To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  2. Setting up how your featured listings show on agent sites is time consuming and not easy to find.

    It takes 9+ steps to reach the point where you can add specific listings to the featured properties list on your KW Agent or Team Site.

    So if you are an agent running open houses for another agent and want to pin that property, it takes a long time.

    Navigating through the Websites applet, switching to Expert Mode, and then digging into the homepage settings can be confusing, especially without clear visual cues or step-by-step prompts. For newer agents or those not…

  4. In the new All Opportunities tab, we lost the ability to filter Opps for agents that left the team. It would be essential to have a filter that would display those Opportunities as well as the assigned agents who left the team.

  5. For the new Multi-Factor Authentication, instead of email, it would be great to have the option to get a code sent to your phone instead of your recovery email.

  6. We need the ability to link multiple contacts living in a single household with the same address.

    There should be system logic to identify and suggest household members based upon a common address in command. There should also be the ability to manually link household contacts if we do not yet have their address.

    This would be different from the relationships feature since related contacts may or may not all live together.

  8. It would be great if our agents could incorporate .gif files into their email designs easily via the image. We have agents in our market that like the animation gif that their brokerage offers.

    The added movement makes the piece seem more engaging rather than static, especially for video previews.

  9. I would like to suggest adding the ability to set minute and hour delays between steps in SmartPlans. This feature would greatly enhance my marketing outreach by allowing me to send a series of texts with specific delays between each. For example, I could send an initial text upon adding a lead to a SmartPlan, then delay 5 minutes to send a second text, and delay another 3 minutes to send a third text, and so on. Additionally, it would be beneficial to combine these minute/hour delays with the existing time-of-day settings; a good example: enabling a sequence of texts…

  10. Easy button would collect data that is already in Command/the KWLS to save time on back and forth between Agents and Support. Ex. If their listing has been Active on the MLS for less than 24 hours, messaging indicates to allow up to 24 hours for changes to sync with KWLS. If the listing has been Active on the MLS for 24+ hours and there are still no photos detected, Listing applet has an easy button next to the listing to submit a ZD ticket to Support with MLS/listing details/List Agent details to kicks tart investigating the missing photos.   13. When looking at the results of an email campaign, they are listed in no particular order and there is no way to sort or search the results. If an agent needs to search to see if a Contact either received or opened an email, one must scroll through the entire list and manually search. Not time efficient and there is no reason it should be so time intensive to search for results for a contact. Timeline does not include the email nor any indication if opened. This should be basic functionality, not a feature request.

  14. Currently the KW Neighborhood Nurture Emails get sent early in the morning, usually around 2am. Please update the SmartPlan to allow time of day that is preferred.

  15. People want to see different contact information when you pull up a contact in Command. My experience developing applications & UI has always been a best practice to have as few clicks or physical interaction/navigation as possible.

    To minimize scrolling and see what each agent values as pertinent contact information when the contact is displayed, we should be able to modify the layout of the information on a contact card. For instance, the address is not in view nor is the 'About' section. We should be able to organize the subsections in a contact card.

  18. The qualifying smartplans should have option to pause as soon as the client responds to an automated text. The whole point of these smartplans is to get them to respond so then we know they are a real person but then we know best way to communicate. The plan should pause so then we can go in and respond specifically to their response. There can be a "resume" option that the agent selects too

  20. As a MCTT, I've noticed with a lot of agents that it can get very confusing on where they need to put in information to go on their Consumer sites. I have a lot of people that update their bio and headshots in the My Profile section and then wonder why it's not updating anywhere because it's hard to find the Marketing Profile and no where really explains the difference between the two.
