Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  3. Ability to add contacts to a mailer campaign. For example: have a seller lead on a weekly or monthly mailer postcard campaign to stay top of mind. Similar to emails and text. This is just another way to stay in touch physically. Mailbox power is a third party tool that offers this ability but it would be better if I can manage it from command.

  4. Every CRM I know has a form creation function, whoever responds to this form is automatically entered into the command, avoiding manual work for this purpose.

  5. On OPPORTUNITY HOME page allow the filters that we apply to stay! I shouldn't have to see EVERY transaction in my career.

  6. I saw this was 'released' but not in the way I would like it. So I sort via a tag like A and W. When I add another tag it expands the search to include the second tag- NOT WHAT I WANT. I want to be able to add another tag that looks at all those A and W tags and only keeps those that also have this second tag, such as Past client, then add another tag reducing my search from under those tags.

  8. Currently, when adding an international referral in the Commissions section, the system does not allow users to input phone numbers with international country codes. It assumes all phone numbers are in a North American format, which results in errors for agents working with international referrals. This enhancement will allow users to add international phone numbers, ensuring proper data entry and improved communication with referral agents.

  9. I would love to see the option to send messages to team/collaborators to chat about a lead without an opportunity or deal; to tag a team member so they get a notification; to keep communications in one place for the team.

  10. The moving between personal to team and then team to personal is messy. If a legacy tag is removed, the personal database is a mess. If they never use personal, or reclassify a contact, they cant take that information with them. If you don't make it easy to go from command to command, there is a chance they go from command to another system or command to another company instead.

  11. When updating ownership in a team account, the agents listed are not alphabetical - making it hard to find the agent I need to update the ownership

  12. Whenever a contract has been closed, the Opportunity Phase is changed to CLOSED. It would be very helpful, especially for tracking purposes, to have a WITHDRAWN Phase if the seller decides to withdraw the listing from the MLS or a TERMINATED Phase if the buyer or seller terminates the contract. Otherwise, these all go into the Archive file and it doesn't really explain why it is being archived and cannot be used to filter out your withdrawn and terminated Opportunities.

  13. In Command, when adding an LLC or a Business, the contact card will re-arrange the name of the business. Can we have an option to put in a person or a business and if it's a business, have it NOT change around the name?

  17. In Documents, there is a feature that I would like to see in Command where the documents you upload are searchable. Frequently, we receive very wordy documents and emails and need to find them within files that have hundred of pages. Sometimes we have obscure documents or contracts that we don't remember the name of and we want to find it in the file. If we could search the documents that we upload, this would be very helpful. SkySlope has this feature and I really miss it now that I have moved to Command.

  18. Ability to assign tasks to a client that shows up in the daily (or weekly) updates. For example - Seller to schedule terminate utilities. Or, Seller to provide contract to their mortgage officer. etc

  19. Would be useful in many ways to integrate recorded phone calls into Command and Command App. This could be useful for having something to go back to, for example if you can't remember what city the client said NOT to look at you can go back to listen, etc. If you are in the car during a call, take notes once you are back at the office. Eliminates that awkward text of not remembering something during the phone call.

    This is also useful due to the fact we often find clients saying "you did or did not tell me something"…

  20. It would be hugely beneficial if there was an option to create custom forms and add them to Agent Sites. This eliminates needing to create a Google Form and then manually add Contacts to your database. Creating those forms with the ability to set up lead routing / auto tag / smartplans would be awesome!
