Show Expiration Date on Compliance Request Cards
It would be extremely helpful if our opportunity dashboard for compliance requests included the expiration date of a listing agreement or buyer representation agreement. We just went through the very tedious process of archiving over a thousand opportunities from the compliance dashboard, many of which were listings that did not sell or buyers that did not buy. The only way to do this was to open each opportunity and re-open the documents. We have a submission date and an est. closing date....can we get an expiration date added so we can archive expired opportunities faster?

2+ Buyers/Sellers in DocuSign
We often have scenarios in probate situations where there are 4 or 5 siblings selling their parents home. DocuSign only pushes 2 of those to the envelope and I have to add the rest.

Custom Merge Tags for SmartPlans
Would love the option and ability to create/name custom merge tags within smartplans. That way we can build out text messages and emails that auto-populate that aren't restricted to names and phone numbers. Fields for "lender name" or event "escrow officer" would be good to have on hand during live transactions. This is a feature I have seen executed within other CRMs and I think it would be a good asset to have within Command for agents.

Dual Agent Type Opportunities (Both Sides)
When accepting a COMMISSION submitted by an agent there should be a pop up asking the MCA if there is ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY to link to this COMMISSION so we only have to create ONE DA for a KW double sided transaction!

Currently, there is no way to bulk-assign opportunities. I would like to be able to bulk-assign opportunities to anyone on my team, especially if they have "Unlimited" team permissions.

Select All Contacts
Add the ability to select more than 500 contacts up to the entire database. Currently we can only work with up to 500 contacts at a time. If we are selecting contacts for a mailing label export, 3500 contacts would require exporting them 7 times.

Allow Imported Reviews for Agent Sites (Zillow, Google)
We should be able to import our reviews from other central websites such as Google, Zillow or Facebook. Other real estate companies (such as Compass) can do this seamlessly (automatically).

Task view - only the tasks with a due date
Within team tasks and personal, I'd like the ability to hide any task that does not have a due date. Currently, there is no option to see only tasks that have a due date.

Add a filter to list Opportunities of Assigned agents that left a team
In the new All Opportunities tab, we lost the ability to filter Opps for agents that left the team. It would be essential to have a filter that would display those Opportunities as well as the assigned agents who left the team.

Searchable Custom Fields
Currently we are able to create a custom field in command based on a category created by the user. However this option can only be viewed under the individual contact card. From the contact dashboard there should be a way to filter through custom fields using the advanced or basic filters and the column should be Clickable so these same contacts can be sorted based on but not limited to ascending, descending, newest, oldest etc. Finally the ability to bulk tags these contacts based on custom fields should be available too.

view saved search results
Let agents view the saved search results from command, hyperlink the search criteria and show the results or timeline event with the property sent similar to when the property is viewed.
As of now the properties look to be sent and the agent has no idea and no way to view what was sent unless the client clicks the property.

Improve Data Sync from MLS to Listings Applet
Easy button would collect data that is already in Command/the KWLS to save time on back and forth between Agents and Support. Ex. If their listing has been Active on the MLS for less than 24 hours, messaging indicates to allow up to 24 hours for changes to sync with KWLS. If the listing has been Active on the MLS for 24+ hours and there are still no photos detected, Listing applet has an easy button next to the listing to submit a ZD ticket to Support with MLS/listing details/List Agent details to kicks tart investigating the missing photos. When an agent is putting a referral in, and there are multiple agents, it is not calculating under each agent, it has to be calculated manually.

Add Activity Type Column for Contacts Table View
I sort my Contacts list by Last Contacted. I would like to see a column next to that HOW I contacted them. Was the activity a text, call, mail, etc? If I could see that in one glance, it would be very helpful!

Pause SmartPlan after Response to Text
The qualifying smartplans should have option to pause as soon as the client responds to an automated text. The whole point of these smartplans is to get them to respond so then we know they are a real person but then we know best way to communicate. The plan should pause so then we can go in and respond specifically to their response. There can be a "resume" option that the agent selects too

Update Phone Number to show in xxx-xxx-xxxx Format in Marketing Profile
Can you update the way our phone number appears in emails. My marketing profile is entered 407-616-3513, but in the email it appears +14076163513 (with no spaces).
