Allow Duplicate Contacts in Team DatabaseFor larger teams, we run into a lot of cases where a member of the team adds someone to their contacts, only to see the contact already exists in the team database. Our current workaround is telling the second agent to add the contact to their personal database, but then they can not leverage the team's SmartPlans, create team opportunities, the contact is not visible to the team, etc. We would love to have our agents operate solely out of their team account, but this snag makes it nearly impossible. Show Email Open as Contact Timeline ActivityI send out email campaigns regularly through KW command to my sphere of influence. When I go into a profile to see activity on their timeline, it shows that the email was sent, but doesn't show if it was opened or not. Is there a way to add their activity on the recent campaign, for example, whether they opened, clicked, etc...? 20 votes

Bulk Remove from SmartPlan(s)There's no way to remove smarplans in bulk from specific contacts. We have a team of agents that use the team command and one of our agents wants one of the smartplans removed from his team contacts but the only option is to do it one by one (there's over 2,000) or remove the smartplan for all the agents team contacts, which is not a real option. Edit the 'Notes' Associated with an ActivityWhen adding an activity for a contact, you are able to add your notes associated with that call, text, mailing, etc. However, you cannot edit those notes once the activity is saved. So if you make a mistake you cannot undo it. 17 votes

Commission Cap Tracking to DashboardThis needs be on the dashboard, not buried in the Profile menu. The agents have a hard time locating it there, and it is a key business insight for them. Please do not close this again with: Hi there! You can now track your cap progress in My Profile under My Affiliations > Compensation. :) That defeats the purpose of the suggestion. 17 votes

Export Opportunities into .CSV FileAgents should have the option to 'Export' a list of their Opportunities into a .csv file. The file would include all dates, property address, client names & other details in separate columns. 16 votes

When Exporting Mailing Labels, Only Export Selected Relationships for Contact(s)example: select contact A and B who are linked as spouses with same address and export them. on the export sheet you get the contacts selected and any other contacts that are linked as relationship to contact A or B who have an address. So the user is trying to just get labels for their couples, but then any sons, fathers, cousins, etc of those contacts are exported as well if they have an address. it is exported as a separate label, but it is confusing to agents as they didnt want those people exported. it would make more sense… 16 votes
