Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. Please enable the mass edit to apply to all selected contacts rather than the current limitation of only those on the same page.

    I'm enhancing my contacts with tags. I have found that the system only allows me to mass edit contacts that exist on the same page in Command even though I have checked multiple contact profiles (that are presented on other pages of contacts).

    IE I want to add 'family friend' to contacts that appear on pages 1, 5, 22, and 27, but the system only applies the family friend tag to the two contacts appearing on page…

  2. Teams would like a way to view more detailed email analytics for team members. Say, one agent sends out a SmartPlan through their Team SmartPlan account, the Rainmaker should be able to see those analytics instead of only the emails sent out from their account. Currently, the email metrics will show from that particular account. There is not a team email metrics at the moment. Basically there needs to be a 'Teamified' Reports applet.

  4. The ability to pin a note to the top of the note page that has important information in it that you can quickly see without searching through the notes for it.

  5. Add the ability to select more than 500 contacts up to the entire database. Currently we can only work with up to 500 contacts at a time. If we are selecting contacts for a mailing label export, 3500 contacts would require exporting them 7 times.

  7. Open the Canva/KW Enterprise account to allow a personal brand kit for teams. Canva Pro account offers an brand kit and if we are going to switch over to the enterprise account, we need to be able to design freely with both the KW logos and brand information as well as our own team branding.

  8. Referral Filters are limited to KW Specializations and Production numbers. Many times agents need to find someone who speaks a certain language or specializes in waterfront properties or ADA compliant homes, etc. Allowing more filters that would pull information that is stored within White Pages would help improve the types of Referrals being received and requested

  9. Now that the full options for modules are released, agents would like the ability to add other kinds of modules to the homepage or default pages of their sites. In particular, agents focused on sellers rather than buyers would like to be able to replace or supplement the home search function with the home valuation module.

  10. Currently when attempting to create a custom or landing page the items below are features that aren't offered or available.

    • Linkable Photos.
    • Customizable sizing and placement for video/photos.
    • Text with customizable sizing.

  11. Command should be able to automatically track activity and outreach to our DB's.

    This should be broken down by automated outreach (smartplans) and manual outreach (typically driven by tasks, calls, emails, texts or appointments).

    This information is already being captured in each contacts timeline.

    It would be helpful to add contact reason and contact outcome for each task or activity type ie for reason it could be cold outreach, DB follow up, Lead follow up, Client update, listing appointment, buyer appointment, etc. There may be different reasons for different activity types.

    Then outcomes may look something like no answer, wrong…

  12. It would be helpful to be able to add the other agent on the other side. The current co-broker tab requires tax id info. I am only needing to add name, brokerage, email and phone in the parties to the transaction section.

When contacts unsubscribe, it would be great if the system auto-tagged them as unsubscribed-text or unsubscribed-email so they can be filtered and considered for archive or if we want to keep them as a contact. This would allow us to remove contacts who don't want to be contacted more easily.

  15. When you need to have a dual opportunity - it should just have a button that automatically replicate the opportunity w/o having to manually make it - it is a repetition and time-consuming

  17. The ability to add and remove Contacts from Email Lists from within the Contact Card. If timeline shows emailed failed, why make agent go through Campaigns and the lists to remove? If agents can see the Email Lists a Contact is on currently and want to add to existing list, add from Contact.

  20. This would be very help because if an opportunity is either lost, archived or closed, we will be able to see the notes that will be useful for other team members that are going into the database to call/check in.
