Make Buttons More Visible (Pencil, Three Dots)
I have had many agents I'm working with be unable to see the pencil (edit) and ellipsis (more) icons whatsoever due to differences in computer screen contrast. When teaching courses the class and I are almost completely unable to see the icons on the TVs in our MC.
This is causing many agents to miss additional context menus and believe they are unable to edit sections of Command.
Specifically I have to show agents the Edit Pencil frequently on the Opportunity Details tab and the ellipsis on the Opportunity Stage/Phase screen.
Command needs more accessibility options in general.

Export Selected Contacts (by Filter or SmartView)
It would be great if we could export any list of contacts that we are able to filter and create SmartViews around. This is good for handing off lists of people if necessary for various reasons.

Can we break up the activity tracker to include conversations and a separate tracking activity for follow ups?

Rename "Timeline" Tab to "Activity"
In Command, the "Timeline" tab for tracking phone calls/emails/texts should be called "Activity" and where it says "Activity" it should read "Timeline"
I believe this will be more effective for agents and leadership identifying where to log activity in Command.

Dynamic Sizing of Contacts Table View to Screen
When you show contacts, you must scroll a bunch. I have a vertical monitor to do database work on and the contacts view should dynamically size to the screen if larger than your standard. I can only see 10 contact on a 24" vertical screen.

Filter by Contact Lead Source(s)
When we filter on Lead Source it only has the sources and not the contacts the lead came from. I want to know how many people a contact has sent to me as a lead. Right now I can only put in referral, but there is no good way to keep track of exactly who is sending the leads.

Send Received Referral information to Contacts
The Referrals Portal would be more valuable if:
- The contact information went directly to the CRM portion of Command with the opportunity to apply SmartPlans, tags to keep in touch as well as areas served.
- Both KW and out-of-brokerage agents could be added.
- Once the referral is accepted, an Opportunity is created.

Allow 10 Images for Paid Ads
Instagram allows users to post an image carousel up to ten images, so we should really be allowed the same limit when scheduling through our app. Some places cannot show their best potential with such few images, and it also compromises the design and feed organisation of our professional profiles, making it harder to develop a visual identity

Goals (411 and GPS) Widget on Dashboard
When nurturing a lead or contact in Command... Have it roll up to a 411 and/or 135 plan(s), having a way each time we touch a lead and/or contact in Command, there's a running list of how many more people we need to contact for the day ie contact 100 people a day.

Create Custom Neighborhoods (Rural Areas)
In rural areas like Coldspring, Livingston, New Waverly and all in between there are very few 'neighborhoods'. If adding or the ability to request a new neighborhood would be available, that would be amazing!

Notify Agent When Missing Required Documents (before Closing Date)
When paperwork is missing on an Opportunity (Required Documents) and it will jeopardize a closing/payout to the Agent, it would be great if Command could automatically email the Agent 2 weeks from Closing Date and 1 week from Closing Date with a reminder to load missing documents, and to include a list of what those documents are (or allow the MC to select what reminder timelines they would like). This will save time for the MCA/Deals team with contacting the Agents manually when this happens.

Access Opportunity Documents in Command Mobile
There doesn't seem to be a way to access my documents for a transaction in Command App mobile version. Is there a way to add that feature sooner than later? There is a Detail, Tasks, and Notes in the opportunity. That would be a great location to add access to docs.

Show Current Closed Units, Volume, and GCI for Year to Date
In order to build our businesses, we are encouraged to know our numbers, not just "potential" and "probable", but our actual numbers. At any given moment, an agent should be able to know their GCI for the current year without using other platforms or having to calculate themselves.
Imagine being able to click on reports and see:
"As of today, your GCI for 2023 is..."
"As of today, your closed units for 2023 are..."
"As of today, your closed volume for 2023 is..."

Allow Editing Events and Preferred Partners in Multiple Market Centers
Ability for Leadership to update Sponsored Events & Partners Widget in Multiple Market Centers: If you are a leader in multiple market centers you are unable to edit/create Events or Partners for the new Widget on the Command Homepage other than for the market center with the lowest MC#.
Update this feature to allow multiple market center leaders to edit/create events/partners for all market centers they are affiliated with.

Auto-Fill Broker Information from DocuSign Details to DocuSign Forms
Our state has forms that require the broker information the be filled in, but even when we enter the broker information in DocuSign details, the information does not populate into DocuSign forms.

Custom Permissions for Team Members
Please allow us to select the permissions for our team members. Standard is too restrictive and enhanced is too open.
The Rainmaker should be able to determine the level of access based off of responsibilities.
