Keller Williams thrives on collaboration. We invite you to share your ideas for new Command features and help shape the future KW technology.

To make your voice heard, be sure to vote on existing ideas and/or submit a new idea. While we can’t guarantee any specific features or timelines, we promise to read and consider all suggestions. Our team will update with the status below. We may also merge and rename suggestions for clarity. 



How to post an idea:

  1. Before posting a new idea, leverage the search function to make sure you are not posting a duplicate idea.
  2. Make sure to select a category when posting your idea so the proper KWRI team members view the idea.
  3. Leverage the voting feature for ideas you are passionate about. The more votes an idea has, the more traction it gains!

  1. We were trying to enter the information for an outside agent referral and it would not accept the details and let us click the button. All fields were filled in and we couldn't figure out what was wrong. After multiple tries we removed the dash from the zip code. We had used the 12345-6789 configuration of the zip code. After removing the "-4 digits" it worked. There was not a dialogue box or error message that showed what was wrong.

  4. When you open up a contact's profile page, I'd like to see the created date on the left side, under the lead source line. As of now, if I want to see how long I've known someone, I have to take extra steps to search for them in the main page to see the date in the list.

  5. Currently, when using the command, I have to open a new tab in Chrome every time I switch between different functions. Would it be possible to develop an option to add a tab on the top? This way, we wouldn't have to constantly switch back and forth or refresh the command, making the workflow more efficient.

  6. It's impossible to make a new email look right because there is excess white space on both sides. The current templated designs don't have that but they are non-editable. Please help, because it looks terrible in an inbox and makes it much harder to read on a smartphone. Thank you!

  7. Agent wants to have auto create function on designs added for the listing presentation templates as re doing 28 pages on every listing presentation is very time consuming.

  9. Under the old system, agents could put in a dollar amount for commissions if they wished, and Command would do the math for them. Since moving to transactions, our agents are forced to input a percentage, which doesn't always match up perfectly with the flat fee they've agreed to. They're left reaching out to leadership and asking us to change it, which takes up time and resources that previously weren't necessary.

  10. The tasks for an opportuinty displays on iPhone alphabetically ordered. Which is wrong. They should be in the chronological order as on the desktop computer (Chrome). When I am displaying them on my computer (Chrome), they are in their correct chronological order.

    I want the chronological order of tasks also on iPhone. It's very annoying and confusing as tasks loose their chronological order. Could you please fix it?

  11. having a kanban visualization model, thus being able to visually identify which phase of the funnel the customer is actually in, this way we will be able to monitor the customer with greater precision.

  14. need additional filters for fee simple land vs leased land. Amount of HOA fees, private pool vs community, 55 community or not in a 55+ community

  15. When a contact replies with a sentence explaining why they want to stop, then it does not recognize the request to unsubscribe because it is not a single word "stop". I reply asking contact to reply with just the single word "stop". Not all do this so I need a way to unsubscribe them manually to ensure I don't send communication inadvertantly

  17. In the 'designs' section of command, and create an email campaign for a new listing, on the very bottom bottom of the design template, it auto populates my KW logo, and contact details TWICE as shown under my photo.
    Please help me to remove one side of the branded information and not two of the same footer.

  19. When agents are needing to "update" their document due to compliance, they is no option to split that document unless they do it in DocuSign already. This tends to be a hassle for agents who need to update multiple forms for compliance.

  20. Have the ability to include the note I add to one of my contacts to be updated on their associated persons (ie. spouse) contact card. Example:

    I add a note to James Doe and same notes gets added to Jane Doe
    Note: Talked to James and he said they will sell in 3 months

    I want the note to automatically or give me an option to have that same note added to the associated person.
