Notifications for Individual Tasks Due
Currently, command mobile only sends out a task summary push notification for the day. Example: "You have 5 tasks due today and 10 tasks overdue"....
Would love to have a task push notification go out for individual tasks that are due by a specific time. Example: "Send Bob a confirmation call/text to confirm your meeting at 2:30pm today. Due at 10am"

Bulk Remove from SmartPlan(s)
There's no way to remove smarplans in bulk from specific contacts. We have a team of agents that use the team command and one of our agents wants one of the smartplans removed from his team contacts but the only option is to do it one by one (there's over 2,000) or remove the smartplan for all the agents team contacts, which is not a real option. Thank you!

Likelihood to Move Estimation Tool
There is some technology that is set to come out from a lead source that uses AI to analyze multiple public data sets to guess the likelihood of homeowners making a move: date of last move, mortgage balance, equity left/built in the home, neighborhood activity, etc. This could be leveraged to better scope out/implement farming or other marketing techniques in certain neighborhoods. The program gives estimates of their likelihood to move, with breakdowns and reasons as to why.

Email Reports for Individual SmartPlans
Being able to run a report for each smart plan email that is sent to see who un-subscribing from what plan, or who has opened each email. We are sending multiple emails for different plans, and it would be nice to be able to pull a report for each smart plan email that was sent within a particular smart plan!

Allow Social Media Hyperlinks in Designs
It would be nice to have social media links either in the footer tab on designs or be able to ad them as a content tab to give more personalization to the design to draw clients to social pages.

Send Received Referral information to Contacts
The Referrals Portal would be more valuable if:
- The contact information went directly to the CRM portion of Command with the opportunity to apply SmartPlans, tags to keep in touch as well as areas served.
- Both KW and out-of-brokerage agents could be added.
- Once the referral is accepted, an Opportunity is created.

Allow 10 Images for Paid Ads
Instagram allows users to post an image carousel up to ten images, so we should really be allowed the same limit when scheduling through our app. Some places cannot show their best potential with such few images, and it also compromises the design and feed organisation of our professional profiles, making it harder to develop a visual identity

Notify Agent When Missing Required Documents (before Closing Date)
When paperwork is missing on an Opportunity (Required Documents) and it will jeopardize a closing/payout to the Agent, it would be great if Command could automatically email the Agent 2 weeks from Closing Date and 1 week from Closing Date with a reminder to load missing documents, and to include a list of what those documents are (or allow the MC to select what reminder timelines they would like). This will save time for the MCA/Deals team with contacting the Agents manually when this happens.

Access Opportunity Documents in Command Mobile
There doesn't seem to be a way to access my documents for a transaction in Command App mobile version. Is there a way to add that feature sooner than later? There is a Detail, Tasks, and Notes in the opportunity. That would be a great location to add access to docs.

Show Current Closed Units, Volume, and GCI for Year to Date
In order to build our businesses, we are encouraged to know our numbers, not just "potential" and "probable", but our actual numbers. At any given moment, an agent should be able to know their GCI for the current year without using other platforms or having to calculate themselves.
Imagine being able to click on reports and see:
"As of today, your GCI for 2023 is..."
"As of today, your closed units for 2023 are..."
"As of today, your closed volume for 2023 is..."

Add Co-Op Agent to Parties to the Transaction
It would be helpful to be able to add the other agent on the other side. The current co-broker tab requires tax id info. I am only needing to add name, brokerage, email and phone in the parties to the transaction section.

API Nation/Zapier Integration CommandMC
Would love for there to be some sort of API or Zapier integration for CommandMC. We run ads and do Indeed job postings and it would be AWESOME to let this go direct to the pipeline when they apply/start a smartplan.

Quick-Create Buyer Opportunity from Seller Opportunity Information
It would be helpful and save time to have a "Create buyer side transaction" button from within command to create a mirror image opportunity that switches the buyer and seller side and adds it to the pipeline.
This would be in lieu of manually creating a buyer side transaction when the listing agent has both sides of the deal personally or a team member.

Automated Activity Tracking and Reporting
Command should be able to automatically track activity and outreach to our DB's.
This should be broken down by automated outreach (smartplans) and manual outreach (typically driven by tasks, calls, emails, texts or appointments).
This information is already being captured in each contacts timeline.
It would be helpful to add contact reason and contact outcome for each task or activity type ie for reason it could be cold outreach, DB follow up, Lead follow up, Client update, listing appointment, buyer appointment, etc. There may be different reasons for different activity types.
Then outcomes may look something like no answer, wrong…

Pause SmartPlan after Response to Text
The qualifying smartplans should have option to pause as soon as the client responds to an automated text. The whole point of these smartplans is to get them to respond so then we know they are a real person but then we know best way to communicate. The plan should pause so then we can go in and respond specifically to their response. There can be a "resume" option that the agent selects too

Ability to Edit/Delete System Tags
We cannot edit or delete system tags, which results in duplicate tags being created/used. Please give us the option to edit or remove system tags.
