To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.

  2. I would like to suggest adding the ability to set minute and hour delays between steps in SmartPlans. This feature would greatly enhance my marketing outreach by allowing me to send a series of texts with specific delays between each. For example, I could send an initial text upon adding a lead to a SmartPlan, then delay 5 minutes to send a second text, and delay another 3 minutes to send a third text, and so on. Additionally, it would be beneficial to combine these minute/hour delays with the existing time-of-day settings; a good example: enabling a sequence of texts…

  4. Profit share reports are now maintained on My KW. Since Retirees don't have access to Command, they will need another way to access this information when reports move over to Command.

  7. KWW agents want to see the currency in the Opportunities applet reflect as their country's respective currency rather than USD.

    In this case, for the Philippines, they want to see it reflect as peso.

  8. When looking at the results of an email campaign, they are listed in no particular order and there is no way to sort or search the results. If an agent needs to search to see if a Contact either received or opened an email, one must scroll through the entire list and manually search. Not time efficient and there is no reason it should be so time intensive to search for results for a contact. Timeline does not include the email nor any indication if opened. This should be basic functionality, not a feature request.

  10. Currently the KW Neighborhood Nurture Emails get sent early in the morning, usually around 2am. Please update the SmartPlan to allow time of day that is preferred.

  11. When adding steps to smartplan the work area is stuck to the side and unable to widen. Can it be edited where we can make the screen wider not only longer? Or bring it it the middle where the stesp aret and move the steps where the editing steps are. In this box I am typing in now has the ability to make the box bigger by clicking on the double arrow on the top right, that would work for the email edit box in smartplans!

  12. Currently, our Direct Mail Campaigns don't merge spouses when sending postcards, meaning each individual contact is sent a postcard, which significantly increases costs for larger mailings. We should have the ability to upload our own mailing labels (which we can create and have linked spouses merged onto one label) so that multiple postcards aren't sent to the same address.

  13. Would love for there to be some sort of API or Zapier integration for CommandMC. We run ads and do Indeed job postings and it would be AWESOME to let this go direct to the pipeline when they apply/start a smartplan.

  14. We had a team transfer from another KW Market center and they brought their listings with them. They already made the opportunities and contacts at the other Market center but they are working from ours now. Could you please add a way to transfer opportunities between Market Centers? For all of the associate transfers within KW.

  15. Within Opportunities, could there be multiple checklist templates setup to choose from when populating the checklist for a given phase of the opportunity. For example, a new construction buyer opportunity may have a longer-timeline to it and a few different but standard steps (like a blue-tape walkthrough, or activating appliance warranties after the home is purchased). I know I would like this functionality, maybe others would as well.

  16. Sometimes an agent works for two different states or areas and needs a Twilio number with two or more different area codes. One Command account should be able to handle having more than one Twilio phone number associated with it.

  17. It would be nice to have social media links either in the footer tab on designs or be able to ad them as a content tab to give more personalization to the design to draw clients to social pages.

  18. ??RECOMMENDATION for KW Command Programmers...When the lead completes the form to view our FB and IG Ads, could a verification text with a code be created and they enter the code before they are actually added as a Lead?Something to keep the fake leads from coming in.

  19. Please add something in KW command where we can run paid campaigns on YouTube. I think the following options would maximize the benefit.

    1. Give the agents options to upload a list of prospective clients they would like to advertise to, or have an option for command to use the YouTube algorithm to target prospective clients.
    2. Provide options for the agents where viewers to skip the ad after a certain amount of time or watch the entire ad.
    3. Give agents the option to have the ad run prior to the video the consumer wants to watch, or if the ad will…
