Report on All Activity on Contacts
For tracking purposes. Is there a way to go in and check for all updated notes and activities per month or time period? The goal is to know what activities we are doing and to be able to track our activities. This would be a helpful tool to coordinate with team and leadership opportunities. And to know how productive we are in working our database.

Add Mailing Label Name Field
Could be used for exporting mailing labels AND sending post cards to our database. Currently we must choose one person so as not to send two cards.

Export Selected Contacts (by Filter or SmartView)
It would be great if we could export any list of contacts that we are able to filter and create SmartViews around. This is good for handing off lists of people if necessary for various reasons.

Hold SmartPlan Start Until Lead is Claimed
When a lead is captured and comes into Command for teams it is owned by the Rainmaker. A smartplan then triggers immediately to start. Even if the lead routing is on round robin, and the lead gets assigned to a team agent, the smartplan initiates before the lead gets assigned... giving the initial smarplan tasks to the rainmaker instead of the team agent!

Dynamic Sizing of Contacts Table View to Screen
When you show contacts, you must scroll a bunch. I have a vertical monitor to do database work on and the contacts view should dynamically size to the screen if larger than your standard. I can only see 10 contact on a 24" vertical screen.

Add Comments for Missing Documents in Opportunities
From Command MC reference Compliance, when a document is rejected I am able to comment to the agent what is wrong with the document, but when I am returning the opportunity to the agent because a document is completely missing I am not able to make a comment to that agent letting them know what I need to make compliance correct, therefore agents are overlooking the opportunity completely.

Show Current Closed Units, Volume, and GCI for Year to Date
In order to build our businesses, we are encouraged to know our numbers, not just "potential" and "probable", but our actual numbers. At any given moment, an agent should be able to know their GCI for the current year without using other platforms or having to calculate themselves.
Imagine being able to click on reports and see:
"As of today, your GCI for 2023 is..."
"As of today, your closed units for 2023 are..."
"As of today, your closed volume for 2023 is..."

Allow Social Media Hyperlinks in Designs
It would be nice to have social media links either in the footer tab on designs or be able to ad them as a content tab to give more personalization to the design to draw clients to social pages.

Allow Guest Users for Individual Agents
Currently, separate admin access is only allowed on Team Accounts. Individual agents should be allowed this function too. An Individual agent's first hire is an admin after all, so why limit their growth in command?

Recognize Relationships in Households for Direct Mail (One Per Household)
The RealMailers system does not identify the "relationships" in Command and it does in fact send two postcards to, say a husband & wife or partner at the same address. This is frustrating & looks odd to my clients & costs me more! Would love if there's a work around. Thank you so much!

Create Saved Search When Open House Form is Completed
With the new website open house landing page it would be great if a prospect signed up on that page during the open house and not have to go to the agent site or consumer app in order for the saved search capability to work. If I understand it, currently, if the prospect was looking in a specific school district or neighborhood etc. they would have to signup not just on the open house page but also use one of the other areas. Would it be possible to get this capability? I plan to notify the prospect of new properties…

Notify Agent When Missing Required Documents (before Closing Date)
When paperwork is missing on an Opportunity (Required Documents) and it will jeopardize a closing/payout to the Agent, it would be great if Command could automatically email the Agent 2 weeks from Closing Date and 1 week from Closing Date with a reminder to load missing documents, and to include a list of what those documents are (or allow the MC to select what reminder timelines they would like). This will save time for the MCA/Deals team with contacting the Agents manually when this happens.

Allow for Multiple Home Anniversary Fields
Clients who have multiple properties may have more than one home anniversay (i.e. investors, second vacation homes, etc.).

Customize Landing Page Lead Source
I have an innovative concept that could benefit both fellow agents and my own business. At present, the KW Landing Page operates as a centralized system that accumulates all new leads without distinguishing their originating landing pages. As a result, the full potential of Command is limited. It would be highly advantageous to have the ability to personalize the source for tracking purposes and to access additional functionalities.
For instance, if I generate a landing page for my builder and wish to monitor leads generated from that particular source, the only feasible method currently available is to filter by source…

Filters for Opportunities (Date Range, Status, Compliance Status, Submitted Date, etc.)
It would be helpful to be able to pull reports of opportunities with a date range and status option. Many times, we have wanted to see the transaction type, where each transaction is; cultivate, appointment, closed etc and include the contact details. Also, it would be great to have the report csv exportable.

Auto-Fill Broker Information from DocuSign Details to DocuSign Forms
Our state has forms that require the broker information the be filled in, but even when we enter the broker information in DocuSign details, the information does not populate into DocuSign forms.

Add Custom Vendor Types and Dropdown List
Replace having to manually enter vendor type with a dropdown list of all vendor types within MoveEasy's provided spreadsheet template when bulk uploading to My Preferred Vendor List which feeds agent's website. Second, ability to add custom vendor types.
This would save the agent / admin so much time uploading or entering vendors and be able to more accurately convey to the customer what the vendor can all do.
