To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.

  1. It'd be beneficial if we could share/use opportunity templates (Stages and Checklist) from other agents that would like to share what they use, just like in the smartplans section.

  2. instead of having to manually enter the closing date from details to home anniversary, it should automatically go to home anniversary date field once the closing has been completed. this way would be easier for reports and smartpans than having to go back and enter each :) thanks!

  3. KW Agents should have full use of their command dashboard on a mobile web version. When using a tablet, we should be able to use the full capability of Command. Example: when working on an opportunity and adding documents, before submitting to compliance, there is an ability to remove or edit uploaded documents if you are on a laptop or a desktop. The command prompt and dropdown menu are there on a mobile device, but it does not respond to a tablet or phone. This feature should work no matter what type of device you are using.   4. When generating mailing labels they should sort alphabetically and combine married couples on one label.

  5. Do no limit the access to use HTML builders and Iframe to customize KW Websites. This feature is highly sought after and used by hundreds of agents. This feature has been a significant reason why agents are using the KW Website and not an outside source. Many agents have disabled their paid websites for the KW website because of the HTML builder where they can build their own custom pages.

  9. It would be very helpful to have folders for smartplans. In "My Smartplans" if you have more than one smartplan used for one group of people for instance that could be a folder called "Buyers" for example. This would streamline the smartplan page and ensure that you don't accidentally add someone to the wrong smartplan.

  12. Let agents view the saved search results from command, hyperlink the search criteria and show the results or timeline event with the property sent similar to when the property is viewed.

    As of now the properties look to be sent and the agent has no idea and no way to view what was sent unless the client clicks the property.

  15. I send out email campaigns regularly through KW command to my sphere of influence. When I go into a profile to see activity on their timeline, it shows that the email was sent, but doesn't show if it was opened or not.

    Is there a way to add their activity on the recent campaign, for example, whether they opened, clicked, etc...?

  16. Please move where we add the address in the contact up with the email and phone number. Our MC has less than 20% of its contacts with addresses because they will not hit the additional info button.

  18. I have an innovative concept that could benefit both fellow agents and my own business. At present, the KW Landing Page operates as a centralized system that accumulates all new leads without distinguishing their originating landing pages. As a result, the full potential of Command is limited. It would be highly advantageous to have the ability to personalize the source for tracking purposes and to access additional functionalities.

    For instance, if I generate a landing page for my builder and wish to monitor leads generated from that particular source, the only feasible method currently available is to filter by source…

Instagram allows users to post an image carousel up to ten images, so we should really be allowed the same limit when scheduling through our app. Some places cannot show their best potential with such few images, and it also compromises the design and feed organisation of our professional profiles, making it harder to develop a visual identity
