To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. This option would save time when uploading documents to Command. In the same way we have access to "DocuSign" and "My Computer." Direct access to Google Drive would make a smooth transfer of documents.

  2. Would love to be able to use the email campaign feature vs the smart plans every time, however, at the moment I have try and send every agent the same email and have them send to their people, I'd rather just be able to send one for the team, and default to the assigned agent.

  3. Under smartplans, we should be able to attach a document to a particular email. For instance, I have a smartplan set up where I wanted to send any prospective lead that comes in a Home Buyer's Guide. I should be able to attach the guide to the particular email I want it in.

  5. Would love to be able to create a smartplan that will fire the next step once the previous step has been marked as completed. For example, smartplan forms task to call contact. Once that call has been made and that task marked as completed, the next smartplan task fires immediately to send an email but this email is not sent until the call task has been checked completed.

  8. Essentially duplicate the existing direct mail campaign process, but partner with a third party company (like scribe) that would print and mail out handwritten letter using their 3d printing technology. So I could upload into Command a copy of a handwritten letter and select who I want it to be sent to, both in and outside of my database, just like how real mailers is currently set up. Then scribe would simply print the message on the selected cards, and mail them to who we have selected. This would be an incredible tool for all database touches and farming.

  9. Two-Factor Authentication via Command App where agent has to approve login in the app after certain amount of days.

    This seems like a much better and secure option rather than password reset every 90 days. Would also help with the spam phishing attempts to snag agent’s login credentials.

  10. Agents need the ability to add files (PDFs, Word docs, etc) to Contact. The current Notes section is less than useful and often we take handwritten notes when meeting face-to-face and scan for keeping yet cannot add them to this CRM. If I perform a CMA or provide any other service as a courtesy where an Opportunity is not required, agents should have the ability to add the PDF file to the Contact.

  14. Agent wants to have a label or any space in the contacts to add a business card, this to be able to identify and read the business card more easily inside command > contacts

  16. I would like an easier way to customize labels on export to group families together and address them as families (IE - The Smith Family) so that I am not accidentally sending my direct mail pieces to the same members of one household

  17. I would like to suggest adding the ability to set minute and hour delays between steps in SmartPlans. This feature would greatly enhance my marketing outreach by allowing me to send a series of texts with specific delays between each. For example, I could send an initial text upon adding a lead to a SmartPlan, then delay 5 minutes to send a second text, and delay another 3 minutes to send a third text, and so on. Additionally, it would be beneficial to combine these minute/hour delays with the existing time-of-day settings; a good example: enabling a sequence of texts…

  19. Our largest competitor in the Milwaukee market is fully connected to our MLS. One of the things our agents are finding very helpful is that once they are confirmed for a showing with one of their agents, they receive an auto email confirming that showing along with listing details and the MLS documents attached to that email.

    Is it possible to have our MLS connected to Command / KWLS so that a similar process occurs for Keller Williams' agents? I'm assuming it would need to be connected to the Showing service (i.e. Aligned Showings or ShowingTime) + our Metro Milwaukee…
