Timeline Tab for Listings
We need a 'history' field when registering the listing in Command, this field must show all changes made to the listing, from changing a word to changing the value or availability, everything that happens in the 'life' of the listing must be displayed in a timeline. Allow Merging of Duplicate Contacts at Import
I have tried to import my Database from a 3rd party CRM via a CSV file. I have many contacts already in Command from doing Opportunities over the last several years. However I have used my other CRM religiously for many years and wanting to get everything into Command. We now have an option to merge duplicates within Command but not as we import them in. SmartPlan Library Organization (Folders, Starring)
It would be very helpful to have folders for smartplans. In "My Smartplans" if you have more than one smartplan used for one group of people for instance that could be a folder called "Buyers" for example. This would streamline the smartplan page and ensure that you don't accidentally add someone to the wrong smartplan.

KW Command should be optimized to be used on a tablet or mobile device.
KW Agents should have full use of their command dashboard on a mobile web version. When using a tablet, we should be able to use the full capability of Command. Example: when working on an opportunity and adding documents, before submitting to compliance, there is an ability to remove or edit uploaded documents if you are on a laptop or a desktop. The command prompt and dropdown menu are there on a mobile device, but it does not respond to a tablet or phone. This feature should work no matter what type of device you are using. HTML Builder and Iframe
Do no limit the access to use HTML builders and Iframe to customize KW Websites. This feature is highly sought after and used by hundreds of agents. This feature has been a significant reason why agents are using the KW Website and not an outside source. Many agents have disabled their paid websites for the KW website because of the HTML builder where they can build their own custom pages.

Ability to edit Estimated Closed Date after an offer has been accepted
After the latest Command update, agents are no longer able to edit the Estimated Close Date in the Opportunity after an offer has been accepted. It's important that agents are able to update the closing date as that is the date we sort files for Compliance.

view saved search results
Let agents view the saved search results from command, hyperlink the search criteria and show the results or timeline event with the property sent similar to when the property is viewed.
As of now the properties look to be sent and the agent has no idea and no way to view what was sent unless the client clicks the property.

Show Email Open as Contact Timeline Activity
I send out email campaigns regularly through KW command to my sphere of influence. When I go into a profile to see activity on their timeline, it shows that the email was sent, but doesn't show if it was opened or not.
Is there a way to add their activity on the recent campaign, for example, whether they opened, clicked, etc...?

Problem, when adding an email you always have to manually type in your email signature.
Solution come up with additional Merge Fields like:
