MLS-to-Social Media Automation in Command
It would be highly valuable if Command could incorporate functionality similar to what Delta Media Group currently offers—direct MLS integration. Specifically, when a listing event occurs (such as a new listing, price change, open house, or status update), the system could automatically generate a corresponding post for the agent’s connected social media accounts. Both spouses/partners names on mailing labels.
I would like to be able to have mailing labels addressed to both spouses/partners without having to create a 2nd contact. Having a "Mailing Salutation" field fix this.

Make the AI Summary Optional or Hidden in Contact Profiles
We’d like to suggest a change to how the AI Summary appears in contact profiles within KW Command.
Currently, the summary automatically generates and takes up a large portion of the screen whenever we view a contact’s profile. This behavior is frustrating and disruptive, especially when we're trying to quickly review a contact’s timeline or call notes. The summary often displays irrelevant or redundant information, and it’s not something we asked to see every time.

email campaigns adding archived contacts
When you create am email list for an email campaign, you can load all the contacts from you database for that list you are creating. This system is ALSO pulling archived contacts into that email list. If you select all to add to your email campaign you are including archived contacts in that list. The system will see those archived contacts, to the list but will not send emails to them due to being in the contact archive. View Referral Bio Before Sending or Accepting Invitation
When searching for a referral partner, there currently isn’t a way to view their biography until the referral invitation has been accepted by either party. We would like to request the ability to view an agent’s biography prior to sending or accepting a referral invitation, as this would help us make more informed decisions when selecting a partner.

Production Reports
Add the ability for agents to see their own production reports in Command. They need to be able to see their production by month, year, and total (especially for year-end tax information).

Remove "Branch Nickname" as the name of the cobroker and referral on DAs.
The branch nickname of cobrokers and referral agents is pulling onto DAs instead of the name of the brokerage. This is causing confusion for agents, title companies and MCAs. Agents will put N/A in the branch nickname and it is printed on the DA. Please change the field where the DA is pulling the cobroker info.

CRMS like Lofty allows letters or postcards to be sent directly from Smartplans. This will be a huge improvements to Smartplans and of course should be able to select from Designs

Filter contacts based on those that have or do not have opportunities. I am cleaning up my database and want to bulk archive many contacts, and I want to focus on the ones that do not have opportunities attached.

Edit a past Activity
I'd like to be able to edit a past activity--for example when I send a text I enter it in activities. Would be great to be able to go back to that activity and update it with comments from the conversation that happens later instead of having to make a new activity.

Bulk Delete Tags in Command Accounts
An option to bulk delete tags within an account that were created or imported in by agents (non-system tags) to help speed up processing of accidental or mistaken imports and help clean up databases.

Require Reason for Termination of Commission Request
Please ask the agent this question instead of us. This would be helpful so we can get the data in our market center on what is canceling and why. We do not always have the time to call and ask our agents even though we would love to.
This would also hopefully help stop them from terminating a transaction they are trying to change information on if they input something wrong.

Add Transaction and Opp ID #'s to the left rail so it can be seen at all times
Add Transaction and Opp ID numbers to the left rail so it is easily referenced - this is mainly for admin so they can easily reference these number for accounting/commission reports and in emails to their MC re: closing delays, changes in commissions, etc. At present, they must go to the commission tab to see the transaction # and "details" to see the Opp. ID#. It is clunky and should be easy to attach these numbers to the left rail as we do with the MLS #.

Sharing Folders from Personal Canva to KW Canva
It would be a great feature to be able to share folders from my personal Canva account to my KW Canva account as I transition. Right now, I have to individually share dozens of different projects, and is very time consuming. Could this be something that we partner with Canva to make it easier for agents to transition to their new Canva account?
