How to post an idea:

  1. To enhance user experience and operational efficiency, I propose the addition of a printer-friendly report feature in Command CRM. This feature would enable users to easily generate clean, clear reports for Activities, Goals, etc., without resorting to multiple screenshots or dealing with cluttered screen prints.   2. It would be helpful if we could read the email a Contact sent in Command, instead of having to go search it in my email. For example, I set up a smart plan and I've had clients respond, but I can't read their responses in Command.

  3. Ever since Mailchimp stopped being used we still cannot add bulk contacts to command email lists.

    This is a basic function and would stop us from having to rebuild email lists every time we want to send an email to the database or list we have already built every time we get new contacts to add.

  4. There doesn't seem to be a way to access my documents for a transaction in Command App mobile version. Is there a way to add that feature sooner than later? There is a Detail, Tasks, and Notes in the opportunity. That would be a great location to add access to docs.

  5. Most of us run ads on Facebook as well as Google.

    Pixel is Facebook's version of an ad tracking/conversion tool.

    Google ads tend to be more expensive than Facebook ads.

    Facebook is great for building awareness. Our clients need a way to start building a relationship with us BEFORE they ever speak with us.

  6. It would be very helpful to have the ability to update "linked" contacts all at once. For example, if I update a contact's address, home anniversary, or conversation notes, it would save time and ensure all linked contacts remain up to date. A prompt or option to "update connected contacts" when clicking save would make the process more efficient and help maintain consistent and accurate information.

  7. Add the ability to search for a contact with specific content in the notes. EX: Search for all contacts with notes containing "Katy, 3 bedroom"

  8. Currently we are able to create a custom field in command based on a category created by the user. However this option can only be viewed under the individual contact card. From the contact dashboard there should be a way to filter through custom fields using the advanced or basic filters and the column should be Clickable so these same contacts can be sorted based on but not limited to ascending, descending, newest, oldest etc. Finally the ability to bulk tags these contacts based on custom fields should be available too.

  9. The ability to add more than one document per item in the compliance checklist. The current workaround at the moment is to create a duplicate checklist or have the MCA create multiple items for the same document.

  10. It would be extremely helpful if our opportunity dashboard for compliance requests included the expiration date of a listing agreement or buyer representation agreement. We just went through the very tedious process of archiving over a thousand opportunities from the compliance dashboard, many of which were listings that did not sell or buyers that did not buy. The only way to do this was to open each opportunity and re-open the documents. We have a submission date and an est. closing date....can we get an expiration date added so we can archive expired opportunities faster?

  11. The only place to review replies/calls from Twilio is under notifications. It would be helpful to have an inbox for all Twilio text messages/calls.

Recently, I submitted a support ticket on this issue where contacts in my team account are directly texting me a question to my twilio number (because I had them save it as a direct form of contact), and it is creating a new contact in my personal command with the phone # as the name. Then, I have to go search the phone # in my team account to see who it is. I have to copy/paste the text I received from them into a timeline note, and then text them back from the team account to keep it in…

  13. I am currently on a KWIR smart plan and I want to unsubscribe from just this one. I don't want to unsubscribe from all.

    I imagine that consumers might appreciate that option as well (such as a neighbourhood drip when they move to a new neighbourhood but still stay on their current neighbourhood drip or birthday plan.) Thank you!

  14. We should be able to import our reviews from other central websites such as Google, Zillow or Facebook. Other real estate companies (such as Compass) can do this seamlessly (automatically).

  15. Currently it is not possible to access the Parties To The Transaction for an opportunity within the Command App. Agents often need to contact the lender, title company, or inspector on the go, and it is critical to have access to this contact information within the app.

  18. The branch nickname of cobrokers and referral agents is pulling onto DAs instead of the name of the brokerage. This is causing confusion for agents, title companies and MCAs. Agents will put N/A in the branch nickname and it is printed on the DA. Please change the field where the DA is pulling the cobroker info.

  20. On the back end, when an agent designation changes, they shouldn't need to re-upload all their opportunities in order to be in compliance. There needs to be a way to port them over in their entirety.
