Make Estimated Closing Date Field Required

Right now, when I sort transactions by "Closing Date Soonest", Command uses the Estimated Close Date to sort. Many agents don't enter the Estimated Close Date so these files essentially get lost in the queue. Agents are only required to enter the Closed Date when entering their Commissions. We either need the Sort by feature fixed to pull the Closed Date, or make the Estimated Close Date a mandatory field.
