To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.

  1. KW Agents should have full use of their command dashboard on a mobile web version. When using a tablet, we should be able to use the full capability of Command. Example: when working on an opportunity and adding documents, before submitting to compliance, there is an ability to remove or edit uploaded documents if you are on a laptop or a desktop. The command prompt and dropdown menu are there on a mobile device, but it does not respond to a tablet or phone. This feature should work no matter what type of device you are using.   2. Ability to enter an MLS number for a new listing into a search feature that will locate anyone in your database that meets that criteria (has searched for similar properties on your website, etc.)

  3. It'd be beneficial if we could share/use opportunity templates (Stages and Checklist) from other agents that would like to share what they use, just like in the smartplans section.

  4. When I generate a landing page for a FREE Playbook. I then have to manually enter to send to them. It would be easier if I could put the tag in Command for the specific landing page. When the landing page is used it would trigger the smartplan.

We need a 'history' field when registering the listing in Command, this field must show all changes made to the listing, from changing a word to changing the value or availability, everything that happens in the 'life' of the listing must be displayed in a timeline. Another improvement would be the possibility of manually including a note in this timeline field, so that, for example, when an agent speaks to the property owner to check if everything is still alright, but there is nothing to be changed in the registration, the agent can record that the listing was updated and…

  7. When generating mailing labels they should sort alphabetically and combine married couples on one label.

  8. Do no limit the access to use HTML builders and Iframe to customize KW Websites. This feature is highly sought after and used by hundreds of agents. This feature has been a significant reason why agents are using the KW Website and not an outside source. Many agents have disabled their paid websites for the KW website because of the HTML builder where they can build their own custom pages.

  10. I send out email campaigns regularly through KW command to my sphere of influence. When I go into a profile to see activity on their timeline, it shows that the email was sent, but doesn't show if it was opened or not.

    Is there a way to add their activity on the recent campaign, for example, whether they opened, clicked, etc...?

  15. Let agents view the saved search results from command, hyperlink the search criteria and show the results or timeline event with the property sent similar to when the property is viewed.

    As of now the properties look to be sent and the agent has no idea and no way to view what was sent unless the client clicks the property.

  18. I would like to be able to have mailing labels addressed to both spouses/partners without having to create a 2nd contact. Having a "Mailing Salutation" field fix this.

  19. Please move where we add the address in the contact up with the email and phone number. Our MC has less than 20% of its contacts with addresses because they will not hit the additional info button.

  20. Problem, when adding an email you always have to manually type in your email signature.

    Solution come up with additional Merge Fields like:
    {Full.Agent.Signature} - to include their office address
    {Short.Agent.Signature} - a variation of the Full with out the address.
