To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  2. There are agents out there who boost posts of their recently sold listing instagram posts, for example, as a way to increase reach for those posts. You can do it natively from instagram.com. I was wondering if there was integration for that feature in command, but it seems like there isn't. if tehere isn't, agent would like to have one

  3. Command MC event widget- auto delete event: Make it so you can add an end date for the event. This way it auto-deletes from the homescreen after the class or event has completed

  5. Several agents in our MC are utilizing the "Create New Version" feature in the Documents checklists in their opportunities. When creating the new version, they have the ability to name the new version to anything they desire, but there currently is not a feature allowing agents to rename the original version. Since this feature is used most often when a deal falls apart, agents are more likely to know the details of the original version before they know anything about the new version, but it is still only ever called "Under Contract".   6. Make versioning for Opportunity document checklists a lot more obvious. Agents and trainers don't know that this exists and are adding a new opportunity for every offer a buyer has.

  7. Please add “the Cove” neighborhood in Natomas, sacramento Ca. This is a neighborhood that so farm and the lack of ability to add people to a Neighborhood is infuriating

  8. In Agent profile, the email boxes are set up as "recovery" and "personal". These are supposed to be different emails, however agents are confusing it as the same thing. Can we reword "personal" to "business" as that is the email they are using for their business.

  9. It would be beneficial to have a column in contacts under "tasks" and sort by the due date. It would also help to see what contacts already have tasks and which contacts marked as a lead need a task.

  10. The moving between personal to team and then team to personal is messy. If a legacy tag is removed, the personal database is a mess. If they never use personal, or reclassify a contact, they cant take that information with them. If you don't make it easy to go from command to command, there is a chance they go from command to another system or command to another company instead.

  13. Most of us run ads on Facebook as well as Google.

    Pixel is Facebook's version of an ad tracking/conversion tool.

    Google ads tend to be more expensive than Facebook ads.

    Facebook is great for building awareness. Our clients need a way to start building a relationship with us BEFORE they ever speak with us.

    Facebook ads are not as effective without Pixel. Pixel can be attached to the entire website as well be used for specific landing pages, if your using a particular funnel. Pixel allows us to track conversions and optimize our ads. It helps us understand when people…

  14. Today, we do not have the ability to display social media links as columns in our contacts applet. In a social media (SM) connected world, SM is sometimes the primary form of communication and therefore should be easily available for us to navigate to when making touchpoints on our leads.

  16. When adding steps to smartplan the work area is stuck to the side and unable to widen. Can it be edited where we can make the screen wider not only longer? Or bring it it the middle where the stesp aret and move the steps where the editing steps are. In this box I am typing in now has the ability to make the box bigger by clicking on the double arrow on the top right, that would work for the email edit box in smartplans!

  17. Currently our Agents can create an opportunity and submit a commission request without having the proper documentation submitted.

    Is there a way that we can have the disclosure agreements and contract of sale for sale transactions a requirement and the agents won't be able to submit the commission request without uploading them to the opportunity first?

    For rentals we also require leases however, sometimes buildings don't provide them to the agents so maybe its best for now that we have that as optional.

  18. Current date fields in the offers section are not intuitive and can lead to input errors. Specifically, the fields do not recognize slashes (”/”) to move between month, day, and year segments.

    Additionally, when users enter a single-digit month and key over, the system incorrectly includes the first digit of the day as part of the month. This rigid adherence to the mm/dd/yyyy format without accommodating common typing behaviors slows down the process, especially when filling out multiple commissions.

    Proposed Enhancement:

    • Allow the use of slashes (”/”) to navigate between date segments.
