Pre-Load Address from Contact on Opportunity KWLS Modal
When entering an opportunity for a listing, there should be a dropdown box with the sellers address which is pulled from the contact. There should also be the option to enter it manually if needed.

Add Co-Op Agent to Parties to the Transaction
It would be helpful to be able to add the other agent on the other side. The current co-broker tab requires tax id info. I am only needing to add name, brokerage, email and phone in the parties to the transaction section.

Remove Document Name Requirement During Split and Attach
When using Split & Attach PDF, we are required to name the document even though we are also selecting the document name from the pick list...WHY? Why is it necessary to essentially name the document twice? The manual document name doesn't even show up. What is the point?

API Nation/Zapier Integration
Would love for there to be some sort of API or Zapier integration for CommandMC. We run ads and do Indeed job postings and it would be AWESOME to let this go direct to the pipeline when they apply/start a smartplan.

Quick-Create Buyer Opportunity from Seller Opportunity Information
It would be helpful and save time to have a "Create buyer side transaction" button from within command to create a mirror image opportunity that switches the buyer and seller side and adds it to the pipeline.
This would be in lieu of manually creating a buyer side transaction when the listing agent has both sides of the deal personally or a team member.

Send by Assigned Agent for Email Campaigns
Would love to be able to use the email campaign feature vs the smart plans every time, however, at the moment I have try and send every agent the same email and have them send to their people, I'd rather just be able to send one for the team, and default to the assigned agent.

Create One Task at End of SmartPlan
I'd like the ability to put a task to myself in a smart plan that I've put a client on. For example: On Day 1, email goes out to client. On Day 2, a text message goes out to client. On day 3, a task is placed on MY task list asking me to evaluate the effectiveness of this plan, and put any new leads into Opportunities. (At present, an added task would add this task for every client assigned to the plan. I want a single task)

Filters for Opportunities (Date Range, Status, Compliance Status, Submitted Date, etc.)
It would be helpful to be able to pull reports of opportunities with a date range and status option. Many times, we have wanted to see the transaction type, where each transaction is; cultivate, appointment, closed etc and include the contact details. Also, it would be great to have the report csv exportable.

Automated Activity Tracking and Reporting
Command should be able to automatically track activity and outreach to our DB's.
This should be broken down by automated outreach (smartplans) and manual outreach (typically driven by tasks, calls, emails, texts or appointments).
This information is already being captured in each contacts timeline.
It would be helpful to add contact reason and contact outcome for each task or activity type ie for reason it could be cold outreach, DB follow up, Lead follow up, Client update, listing appointment, buyer appointment, etc. There may be different reasons for different activity types.
Then outcomes may look something like no answer, wrong…

Pause SmartPlan after Response to Text
The qualifying smartplans should have option to pause as soon as the client responds to an automated text. The whole point of these smartplans is to get them to respond so then we know they are a real person but then we know best way to communicate. The plan should pause so then we can go in and respond specifically to their response. There can be a "resume" option that the agent selects too

Customizable Saved Search Emails (From:, Body Text)
Would love it if we could change the "From" name in the emails that go to clients from Command Saved Searches.
Standard Saved-Search mails being generated to the client by Command show up to them as coming from "Keller Williams" ....we would like the mails to appear to them as coming from our team name or anything else we want.
ALSO would like to be able to edit the text in the body of those mails which currently reads "There are updates to your saved search, [search-name-here], that you may be interested in. I'd love to hear what you think…
