Bulk Add to Command Email List
Ever since Mailchimp stopped being used we still cannot add bulk contacts to command email lists.
This is a basic function and would stop us from having to rebuild email lists every time we want to send an email to the database or list we have already built every time we get new contacts to add.

Schedule Twilio Texts
Waiting to send texts to the database in real time is inefficient for people that plan ahead. Being able to schedule a text to send at 9AM while you are working at 6AM would be an amazing tool for those that practice real estate at odd hours. It would allow an agent to plan out their lead gen for the next day and "automate" it a bit.

Notification for Leadership When Chosen as Sponsor
Receive notification when an agent picks leadership or staff members as a sponsor so a conversation can happen before that is accepted to keep the culture of profit share, so it can be corrected and changed if needed before it becomes non-changeable.

Quick-Create Campaign from Selected Listing
Hi! I am not sure if this can be done, would you consider having a quick link <Create Campaign> shortcut button on Listings Dashboard (https://console.command.kw.com/command/listings)?
As we review our listings on the Listings Dashboard, we would find listing that we like to run ads on. They can click on this button and land on the Campaign page (https://campaigns.kw.com/#/dashboard) immediately to run the ads, populated with the listing details.
Currently the process is to click on Campaigns > Select Ad Type > Select Listing > Run ad

Add All Contact Fields to Import Template
Currently for the default Command import template not all the fields on a contact card appear as options on the import template. Fields that contacts can have such as Title/Company do not appear on the template as a data column. Also, the there is an issue with zip codes that begin with 0, which takes an extra step to format in order for the zipcode to input properly.
Request is for the template fields to match all the current contact field options available in a contact card.

Set Team Goals and Individual Goals
Currently, I have set our Team's yearly production goal under our rainmaker's account while logged under the team account. Initially I thought this was setting the goal for the whole team under the team account. I had an individual agent on the team add in their annual goal in their Command account on the team side. Since doing so, when looking at goals for "All Team Members" it now has the combination of the Team/Rainmaker Goal, plus the individual agent. Ex: 65 Transactions (Team) + 16 (Individual) = 81 Transactions (All Team Members, not correct)

Multiple Checklist Template Options
Within Opportunities, could there be multiple checklist templates setup to choose from when populating the checklist for a given phase of the opportunity. For example, a new construction buyer opportunity may have a longer-timeline to it and a few different but standard steps (like a blue-tape walkthrough, or activating appliance warranties after the home is purchased). I know I would like this functionality, maybe others would as well.

2 Command Sign-Ins for 1 User
This is essential functionality for team leaders who have both residential and commercial teams. The reality is many commercial clients look down on agents who brand with the residential team. Because Command does not yet have the functionality to have two (2) Command sign-ins for the same team leader, it forces differently branded teams to use the same instance of Command. Auto-Calculate Conversion Rates Using Opportunity Date Inputs
The only way to determine what associate training is needed in the sales process is to examine conversion rates from contact to appt to contract to close. These fields already exist in Command. Why doesn’t command calculate these crucial ratios automatically from agent supplied dates? Or similar? The framework is already here and it is quite silly that Command wouldn’t automatically calculate these ratios which have THE MOST DIRECT IMPACT ON AGENT INCOME than any other metric. Allow Email Campaign Results Export
I would really like to be able to export an email campaign's results to an excel spreadsheet. For example, I have 26 emails that didn't send. It shows the reason why but I would like to be able to export this list to use to update those that may have incorrect emails. Or export the list of those that didn't open it so that I can send it to the agent in a spreadsheet so they can connect with the clients.

Likelihood to Move Estimation Tool
There is some technology that is set to come out from a lead source that uses AI to analyze multiple public data sets to guess the likelihood of homeowners making a move: date of last move, mortgage balance, equity left/built in the home, neighborhood activity, etc. This could be leveraged to better scope out/implement farming or other marketing techniques in certain neighborhoods. The program gives estimates of their likelihood to move, with breakdowns and reasons as to why.

Report on All Activity on Contacts
For tracking purposes. Is there a way to go in and check for all updated notes and activities per month or time period? The goal is to know what activities we are doing and to be able to track our activities. This would be a helpful tool to coordinate with team and leadership opportunities. And to know how productive we are in working our database.

Allow Guest Users to Access Opportunity Discussions
Currently, a Guest Admin cannot participate in Opportunity Discussions, since Guest Admins sometimes fill multiple roles in support of a transaction this would be a key feature for larger teams to take advantage fo this feature.

Multiple Marketing Profiles for Agents in Multiple States
For agents licensed in multiple states, it would be a huge problem solver for them if they could have multiple marketing profiles with a toggle at the top of the Command Platform, whereby no matter where they were working in Command, they could toggle between branding for their Arizona vs Washington clients, for instance.

Tag Team Members in Opportunity Discussions
It would be helpful to be able to tag people not included in the particular opportunity such as VAs and cooperating agents so we can notify others of things they need to do.
For example:
If an admin is the one that submits the paperwork and is the point of contact, we want them to get the notification. However, we can only do that right now if they are in command and the rainmaker uses the team opportunity and assigns the admin to the opportunity.
Another example is Agent 1 submits the file as the listing agent and Agent 2…
