Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. preferred contact method should be where the phone and email are entered so can immediately see what client prefers; having to scroll down is tedious--you're just not going to do it for every person you meet; plus they may get annoyed if you contact them the non-preferred way and that strains the relationship (weren't you even listening when i told you not to * but instead to *) Anyway, would like to see it in the main 'box' for the contact

  2. When you need to have a dual opportunity - it should just have a button that automatically replicate the opportunity w/o having to manually make it - it is a repetition and time-consuming

  3. This needs be on the dashboard, not buried in the Profile menu. The agents have a hard time locating it there, and it is a key business insight for them.

    Please do not close this again with: Hi there! You can now track your cap progress in My Profile under My Affiliations > Compensation. :)

    That defeats the purpose of the suggestion.

  4. example: select contact A and B who are linked as spouses with same address and export them. on the export sheet you get the contacts selected and any other contacts that are linked as relationship to contact A or B who have an address. So the user is trying to just get labels for their couples, but then any sons, fathers, cousins, etc of those contacts are exported as well if they have an address. it is exported as a separate label, but it is confusing to agents as they didnt want those people exported. it would make more sense…

  5. Please enable the mass edit to apply to all selected contacts rather than the current limitation of only those on the same page.

    I'm enhancing my contacts with tags. I have found that the system only allows me to mass edit contacts that exist on the same page in Command even though I have checked multiple contact profiles (that are presented on other pages of contacts).

    IE I want to add 'family friend' to contacts that appear on pages 1, 5, 22, and 27, but the system only applies the family friend tag to the two contacts appearing on page…

  6. Teams would like a way to view more detailed email analytics for team members. Say, one agent sends out a SmartPlan through their Team SmartPlan account, the Rainmaker should be able to see those analytics instead of only the emails sent out from their account. Currently, the email metrics will show from that particular account. There is not a team email metrics at the moment. Basically there needs to be a 'Teamified' Reports applet.

  7. Agents should have the option to 'Export' a list of their Opportunities into a .csv file. The file would include all dates, property address, client names & other details in separate columns.

  9. It would be helpful to be able to add the other agent on the other side. The current co-broker tab requires tax id info. I am only needing to add name, brokerage, email and phone in the parties to the transaction section.

  11. Add the ability to select more than 500 contacts up to the entire database. Currently we can only work with up to 500 contacts at a time. If we are selecting contacts for a mailing label export, 3500 contacts would require exporting them 7 times.

  13. It would be great to have a pixel that we could install to our own websites (not the KW provided websites). Follow up Boss has this feature and it's wonderful. Let's implement to Command too, please!!

  15. Referral Filters are limited to KW Specializations and Production numbers. Many times agents need to find someone who speaks a certain language or specializes in waterfront properties or ADA compliant homes, etc. Allowing more filters that would pull information that is stored within White Pages would help improve the types of Referrals being received and requested

  16. Now that the full options for modules are released, agents would like the ability to add other kinds of modules to the homepage or default pages of their sites. In particular, agents focused on sellers rather than buyers would like to be able to replace or supplement the home search function with the home valuation module.

  19. Teams are able to add assignees to opportunities so both agents are able to see the opportunity. Single agents should have the option to add agents in their market center to their opportunities if they are splitting the deal or working as a mentor on the deal. This way the other agent can have access to the whole opportunity and see the documents.

  20. When contacts unsubscribe, it would be great if the system auto-tagged them as unsubscribed-text or unsubscribed-email so they can be filtered and considered for archive or if we want to keep them as a contact. This would allow us to remove contacts who don't want to be contacted more easily.
