Intuitive DTD2 SmartPlan
This company raves about DTD2. That being said how about we have a KW Created Smart plan Much like the birthday smart plan, Monthly neighborhood nurture, and the home anniversary that uses the AI to effectively schedule a task for the next corresponding day for that specific DTD2 task. Whether it may calling, texting, emailing, or sending a postcard.
Tips: Each smart plan should be dedicated to one thing
- One for Calling
- One for texting
- One for Email
- One for Postcards
All to keep up with the models for DTD2 and because not all agents are at the same level…

Follow Up Boss Integration for Command (Teams)
There is currently an API Nation intregration for Follow Up Boss that works with personal Command, but the large majority of Follow Up Boss users are teams. As an MCTT, I see this as the biggest stumbling block for teams that would like to use both Follow Up Boss and Command.

Ability to Pin Note to Top of Notes Tab
The ability to pin a note to the top of the note page that has important information in it that you can quickly see without searching through the notes for it.

SmartPlan Library Organization (Folders, Starring)
It would be very helpful to have folders for smartplans. In "My Smartplans" if you have more than one smartplan used for one group of people for instance that could be a folder called "Buyers" for example. This would streamline the smartplan page and ensure that you don't accidentally add someone to the wrong smartplan.

Bulk Add/Remove Collaborators and Assignees
In a team command I would like to be able to bulk add collaborators like i can bulk assign. Essentially they select all the clients to do the bulk action and then select add collaborator and then it pulls up the list of agents to make a collaborator.

Create Referral Agreement PDF from Accepted Referral
When a referral transaction closes, the agents must submit the referral form to compliance to receive the payment. Right now, we are missing a feature that just clicking a button will download the agreement to be submitted to the MC.
My suggestion is for KWRI to create a download PDF form tab in the referrals session of Command to make this process easy for agents. It would be even more amazing if there was a button that allows the agent to create opportunities from the referrals session.

Add System Tag when Contacts Unsubscribe from Emails
When contacts unsubscribe, it would be great if the system auto-tagged them as unsubscribed-text or unsubscribed-email so they can be filtered and considered for archive or if we want to keep them as a contact. This would allow us to remove contacts who don't want to be contacted more easily.

Export Tasks to CSV
Since I can't always be at the computer or online, I like to keep a hard copy of tasks with me at all times. When I review it in the morning (on my commute) it helps me prepare for my day!

Notification for Unsent Texts via Twilio
It is really hard to keep track of texts that fail without checking each contact on your database. If we had this option, we could look into using alternatives for those contacts. There are also issues where there is no error messages on why it did not push through.

Add Contact Tags Column to Tasks Table
While in my Tasks page, I would like to see the Tags as an option to add in the columns. This way I have a better idea of, and can see at a glance, who the contact is, or if there are many tasks for the same group of people.

Sort by Contact Health Score
It would be very helpful to improve our overall Contact Health Score if we could focus on those that are in the red (0-49%). I have been unable to figure out how to sort or filter or in any way get the list of only the red contacts in order to focus on improving the data for these.

Allow Imported Reviews for Agent Sites (Zillow, Google)
We should be able to import our reviews from other central websites such as Google, Zillow or Facebook. Other real estate companies (such as Compass) can do this seamlessly (automatically).

Many people do not check their emails, and being able to set up an auto monthly text for the Neighborhood Nurture smart plan would be huge.

Edit Task Notes after Completion
On occasion I enter a note and forget to include some additional details or a client returns my call immediately. Or I enter a tast on a wrong client. I then need to add another tast/action into command which adds a second entry for the day. If there was a way to edit the interaction whether it be a call, meeting, email or text task. That would be great.

Sticky Filters in Tasks after Opening/Editing Task
There needs to be a way to walk through tasks, such as past-due phone calls, without having to re-select the tasks icon and re-entering the filters. Currently when in a contact all you can do is return to the contact. The back arrow returns to tasks but the filters are missing.

Sync Spouse Information (Address, Tags, Email, Phone, etc.)
It would be great when you add a spouse to a contact for their home address to copy over to the spouse and the tags as it is double the work currently the way it is set up. Thank you!

Share Listing (Link for Emails, Social Posts, etc.)
I would love for a button to be added to the listings portion of this. After searching for a listing, would love to be able to share the listing to social media or email through command with the click of a button.
Would also be amazing if it would lead capture as well!
All the info is there as in MLS.

YouTube Paid Ads
Please add something in KW command where we can run paid campaigns on YouTube. I think the following options would maximize the benefit.
- Give the agents options to upload a list of prospective clients they would like to advertise to, or have an option for command to use the YouTube algorithm to target prospective clients.
- Provide options for the agents where viewers to skip the ad after a certain amount of time or watch the entire ad.
- Give agents the option to have the ad run prior to the video the consumer wants to watch, or if the ad will…

Bulk Actions (Complete, Delete, Add Assignee, Add Note, etc.)
When you have several contacts that come up for the same task, like "send an email" it would be great to select them all from the Task Bar and Bulk Send the Email.

Send Image and Video via Text and Email SmartPlan Steps
The ability to attach photos and even videos to the twilio text messages you send through Smartplans instead of just through individual contact.
