To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.

  1. The new contingencies feature becomes non-accessible once the Commission Tab is pulled in by the MC. This results in agents receiving contingency emails, even for an opportunity that has closed with a closed commission status.

  3. Please move where we add the address in the contact up with the email and phone number. Our MC has less than 20% of its contacts with addresses because they will not hit the additional info button.

  4. It would be nice if some tasks could automatically be set up for the admin team to do. Currently only assignee or rainmaker are options.

  5. I have an innovative concept that could benefit both fellow agents and my own business. At present, the KW Landing Page operates as a centralized system that accumulates all new leads without distinguishing their originating landing pages. As a result, the full potential of Command is limited. It would be highly advantageous to have the ability to personalize the source for tracking purposes and to access additional functionalities.

    For instance, if I generate a landing page for my builder and wish to monitor leads generated from that particular source, the only feasible method currently available is to filter by source…

Instagram allows users to post an image carousel up to ten images, so we should really be allowed the same limit when scheduling through our app. Some places cannot show their best potential with such few images, and it also compromises the design and feed organisation of our professional profiles, making it harder to develop a visual identity

  7. Unlicensed Admins and Transaction Coordinators require access to agents’ Command accounts in order to properly TC files and support agents with database management, SmartPlans, and other operational tasks.

    Currently, agents must provide one-time verification codes for this access. In practice, agents are not always immediately available to share these codes, which has become a significant and ongoing frustration within our Market Center.

    As a brokerage, we do not release commission payments until a file has been fully cleared and approved by our Compliance Officer. When Admins and TCs are unable to access Command in a timely manner due to verification…

  8. agent would like smartplans to would more like https://keap.com/ on keap they use an if/then mapping chart, so that if very specific interactions happen then it will change the flow of the plan as needed. so like our remove triggers but wayyy more in depth

  9. There's no way to remove smarplans in bulk from specific contacts. We have a team of agents that use the team command and one of our agents wants one of the smartplans removed from his team contacts but the only option is to do it one by one (there's over 2,000) or remove the smartplan for all the agents team contacts, which is not a real option. Thank you!

  10. It would be great when you add a spouse to a contact for their home address to copy over to the spouse and the tags as it is double the work currently the way it is set up. Thank you!

  11. After an open house, I would like to be able to assign neighborhood(s) to all visitors who attended the open house. Would need the ability to "look up on a map", not just type in the neighborhood since Nextdoor com does not always have the proper info.

  12. For larger teams, we run into a lot of cases where a member of the team adds someone to their contacts, only to see the contact already exists in the team database. Our current workaround is telling the second agent to add the contact to their personal database, but then they can not leverage the team's SmartPlans, create team opportunities, the contact is not visible to the team, etc. We would love to have our agents operate solely out of their team account, but this snag makes it nearly impossible.

    It would be nice if you could toggle a setting…

  14. Agents should have the option to 'Export' a list of their Opportunities into a .csv file. The file would include all dates, property address, client names & other details in separate columns.

  17. Can we update the way we scour through the email lists? Having to load 100 at a time, then have to wait for next 100 and have to return to the top each and every time to do anything is a waste of time.

  18. When you have several contacts that come up for the same task, like "send an email" it would be great to select them all from the Task Bar and Bulk Send the Email.

  19. Command should be able to automatically track activity and outreach to our DB's.

    This should be broken down by automated outreach (smartplans) and manual outreach (typically driven by tasks, calls, emails, texts or appointments).

    This information is already being captured in each contacts timeline.

    It would be helpful to add contact reason and contact outcome for each task or activity type ie for reason it could be cold outreach, DB follow up, Lead follow up, Client update, listing appointment, buyer appointment, etc. There may be different reasons for different activity types.

    Then outcomes may look something like no answer, wrong…

  20. My Operations Manager had a great idea today: Calendar view on Opportunities. (So if you're trying where everything is within a week/month timeframe, it's easier to view.) Sync with Google Calendar too.
