SmartPlan Email Preview
Two things: Can we have a "view" button so we can see what our smart plan emails are going to look like? And can we select spacing? I can't single space my signature block and it looks amateurish double spaced.

Add Dashes to Phone Numbers in Opportunities
Currently numbers appear +14251239876 adding a dash (ie: +1 425-123-9876) to separate the numbers would decrease eye strain and improve readability.

Sort by Contact Health Score
It would be very helpful to improve our overall Contact Health Score if we could focus on those that are in the red (0-49%). I have been unable to figure out how to sort or filter or in any way get the list of only the red contacts in order to focus on improving the data for these.

**Allow Command Referrals to be submitted without an email (phone-only) and improve fields for seller referrals**
Command Referrals currently requires a customer email and a “new destination” even for seller referrals. Allow referrals to be created/sent with phone number only (email optional) and adjust required fields so seller referrals can be submitted with limited lead info.

Allow SmartPlan static timelines, not based on when people are added.
This is similar to a couple other SmartPlan ideas. I just wanted to make the distinction between how they work now and what we need. Currently, they focus operations timing on the people and when they're added, not to the plan iteself, regardless of when the people are added. Even the DTD2 plans that are in the library don't really work because when you add new people to the plan the plan starts from the beginning. It doesn't add the person into the plan where the group is. We need plans that are based on dates and when we add…

Enable Contract Date within Opportunity Key Dates
Please add the option to enter a contract date in the Opportunity Key Dates section without requiring an offer to be created first. I rely on the contract date to trigger tasks, and previously I was able to enter it manually. Now, the contract date only populates after an offer has been created and marked as accepted in the Offers tab, which limits workflow flexibility.

Let Campaigns use Smart View List in Contacts Applet
The ability to filter contacts and build smart views within contacts - is a game changer, but not able to use the same filtering to run a campaign is frustrating. Campaigns has significantly better reporting (than smart plans). Why not allow the contact list to be pulled from the already created smart views list in the contact applet for campaigns? I send a single email smart plan to use the smart view list - vs using campaigns, when I could benefit from the reporting in campaigns. Add System Tags to Clearly Identify Referral Status in "My Referrals"
In the "My Referrals" section, referrals should be automatically assigned a system tag based on their status. For example, referrals marked as Lost should have a "Lost" tag. Currently, when viewing All referrals, there’s no clear way to identify which ones are Lost, Pending, Active, Funded, Expired/Canceled, or Rejected. Adding visible status tags would help quickly distinguish each referral’s status.

Enable Task Search by Contact Name
While using the Task tab, I attempted to locate a specific task by searching the contact’s name, but this functionality doesn’t appear to be supported. I also reviewed the help documentation on the website and confirmed that the system currently does not allow task searches by contact name.
To locate the task, I had to use a workaround—clicking the colored labels on the side, selecting the red “Past Due” label, and manually scrolling through the list until I found it. This method was time-consuming, especially given the length of the task list.

Campaigns – Leads Behavior
When the agent clicks on a lead's name in the Campaigns section, nothing happens. The expectation is that clicking the name would redirect the agent to the corresponding contact profile in the Contacts section, but this is not occurring. As a result, the agent must manually enter the lead information into the system, which is causing frustration.
