To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity.

  1. With the new website open house landing page it would be great if a prospect signed up on that page during the open house and not have to go to the agent site or consumer app in order for the saved search capability to work. If I understand it, currently, if the prospect was looking in a specific school district or neighborhood etc. they would have to signup not just on the open house page but also use one of the other areas. Would it be possible to get this capability? I plan to notify the prospect of new properties…

  2. From Command MC reference Compliance, when a document is rejected I am able to comment to the agent what is wrong with the document, but when I am returning the opportunity to the agent because a document is completely missing I am not able to make a comment to that agent letting them know what I need to make compliance correct, therefore agents are overlooking the opportunity completely.

  3. In order to build our businesses, we are encouraged to know our numbers, not just "potential" and "probable", but our actual numbers. At any given moment, an agent should be able to know their GCI for the current year without using other platforms or having to calculate themselves.

    Imagine being able to click on reports and see:

    "As of today, your GCI for 2023 is..."

    "As of today, your closed units for 2023 are..."

    "As of today, your closed volume for 2023 is..."

  4. When paperwork is missing on an Opportunity (Required Documents) and it will jeopardize a closing/payout to the Agent, it would be great if Command could automatically email the Agent 2 weeks from Closing Date and 1 week from Closing Date with a reminder to load missing documents, and to include a list of what those documents are (or allow the MC to select what reminder timelines they would like). This will save time for the MCA/Deals team with contacting the Agents manually when this happens.

  5. It would be nice to have social media links either in the footer tab on designs or be able to ad them as a content tab to give more personalization to the design to draw clients to social pages.

  6. Currently, separate admin access is only allowed on Team Accounts. Individual agents should be allowed this function too. An Individual agent's first hire is an admin after all, so why limit their growth in command?

  7. Clients who have multiple properties may have more than one home anniversay (i.e. investors, second vacation homes, etc.).

  10. I have an innovative concept that could benefit both fellow agents and my own business. At present, the KW Landing Page operates as a centralized system that accumulates all new leads without distinguishing their originating landing pages. As a result, the full potential of Command is limited. It would be highly advantageous to have the ability to personalize the source for tracking purposes and to access additional functionalities.

    For instance, if I generate a landing page for my builder and wish to monitor leads generated from that particular source, the only feasible method currently available is to filter by source…

  12. When doing labels print only the last name of the couple once unless one of the parties has different last name. Example Joe and Jane Smith not Joe Smith and Jane Smith

  13. It would be helpful to be able to pull reports of opportunities with a date range and status option. Many times, we have wanted to see the transaction type, where each transaction is; cultivate, appointment, closed etc and include the contact details. Also, it would be great to have the report csv exportable.

  14. Replace having to manually enter vendor type with a dropdown list of all vendor types within MoveEasy's provided spreadsheet template when bulk uploading to My Preferred Vendor List which feeds agent's website. Second, ability to add custom vendor types.

    This would save the agent / admin so much time uploading or entering vendors and be able to more accurately convey to the customer what the vendor can all do.

  15. Command should be able to automatically track activity and outreach to our DB's.

    This should be broken down by automated outreach (smartplans) and manual outreach (typically driven by tasks, calls, emails, texts or appointments).

    This information is already being captured in each contacts timeline.

    It would be helpful to add contact reason and contact outcome for each task or activity type ie for reason it could be cold outreach, DB follow up, Lead follow up, Client update, listing appointment, buyer appointment, etc. There may be different reasons for different activity types.

    Then outcomes may look something like no answer, wrong…

  17. The qualifying smartplans should have option to pause as soon as the client responds to an automated text. The whole point of these smartplans is to get them to respond so then we know they are a real person but then we know best way to communicate. The plan should pause so then we can go in and respond specifically to their response. There can be a "resume" option that the agent selects too

  19. Ability for Leadership to update Sponsored Events & Partners Widget in Multiple Market Centers: If you are a leader in multiple market centers you are unable to edit/create Events or Partners for the new Widget on the Command Homepage other than for the market center with the lowest MC#.

    Update this feature to allow multiple market center leaders to edit/create events/partners for all market centers they are affiliated with.
