliant homes, etc. Allowing more filters that would pull information that is stored within White Pages would help improve the types of Referrals being received and requested

  5. Teams are able to add assignees to opportunities so both agents are able to see the opportunity. Single agents should have the option to add agents in their market center to their opportunities if they are splitting the deal or working as a mentor on the deal. This way the other agent can have access to the whole opportunity and see the documents.

  6. I want to be able to archive, change, or delete referrals that I receive or send. Sometimes, the receiving agent leaves KW and does not close a referral after the closing, or the client chooses another option. Being able to clean up my referral page will be most helpful. It causes anxiety for me to see all of the referrals that are either closed, expired, or should just be updated and deleted.

  7. When contacts unsubscribe, it would be great if the system auto-tagged them as unsubscribed-text or unsubscribed-email so they can be filtered and considered for archive or if we want to keep them as a contact. This would allow us to remove contacts who don't want to be contacted more easily.

  9. Now that the full options for modules are released, agents would like the ability to add other kinds of modules to the homepage or default pages of their sites. In particular, agents focused on sellers rather than buyers would like to be able to replace or supplement the home search function with the home valuation module.

  13. This would be very help because if an opportunity is either lost, archived or closed, we will be able to see the notes that will be useful for other team members that are going into the database to call/check in.

  14. Filter contacts based on those that have or do not have opportunities. I am cleaning up my database and want to bulk archive many contacts, and I want to focus on the ones that do not have opportunities attached.

  15. We’d like to suggest a change to how the AI Summary appears in contact profiles within KW Command.

    Currently, the summary automatically generates and takes up a large portion of the screen whenever we view a contact’s profile. This behavior is frustrating and disruptive, especially when we're trying to quickly review a contact’s timeline or call notes. The summary often displays irrelevant or redundant information, and it’s not something we asked to see every time.

    Proposed Solution:
    Hide the AI Summary by default and allow it to be expanded only when needed (e.g., by clicking a button like “Generate Summary”…

  16. Current Issue:
    At present, service areas in Command are determined solely by past closings (Rolling 12 months). This creates a major pain point for agents—especially top producers and independent brokerages transitioning to KW—because:

    It misrepresents service areas – Just because an agent has closed a one-off deal in a certain location doesn’t mean they actively serve that area.

    It limits visibility in the Referral Applet – Agents who are new to KW or have past experience in other brokerages cannot showcase their true service areas until they build a closing history within KW. This is frustrating for top agents and…

  17. The ability to download all documents from an opportunity to a single PDF file is useful and should be implemented.
    We should have the ability to choose individual files, or a combined PDF.

  20. Since I can't always be at the computer or online, I like to keep a hard copy of tasks with me at all times. When I review it in the morning (on my commute) it helps me prepare for my day!
