Clear out previously failed contact imports from the Not Yet Imported list
Have the ability to clear out contacts from this list that the user has previously attempted to import into their Command Contacts, but failed. Or be able to identify which contacts in this Not Yet Imported list have failed import before so users can ignore these and only import new contacts that have not been attempted before.

Option for additional mailing labels
The mail label feature is amazing and the labels come out looking so nice and professional. However, when using BULK MAIL, it is necessary to have an address with a name and "or Current Resident" added to it. Bright MLS has this feature and I am hoping that Command can add this as an export. The ONLY way to use Bulk Mail is to have 'or current resident' added to the name you are sending to. It would be highly valuable if Command could incorporate functionality similar to what Delta Media Group currently offers—direct MLS integration. Specifically, when a listing event occurs (such as a new listing, price change, open house, or status update), the system could automatically generate a corresponding post for the agent’s connected social media accounts. Filter contacts based on those that have or do not have opportunities. I am cleaning up my database and want to bulk archive many contacts, and I want to focus on the ones that do not have opportunities attached.

Make the AI Summary Optional or Hidden in Contact Profiles
We’d like to suggest a change to how the AI Summary appears in contact profiles within KW Command.
Currently, the summary automatically generates and takes up a large portion of the screen whenever we view a contact’s profile. This behavior is frustrating and disruptive, especially when we're trying to quickly review a contact’s timeline or call notes. The summary often displays irrelevant or redundant information, and it’s not something we asked to see every time.

View Referral Bio Before Sending or Accepting Invitation
When searching for a referral partner, there currently isn’t a way to view their biography until the referral invitation has been accepted by either party. We would like to request the ability to view an agent’s biography prior to sending or accepting a referral invitation, as this would help us make more informed decisions when selecting a partner.

email campaigns adding archived contacts
When you create am email list for an email campaign, you can load all the contacts from you database for that list you are creating. This system is ALSO pulling archived contacts into that email list. If you select all to add to your email campaign you are including archived contacts in that list. The system will see those archived contacts, to the list but will not send emails to them due to being in the contact archive. Remove "Branch Nickname" as the name of the cobroker and referral on DAs.
The branch nickname of cobrokers and referral agents is pulling onto DAs instead of the name of the brokerage. This is causing confusion for agents, title companies and MCAs. Agents will put N/A in the branch nickname and it is printed on the DA. Please change the field where the DA is pulling the cobroker info.

Edit a past Activity
I'd like to be able to edit a past activity--for example when I send a text I enter it in activities. Would be great to be able to go back to that activity and update it with comments from the conversation that happens later instead of having to make a new activity.
