With the vast amount of data and detail we collect/search through, being able to 'chunk' the data via a simple break space helps tremendously when quickly scanning for that important deet. "Was it purple or fuscia carpet they absolutely had to have?" When sifting through mountains of data, this can be cumbersome when globbed together in one gigantic run-on paragraph.
Carpet needs to be fuscia.
Wallpaper needs to be purple.
This is so much easier to find than, carpet needs to be fuscia, and wallpaper needs to be purple. Especially when it is surrounded by so many other words, thoughts, phrases, ideas, general text, sentences, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. Yuo get the point.
Now, I hope the breaking spaces I see when typing this translate to how the text is displayed once I enter it, unlike the data on the contact card is.
