Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. It would be very helpful to have folders for smartplans. In "My Smartplans" if you have more than one smartplan used for one group of people for instance that could be a folder called "Buyers" for example. This would streamline the smartplan page and ensure that you don't accidentally add someone to the wrong smartplan.

  2. In rural areas like Coldspring, Livingston, New Waverly and all in between there are very few 'neighborhoods'. If adding or the ability to request a new neighborhood would be available, that would be amazing!

  4. It would be great if we could search for a contact using a keyword that we know has been typed in the notes section of the contact.

  5. Instagram allows users to post an image carousel up to ten images, so we should really be allowed the same limit when scheduling through our app. Some places cannot show their best potential with such few images, and it also compromises the design and feed organisation of our professional profiles, making it harder to develop a visual identity

  6. When you create am email list for an email campaign, you can load all the contacts from you database for that list you are creating. This system is ALSO pulling archived contacts into that email list. If you select all to add to your email campaign you are including archived contacts in that list. The system will see those archived contacts, to the list but will not send emails to them due to being in the contact archive. I would love for the system to just not add any archived contacts to any campaign including email campaigns. There is a…

  7. The new contingencies feature becomes non-accessible once the Commission Tab is pulled in by the MC. This results in agents receiving contingency emails, even for an opportunity that has closed with a closed commission status.

  8. It would be helpful if there was a way to adjust the viewing of contact notes so it's not just one large paragraph. We reach out to our clients and keep track by date and start a new line for each date but when we look at the notes, it's all one paragraph vs being sorted by date even if we start a new line so they are all separate.

    An option such as bullet points that can list things out within a single note would help in keeping things organized better.

  10. instead of having to manually enter the closing date from details to home anniversary, it should automatically go to home anniversary date field once the closing has been completed. this way would be easier for reports and smartpans than having to go back and enter each :) thanks!

  11. Ability to enter an MLS number for a new listing into a search feature that will locate anyone in your database that meets that criteria (has searched for similar properties on your website, etc.)

  13. It is really hard to keep track of texts that fail without checking each contact on your database. If we had this option, we could look into using alternatives for those contacts. There are also issues where there is no error messages on why it did not push through.

  14. There's no way to remove smarplans in bulk from specific contacts. We have a team of agents that use the team command and one of our agents wants one of the smartplans removed from his team contacts but the only option is to do it one by one (there's over 2,000) or remove the smartplan for all the agents team contacts, which is not a real option. Thank you!

  15. Currently, command mobile only sends out a task summary push notification for the day. Example: "You have 5 tasks due today and 10 tasks overdue"....

    Would love to have a task push notification go out for individual tasks that are due by a specific time. Example: "Send Bob a confirmation call/text to confirm your meeting at 2:30pm today. Due at 10am"

  16. preferred contact method should be where the phone and email are entered so can immediately see what client prefers; having to scroll down is tedious--you're just not going to do it for every person you meet; plus they may get annoyed if you contact them the non-preferred way and that strains the relationship (weren't you even listening when i told you not to * but instead to *) Anyway, would like to see it in the main 'box' for the contact

  17. After an open house, I would like to be able to assign neighborhood(s) to all visitors who attended the open house. Would need the ability to "look up on a map", not just type in the neighborhood since Nextdoor com does not always have the proper info.

  18. Teams would like a way to view more detailed email analytics for team members. Say, one agent sends out a SmartPlan through their Team SmartPlan account, the Rainmaker should be able to see those analytics instead of only the emails sent out from their account. Currently, the email metrics will show from that particular account. There is not a team email metrics at the moment. Basically there needs to be a 'Teamified' Reports applet.

  20. Being able to run a report for each smart plan email that is sent to see who un-subscribing from what plan, or who has opened each email. We are sending multiple emails for different plans, and it would be nice to be able to pull a report for each smart plan email that was sent within a particular smart plan!
