To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity.

  1. For tracking purposes. Is there a way to go in and check for all updated notes and activities per month or time period? The goal is to know what activities we are doing and to be able to track our activities. This would be a helpful tool to coordinate with team and leadership opportunities. And to know how productive we are in working our database.

  2. Currently it is not possible to access the Parties To The Transaction for an opportunity within the Command App. Agents often need to contact the lender, title company, or inspector on the go, and it is critical to have access to this contact information within the app.

  3. We have agents that have moved into the referral group and are showing up in the Active Referral Pattern. They are not allowed to practice real estate so it makes sense to be able to remove them and from our end.

  4. Ever since Mailchimp stopped being used we still cannot add bulk contacts to command email lists.

    This is a basic function and would stop us from having to rebuild email lists every time we want to send an email to the database or list we have already built every time we get new contacts to add.

  5. As a MCTT, I've noticed with a lot of agents that it can get very confusing on where they need to put in information to go on their Consumer sites. I have a lot of people that update their bio and headshots in the My Profile section and then wonder why it's not updating anywhere because it's hard to find the Marketing Profile and no where really explains the difference between the two. It would also be great to add a button on the Consumer tab that takes you to your Marketing Profile so it's also easier to find as…

  7. To enhance user experience and operational efficiency, I propose the addition of a printer-friendly report feature in Command CRM. This feature would enable users to easily generate clean, clear reports for Activities, Goals, etc., without resorting to multiple screenshots or dealing with cluttered screen prints. This addition will significantly aid in data review and strategic planning, especially in team settings.

  8. Can we have an option to skip weekends in the smartplans? I tend not to work/make calls on weekends, and by monday I am overwhelmed with the numbers I have in my task list for the week and so I do nothing...eventually just archiving everything and starting over. Can you fix this?

  9. It would be hugely beneficial if there was an option to create custom forms and add them to Agent Sites. This eliminates needing to create a Google Form and then manually add Contacts to your database. Creating those forms with the ability to set up lead routing / auto tag / smartplans would be awesome!

  10. Under smartplans, we should be able to attach a document to a particular email. For instance, I have a smartplan set up where I wanted to send any prospective lead that comes in a Home Buyer's Guide. I should be able to attach the guide to the particular email I want it in.

  12. Currently, command mobile only sends out a task summary push notification for the day. Example: "You have 5 tasks due today and 10 tasks overdue"....

    Would love to have a task push notification go out for individual tasks that are due by a specific time. Example: "Send Bob a confirmation call/text to confirm your meeting at 2:30pm today. Due at 10am"

  13. There's no way to remove smarplans in bulk from specific contacts. We have a team of agents that use the team command and one of our agents wants one of the smartplans removed from his team contacts but the only option is to do it one by one (there's over 2,000) or remove the smartplan for all the agents team contacts, which is not a real option. Thank you!

  14. There is some technology that is set to come out from a lead source that uses AI to analyze multiple public data sets to guess the likelihood of homeowners making a move: date of last move, mortgage balance, equity left/built in the home, neighborhood activity, etc. This could be leveraged to better scope out/implement farming or other marketing techniques in certain neighborhoods. The program gives estimates of their likelihood to move, with breakdowns and reasons as to why.

  16. Being able to run a report for each smart plan email that is sent to see who un-subscribing from what plan, or who has opened each email. We are sending multiple emails for different plans, and it would be nice to be able to pull a report for each smart plan email that was sent within a particular smart plan!

  17. It would be nice to have social media links either in the footer tab on designs or be able to ad them as a content tab to give more personalization to the design to draw clients to social pages.

  18. The Referrals Portal would be more valuable if:

    1. The contact information went directly to the CRM portion of Command with the opportunity to apply SmartPlans, tags to keep in touch as well as areas served.
    2. Both KW and out-of-brokerage agents could be added.
    3. Once the referral is accepted, an Opportunity is created.

  19. Instagram allows users to post an image carousel up to ten images, so we should really be allowed the same limit when scheduling through our app. Some places cannot show their best potential with such few images, and it also compromises the design and feed organisation of our professional profiles, making it harder to develop a visual identity

  20. When paperwork is missing on an Opportunity (Required Documents) and it will jeopardize a closing/payout to the Agent, it would be great if Command could automatically email the Agent 2 weeks from Closing Date and 1 week from Closing Date with a reminder to load missing documents, and to include a list of what those documents are (or allow the MC to select what reminder timelines they would like). This will save time for the MCA/Deals team with contacting the Agents manually when this happens.
